Lovely hotel, good location, car parking hazardous unless you have a smallish car. Rooms not the largest but well appointed. Staff we dealt with were brilliant.

The hotel's location is most recommended, about a 6-minute walk from the famous Spanish tapas street Calle del Laurel. The hotel breakfast is OK, average standard.

They gave us a junior suite with two bathrooms, superior to the room we booked because it was the only one they had left with a double bed, thank you.

Sunday is definitely not the day to arrive into Logrono. The hotel was very good but skeleton staff meaning no room service or bar being open was a small issue for us. The receptionist although polite did not know the area and could not recommend a good restaurant. Logrono was very disappointing as definitely not an area of the best tapas in Spain as claimed. Great location Room was great. Roomy enough with 3 beds. Bathroom big with great shower. Extra blankets were needed and it was great to have them handy in the closet. Pillows were not comfortable in my opinion, very hard. Staff was pleasant and efficient but not overly friendly.

The hotel is a traditional Spanish style and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the noise from outside and inside of the hotel until the early hours of the morning, really was a problem. The hotel room windows and old and not soundproof which is the reason we could here the noise from outside. The noise inside was just inconsiderate guests

Great location, beautiful view of the city, but most importantly the comfort of the bed and pillows. I highly recommend it.

Had to wait over 30 mins for check in as the staff couldn’t find our booking but otherwise we were very pleased with the hotel. Spacious rooms and good location for the old town and all the bars.

Very central, 2 minutes walk from Laurel Street. Semi-pedestrian street. Close to the main shopping street. Impossible to park except in the hotel car park.

Bijou rooms in a pleasant hotel in the very centre of town. Good quality breakfast. There is a Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel and had we realised this beforehand we would have planned to go there. Next time!

Very disappointing Website clearly stated parking was on a first come basis, so we arrived early about 1500 only to be told it was full as other guests had requested parking spaces. If you have a policy either enforce it or annoy other customers.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of the old town of Logrono. The room and facilities all fabulous and very friendly staff that were always helpful. Our stay here was perfect! Highly recommend this hotel!

Unbeatable hotel best one for our entire spain trip. Excellent staff service, best breakfast we had and the location is right at the area for tapas bar hopping at night. Air conditioning wonderful for June. Will recommend

The location of this hotel is very good. And it's relatively clean. The restaurant downstairs is also very nice. But if you want to park your car, you need to walk in the opposite direction for a while. The entrance to the parking lot is not easy to find. Because the navigation will not recommend the route you take. Everything else is good

We had an excellent stay at the Palacio Correa’s. We pretty much loved everything about the experience. Location was good but need better information about how to reach there. It was on don't enter area and we were going around the block for an hour to find the hotel. That zone only open to drive for the hotel guest. Sings on street mark as don't enter. Hotel staff was not answering the phone calls. We were very tired of whole night flight and drive to location. We were asking people and directions...

The hotel is right on the roadside in the old town of Logroño, with free parking nearby. The front desk service is friendly, the room facilities are standard, and you can explore the entire old town on foot, which is very convenient.

Ok for 1 night. Cold atmosphere. The buffet manager was unpleasant and not welcoming at all. No place in the lobby to meet friends and no place outside either.

The location was by far the best aspect of this hotel. It is within close walking distance of the main sights in Logroño. There is also opportunity to walk alongside the river nearby with a long park/gardens. However, the services of the hotel could be improved. The restaurant is only open I think Mon-Thurs 8pm-11pm. I've got nothing especially bad to say about this hotel but it's nothing special either. It does happen to be located in the midst of the action in town and within walking distance to everywhere you want to be for night life but that's all.

Stayed here for a business trip in July was a good hotel, had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Stayed for 3 night the room was clean and spacious. Ideally located beside shops and restaurants too. Nice small bar in the hotel reception too.

Well appointed, comfortable and clean rooms in a great location

We loved our stay at Gran Via. Excellent customer service from front desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is fresh, lots of varieties of foods and friendly staff to make drinks. Location is central and easy to walk around Logrono. I've stayed here twice and will come back!

Pleasant reception, friendly and helpful. Room large, but lacked plugs. All a bit in need of a refurbishment to modern standards. Hotel was noisy and everything could be heard in our room.

