Hotel «Méndez Núñez»

Despite being the oldest hotel in Galicia, the Hotel Mendez Nunez is modern, comfortable and overall amazing! We wanted to drop our bags early and instead were able to check into our room for a much needed rest. The food at the Terrace is amazing. And the staff are quite friendly. I will absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here as part of my Camino trip. Clean comfortable room. Room fridge stocked with water and restocked each day if requested at the front desk.
Pleasant breakfast. Helpful staff.
Only fault, ( and why no 5 ) Kept having to get the room card reset !

Absolutely great hotel, easy to store our bikes which was crucial. We had to leave another hotel in Lugo that same evening because they would not allow us to store them. Very friendly gentleman at the reception, very supportive and great room too. Thank you very much!

Its a very clean nice place close to main attractions 10-15 minutes walking distance to stores restaurants museum , muralla Romana and The Cathedral❤️ also🤔has a nice cafetería open until late night

Centrally located in the heart of the city. The breakfast is worth it for the price. Basically everything was good.

This hotel is central to Lugo, literally next to the city hall. The hotel is very attractive, a beautiful entrance lobby boasting high ceilings and a huge original granite fireplace and an open welcoming reception desk. The rooms are very plain, but very clean. The hotel has its breakfast room, restaurant and bar on the roof top floor. The roof top bar serves amazing cocktails, tapas, and has an extensive traditional menu. The views over Lugo are stunning. The hotel is within metres of the city hall, and just 100 metres from the Cathedral of Santa Maria de Lugo. Buen Camino! This family run hotel since 1861 provides spacious rooms and gorgeous buffet breakfast starting at 7:00am SHARP! Named after world famous Navy Commander, it has accommodated many famous people and historical events. Recommend.
