Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast every morning was excellent with lovely fresh fruit, pastries and cold meats etc. Bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. location was 3mns walk to bus stop and frequent buses into city centre made it a great location. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here again

Staying at Sebastian Hotel Tres Reyes was an exceptional experience! The hotel is beautifully nestled in nature, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a great variety and delicious options. Additionally, there is convenient parking right in front of the hotel, so if you arrive by car, there’s no need to search for a private parking space or pay extra. This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. 🌲🍃🍁

Staff very very very professional and helpful.
If I owned a hotel, I would hire every single one of them. They only want to make your stay perfect and can speak every language.
Lovely touch of welcome sweets in the room, good amount of coffee pods, tea and water included.
View of the forest very peaceful, bed comfortable and big.
Free parking outside the hotel. And secure paid parking onsite.
For the perfect sleep you need to make these changes:
- have blackout curtains
- air con needs a lot of work. Was too hot
Location is okay…..there are regular close buses. But, beware they stop around 23h and taxis have to be entered from the designated sites, and they are not plentiful.
Would 100% stay again if air con was working as it should

Perfect location if you do not want to get with the car in the city center. On the other hand, there's not so much around.
We really liked the decoration of the room and particularly the bathroom. The bed was very big and comfortable.
We also enjoyed the food from the room service. The burrata and truffle salad was especially good

Cosy room, quiet, interior design focused on open space concept, interesting artwork, nice atmosphere. Potential for improvement in receiving guests at breakfast. If for some reason the number of room is not in the list the staff should check details with the receptionists instead of disturbing the guests over and over again. Other than that it was worth the experience.

We highly recommend this hotel! Excellent service, room was very nice and clean, great food in the restaurant, and kind and attentive staff. Definitely made our time in San Sebastián more enjoyable.

Neat clean and modern looking hotel with great fittings everywhere from the beautiful locks to the safes and thermostat.
Comfortable beds.
Climate control is easy.
Food is quite good
Staff is courteous enough

This place is great. Newly renovated, fresh rooms, great service, the outdoor parking is a reasonable price of 10€ and there’s a bus to the city that takes 15-20 minutes. For the bus back, you need to take the bus before midnight.

Amazing value for this real 4* Hotel, free parking outside!
Breakfast was in my eyes extremley below average for Spain. They didn't even offer those small "barra gallega" for the "tostada tomate". Limited choice. 19€/Person is too much (lunch in restaurants come with 3 course menu for same price)
Impressing Architecture and design features of almost everything (room, corridor, bathroom).
Nice small Gym as well
