Well appointed, comfortable and clean rooms in a great location

Location, very clean, super friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent value. Had problem with hire car and receptionist was excellent, ringing breakdown assist for me and translating the messages they sent on mobile.

Good location and a nicer hotel than most.
My only complaint, which many in my group had too, the central air is control for the entire building. It was very warm in our rooms and staff could not help reduce the temperature because it was not room specific. Also, we overheard that the hotel turns off the AC during the early morning until 2PM to conserve energy. To me this is the hotel trying to save money at thier clients expense and experience.
Otherwise, it's a good location and will probably return on the next business trip.

Offloading area outside not fit for purpose. There are couple of lowered kerb sections from which to mount a pedestrian walkway. Both were blocked by parked cars when we arrived so had to negotiate a 9inch kerb on a loaded motorcycle. The access to hotel parking is around the back via a one way system. If you are travelling on a motorcycle look for a more user friendly facility.

Rooms are old, weak water stream in shower, no drawers. Breakfast is fresh and delicious although the coffee should be improved. Service is very courteous and location is good.

The room is clean and has a surprising amount of toiletries provided. The contental breakfast is wonderful. Location is close to the old section of town.

Clean and spacious rooms with a large bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good price for the room but expensive breakfast.
