Perfect time at AC Hotel thanks to Alejandro, Natalia and the whole team who were just the kindest. The room was perfect, the location of the hotel is most convinient. No note about the whole thing, we will definitely come back here

The staff are always smiling and available with excellent recommendations.
Excellent location, a few steps from the shopping streets of Santa Cruz and the old town. Ideal for exploring the city on foot or enjoying the rooftop bar of the hotel.

Beautiful rooms and super nice staff. The only room for improvement is the gym which could have a few more weights and equipment.

Great location, especially if you take a cruise out of Tenerife. Very modern with a Spanish look. Good buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms are great, however, if you are unlucky to get a room facing inner part of the building you get no light (ability to open curtains even if you would like to) as you can only see the next window which is approximately 2m away, at it is not visible in any picture when you book the room. That makes the experience very unfortunate. Location is good.
Also, you can expect room cleaning at 830AM. You can hear the party in the roof top from the first floor.

This is a hotel I visit frequently and in my opinion one of the best in the capital. On one night the air conditioning wasn't working well but thanks to Alejandro on reception I was found a cooler room eventhough it was fully booked. Spacious and modern rooms, comfortable bed, great roof top pool bar and very good location. It's right off the main high street.

Some rooms have bathtubs.
Has a tiny gym with 3 machines and a couple of free weights, mostly 5kg.

Staff didn’t prepare us for loud music from rooftop when we booked room. We were in a room at 5th floor, music at 6th floor till 2 a.m. And it was Tuesday. Disgusting service. Girl in the reception told us we had to go to rooftop and talk with restaurant manager about loud music ourselves, because she couldn’t do that. Good room, but terrible smells from the sewer in the bathroom. Good location - right in the city centre with a lot of different restaurants and bars.

For two weeks the aircon was not working, during 30 degrees heat, every time I was getting the information that they are waiting for service and are full booked so cannot change my room. For 145 € per night such a situation is incapable. Breakfast every day is the same, basic one. On the rooftop night concerts were so loud, that I couldn't sleep for a few nights. On the checkout 35€ should be returned for my company credit card for not used parking but due to not enough english level on the reception the hotel thinks that they returned the money wrongly and I'm fighting until now (so almost 3 weeks now) to get my money back.
