The staff on reception were extremely helpful and friendly

Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room (beds were amazing). Unbeatable location and beautiful renovated building. They also have a small functional gym on the fourth floor which was great 👍

What a great hotel. It’s an old building completely remodeled but keeping its original structure. The rooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and profesional. Really nice.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and big with a great view of La Calle and the location of the hotel is central to everything you would ever need to visit in Logroño. We hope to be back!

It is just 5 minutes walking to the city center and really close to monuments, main churches and Laurel Street. Bedrooms are spacious and very clean and the breakfast is fantastic!

Charming place, an old palace completely renovated but preserving the essence of the old times. Great location in the old part of the city, very convenient to visit the city

Really liked the stay at this 3*** hotel, fab location, excellent service, welcoming and helpful staff, good value for money. Will revisit the hotel if coming back to Logroño, highly recommend it. Estupendo hotel.

the room has a kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, 2 pillows for each bed. our window overlooked the monument, it was beautiful during the day, not noisy at night

there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are many cafes nearby and an uber food delivery service

Good hotel with great location. Parking (15€) is good if you have a small car. Be prepared for car elevator and tight parking. Unfortunately our AC did not work properly in room 101 and the room was holding 28 degrees

This is a nice hotel with a good location. The only complaint I have about the hotel was the service wasn't the most friendly in my opinion. If you're driving a car Google maps really does not take you to the hotel

Opening the window helped but there was a lot of noise (Saturday night). Receptionist said they would check it out when we checked out but did not look to care too much about it

A bit spartan when it comes to the extras and has a petrol station attached but it is clean and has a pool and a cafe. Outside the centre of the city but walkable

Exceptional service, the room was great & the pool helped us relax after a long walk on the Camino

There seems to be a Logroño tax as it really should be cheaper than it is. No real complaints though, only stayed overnight so make of that what you will

Our first stop on our trip to Denia, happy with our choice of stop rooms were clean. Dinner which is part of the hotel was very good. Nice place 😊

Hotel Isasa is nice and located conveniently, all at a very reasonable price. I would stay here again, and recommend it.

my room was a suit one side was looking to the school and other side was looking in front of the hotel, if you want silence this hotel is not so suitable

seems family runs the hotel and they r very nice. it is very close to centre you can walk most of the places

Se trata de un hotel residencia acorde con el precio, no hay que esperar ni más, ni menos. Limpio, en buen estado y personal amable. Situado en el centro de Logroño.

This was booked for me and my research showed quite poor quality but it's obviously been updated and is now cozy and very comfortable for the 1* and the price.

Comfortable hotel in a location handy for the main bus station in one direction and to the old town in the opposite direction. This was the second time I've stayed at Isasa and we plan to return next year.

Everyone at the front desk is very professional. If they had a pool and room service the place would be 5 stars

The location is perfect, the rooms are enormous - the windows open fully to the street - to get air- the room can be closed with a door with a hallway that goes to the main door or to the bathroom separately down the hall inside your room

However, the services of the hotel could be improved. The restaurant is only open I think Mon-Thurs 8pm-11pm. There is no bar despite a seating area in the lobby. The room was sufficient but could have been cleaner

A little difficulty having an item forwarded from another location- and they refused to pay for it via courier - and me pay then back when i arrived. I have stayed here a few times — as i am in Logrono often

We had a view to the street opposite which was very close, so we did not feel comfortable with the curtains or windows open as you had no privacy. Other rooms may have had better views of the bridge

We also found the room to be quite noisy, you could hear neighbouring rooms and traffic with windows closed
