The location was again for us perfect for us, right next to an amazing public park, a lovely area with a snack bar and restaurant, a bus stop outside the hotel into the centre of Santa Cruz. Several restaurants close by as well.

We loved the huge variety of the breakfast buffet with lots of delicious things including typical canarian food.
The pool is super tidy and nice.
The gym has plenty of good, new and neat equipment.
The staff is well trained, very friendly and always on the spot but never pushy.
We did not use the spa or the dinner restaurants.
Breakfast buffet is extensive, dinner is a la carte with chef specials to choose from, all well prepared, presented and delicious. Nothing is too much bother for the staff who, when they can, will share a wee chat with you. Lunch is an option in the restaurant near the pool and dining here is just as impressive. Already considering a return visit.
The hotel is in a prime location, walking distance to all the main areas with the main aspect of the hotel was the nature in which we were approached and cared for by all staff.
It is a family friendly hotel but quiet and calm.
We will be coming back.
We must make a special mention of Andrea in guest services, and Raul on reception - we had to find a room last minute due to our daughter being admitted to hospital - Andrea found us the room for the initial 2 nights and Raul helped extend our stay when it became necessary - their friendly and helpful service made a very stressful time much easier. Thank you to you both!
Service is very good, we had our really nice waiter Carlos from Cuba, he gave us a perfect and super friendly experience.
Breakfast is huge and super delicious as all of the food we ate in the restaurants in the hotel.
Would definitely come back.
Just would have liked the room, we had a superior double ab bit nicer. But that was the only thing. :)