The hotel is very good, the front desk speaks good English, so you don't have to worry about language problems. If you want to go to Bilbao, they can help you check the bus timetable in the counter system and then go to the bus station to buy tickets directly, which is more convenient. Nestled within the buildings of the university lies this property. Modern with clean lines and decor. Lobby seating area includes bar and plenty of comfortable seating on sofas and chairs. Table and chairs also available for laptop work spaces. Rooms are well appointed and large with modern furnishings. Excellent location. As far as I could see, hotel has undergone a major reno. Lobby and restaurant looks awesome. Room is not that great: standard keys are still under use, lights have a major mal function and go to the loo during the night was a challenge. Double bed is small and matress is not the most comfortable. Excellent breakfast service.

Has clearly been recently refurbished (or at least parts of it). Room size is good however bath and toilets are quiet old and leaking. Bed was comfortable with nice quality sheets. Overall clean and fair for it's price. Some of the stuff aren't that friendly.

Very nice staff, good breakfast and very clean. They provided an umbrella due to the rain and were very helpful. It's outdated but doesn't look worn down. I'd give it a 5 stars because even though the wifi was good for most of the days, the last night it didn't work and didn't get fixed. The rest was great!

The best hotel on our 4 week road trip. Location was superb. Secure parking. The room and hotel sensational. Breakfasts were amazing and the service and reception staff were exceptional.

Nice rooms and location but in general there’s a ‘we just don’t care’ vibe with the staff. From check in to departure I didn’t once arrive at reception to see anyone there. The team just seemed like they couldn’t be bothered at all. Equally the hotel has a general unloved feel about, perfectly nice but just no one really cares. Also no weights in the gym, which makes the gym a little useless. Beautiful...

Great location for the Camino. Comfortable, clean, and spacious rooms. It was nothing as good as the Eurostar in Pamplona. But it was good. It stay there again just based on the location alone.

Good hotel with great location. Parking (15€) is good if you have a small car. Be prepared for car elevator and tight parking. Unfortunately our AC did not work properly in room 101 and the room was holding 28 degrees. Opening the window helped but there was a lot of noise (Saturday night). Receptionist said they would check it out when we checked out but did not look to care too much about it.

the room has a kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, 2 pillows for each bed. Wi-Fi was weak. our window overlooked the monument, it was beautiful during the day, not noisy at night. there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are many cafes nearby and an uber food delivery service.

This is a nice hotel with a good location. The room was nice. The only complaint I have about the hotel was the service wasn't the most friendly in my opinion. If you're driving a car Google maps really does not take you to the hotel. And when I call the hotel to try to get instructions on how to get there with a car I really did not get any help. A very comfortable stay. Not the first time we have stayed here. Very clean and well maintained rooms, with excellent noise protection from outside. There was a festival going on into the early hours of the morning and we didn't hear a thing! There is secure parking, which is important to us, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Check in took minutes.

Not quite what it looks like Travelodge equivalent, looks smarter in the photo but it is dated and motel-ish. Clean, nice staff, food fine. But… you can’t walk into Logroño as the bridge is traffic only and going round takes 40mins on a cycle path through the industrial zone. You do get a free bottle of Rioja at the moment, worth several euros…

I had a good stay at this hotel. There's plenty of free parking and it is only a couple of minutes' drive from the city centre. The hotel is very clinical and feels like you are stopping in a nice hospital. The rooms are not well sound proofed and very minimal decor. The breakfast is nice enough but is in a school canteen/ hospital type room. The place is very basic and has no warmth or niceness about it. I think if it was a 1 or maybe 2 star then fair enough but 3 is very generous! There just be lots of better options in this...

My husband and I stayed here on the 26th April while doing the Camino De Santiago The hotel was very clean. It was quiet central and also very well situated for the Camino. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. We had a nice stay.

Not a bad place. Stayed here but did most of the adventures out in whine country in harp or LaGuardia. Charges $14 for parking.

It's an ok hotel. A bit spartan when it comes to the extras and has a petrol station attached but it is clean and has a pool and a cafe. Outside the centre of the city but walkable. There seems to be a Logroño tax as it really should be cheaper than it is. No real complaints though, only stayed overnight so make of that what you will.

Comfortable hotel in a location handy for the main bus station in one direction and to the old town in the opposite direction. This was the second time I've stayed at Isasa and we plan to return next year.

This was booked for me and my research showed quite poor quality but it's obviously been updated and is now cozy and very comfortable for the 1* and the price.

Very basic place. Would only stay for one night. Shower went too hot and too cold constantly. No access to as much as drinking water. Staff very friendly and helpful
