Hotel Sercotel Portales

Good hotel with great location. Parking (15€) is good if you have a small car. Be prepared for car elevator and tight parking. Unfortunately our AC did not work properly in room 101 and the room was holding 28 degrees. Opening the window helped but there was a lot of noise (Saturday night). Receptionist said they would check it out when we checked out but did not look to care too much about it.

the room has a kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, 2 pillows for each bed. Wi-Fi was weak. our window overlooked the monument, it was beautiful during the day, not noisy at night. there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are many cafes nearby and an uber food delivery service.

Really liked the stay at this 3*** hotel, fab location, excellent service, welcoming and helpful staff, good value for money. Will revisit the hotel if coming back to Logroño, highly recommend it. Estupendo hotel.

This is a nice hotel with a good location. The room was nice. The only complaint I have about the hotel was the service wasn't the most friendly in my opinion. If you're driving a car Google maps really does not take you to the hotel. And when I call the hotel to try to get instructions on how to get there with a car I really did not get any help. Also on their website it makes it sound like they will set you up with wine tours but really they just tell you to call a tour company. They made it sound like they had some type of relationship with the wineries in the area but I don't think that's really the case. The room we had really did not have any good view either but I'm sure there are some good views perhaps you have to pay extra to get that. Overall a nice place. The onsite paid parking was very difficult to use. You had to ride a lift to get to the parking garage and the garage was so tight it was almost impossible. It took me probably 15 minutes to maneuver into my parking spot.

A very comfortable stay. Not the first time we have stayed here. Very clean and well maintained rooms, with excellent noise protection from outside. There was a festival going on into the early hours of the morning and we didn't hear a thing!

There is secure parking, which is important to us, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Check in took minutes.

Friendly personnel, detailed, willing to help. Hotel room is great, nice breakfast, very well located.

Staffs were very kind and professional. The location is super, at very near the center of the tourism of Logroño! The room and beds were clean and comfortable. It would have been perfect, if there were a couple of power sockets near/beside the beds.

I stayed at the Sercotel Hotel in Longrono for 3 nights while attending a meeting. The location is great and within easy walking distance of all attractions as well as the train station. The hotel was clean, quite, modern, and the breakfast was diverse with fresh food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The one criticism is the absence of an electric outlet near the desk; I had to charge my computer and phone in the bathroom.

Great Central location, free parking close by. Breakfast a bit limited but perfectly edible. Nice clean rooms.
