Lovely hotel, good location, car parking hazardous unless you have a smallish car. Rooms not the largest but well appointed. Staff we dealt with were brilliant.

The hotel's location is most recommended, about a 6-minute walk from the famous Spanish tapas street Calle del Laurel. The hotel breakfast is OK, average standard.

We had a lovely 3 nights here. Brilliant hotel, very friendly staff. The restaurant set meal was delicious and good value. Would definitely choose this hotel again 👍

They gave us a junior suite with two bathrooms, superior to the room we booked because it was the only one they had left with a double bed, thank you.

Sunday is definitely not the day to arrive into Logrono. The hotel was very good but skeleton staff meaning no room service or bar being open was a small issue for us. The receptionist although polite did not know the area and could not recommend a good restaurant. Logrono was very disappointing as definitely not an area of the best tapas in Spain as claimed. You will not see red wine being drunk in...

Great location Room was great. Roomy enough with 3 beds. Bathroom big with great shower. Extra blankets were needed and it was great to have them handy in the closet. Pillows were not comfortable in my opinion, very hard. Staff was pleasant and efficient but not overly friendly.

The hotel is a traditional Spanish style and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the noise from outside and inside of the hotel until the early hours of the morning, really was a problem. The hotel room windows and old and not soundproof which is the reason we could here the noise from outside. The noise inside was just inconsiderate guests

Beautiful room in the 7th floor, Newley renovated.

Great location, beautiful view of the city, but most importantly the comfort of the bed and pillows. I highly recommend it.

Had to wait over 30 mins for check in as the staff couldn’t find our booking but otherwise we were very pleased with the hotel. Spacious rooms and good location for the old town and all the bars.

Very central, 2 minutes walk from Laurel Street. Semi-pedestrian street. Close to the main shopping street. Impossible to park except in the hotel car park.

Bijou rooms in a pleasant hotel in the very centre of town. Good quality breakfast. There is a Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel and had we realised this beforehand we would have planned to go there. Next time!

Very disappointing Website clearly stated parking was on a first come basis, so we arrived early about 1500 only to be told it was full as other guests had requested parking spaces. If you have a policy either enforce it or annoy other customers.

The hotel is right on the roadside in the old town of Logroño, with free parking nearby. The front desk service is friendly, the room facilities are standard, and you can explore the entire old town on foot, which is very convenient.

Ok for 1 night. Cold atmosphere. The buffet manager was unpleasant and not welcoming at all. No place in the lobby to meet friends and no place outside either.

The location was by far the best aspect of this hotel. It is within close walking distance of the main sights in Logroño. There is also opportunity to walk alongside the river nearby with a long park/gardens. However, the services of the hotel could be improved. The restaurant is only open I think Mon-Thurs 8pm-11pm. I've got nothing especially bad to say about this hotel but it's nothing special either. It does happen to be located in the midst of the action in town and within walking distance to everywhere you want to be for night life but that's all.

Stayed here for a business trip in July was a good hotel, had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Stayed for 3 night the room was clean and spacious. Ideally located beside shops and restaurants too. Nice small bar in the hotel reception too.

Breakfast was over salty, noisy and no table when I went.

Well appointed, comfortable and clean rooms in a great location

We loved our stay at Gran Via. Excellent customer service from front desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is fresh, lots of varieties of foods and friendly staff to make drinks. Location is central and easy to walk around Logrono. I've stayed here twice and will come back!
