Located in the centre of the old town Los Bracos hotel is located within a two minute walk of Calle del Laurel where you walk from one tapas bar to the next sampling the best foods, accompanied by excellent local wine and all at great prices. What a fantastic place.

Ubicación ideal, personal altamente competitivo y simpático. Limpieza muy bien y sobre todo magnífica la comida de carácter y contundencia por su Chef Gonzalo, simplemente una experiencia gourmet ir a degustar sus chuletas a la brasa;.

Hotel con mas estrellas de las que le corresponde. Situado en zona de terrazas ,con ventanas que no aíslan del ruido. Necesita una reforma completa. Si quieres tirar 15€ ve a desayunar al " buffet", nunca me han timado como lo han echo con este desayuno. Bollería industrial dura,pan duro. No reponían y eso que lo solicité. Si quieres desayunar, se puede hacer en lo bares de al lado,No tepetiria que tienen mas calidad y son más económicos. No repetiría en este hotel ,de los peores en los que me he alojado

La ubicación es muy buena, en 2 min estás en la calle Laurel, y en 5 min en la catedral, en el parque del Espolon o en la Gran Via. La habitación correcta de buen tamaño y las camas comodas. Limpieza correcta. En general correcto, precio razonable, volvería a repetir. Cómo negativo el garaje que esta en el mismo edificio que es una calle peatonal, pero es muy pequeño, solo para 7 coches, con muchas columnas, con un coche grande tienes que hacer muchas maniobras. Se escucha algo el ruido de la calle, deberían mejorar la insonorización de las ventanas.

Estuvimos comiendo en la cafetería el menú del día. La calidad de la comida malidsima, pedimos croquetas de jamón y nos sacaron de pollo sin decir nada. Tuvieron que ir devuelta porque estaban congelada por dentro. Los segundos tambien fueron de vuelta, no se podían comer de lo malos que estaban. El vino tambien trajeron otro que no pedimos, tuvieron que llevarlo y traer el que habíamos pedido. La camarera que nos atendió nos trató fatal. A la hora de pagar dije que quería hablar con el encargado y el que estaba allí lo único que dijo es que lo sentía. Tambien tuvieron que hacer de nuevo la cuenta ya que nos cobraban un menú de más. TODO UN DESASTRE. No volveremos más y por supuesto no recomiendo a nadie.

Es caro para el estado de las habitaciones. Cuando vuelva a Logroño, buscaré una alternativa…los baños necesitan una reforma urgente, las toallas parecen las de un hospicio y no las de un hotel de 4 estrellas. La ubicación perfecta, el trato en recepción amable.

Very friendly welcome, it makes you want to come back. Spacious and clean room. On site there are dozens of bars and restaurants and Laurel Street is a 1-minute walk away. Affordable price, I recommend.

Great location, beautiful view of the city, but most importantly the comfort of the bed and pillows. I highly recommend it.

Bang in the centre and only meters from the Avenida de Laurel which is a must when visiting Logrono. Clean, very comfortable, spacious rooms and very reasonably priced. Reception lady, I forgot to take her name, was amazing. We lost a mobile phone the night before, someone had picked it up and was answering, however he only spoke Spanish, fair enough considering we are in Spain. Anyway, the receptionist spoke to him, arranged a place for us to collect, ordered a taxi and explained what was happening to the driver. Thank you!!

A/C is utterly useless. The room was an oven!! Had A/C in the reception area (surprise surprise!!!) but nowhere else! I notice people have complained about this since 2016 and absolutely nothing has been done about it!!!!! Avoid this place in summer! We were there on -st October and it was 30°… Didn’t sleep well, to say the least. False advertising I feel… Garage is limited to 1.75cm height; check your véhicule!!! Little mini bar fridge is warm; just a small cupboard really. Also disappointing on very hot days 😩😮💨
