Don’t book that hotel. They are scammers. I made reservation with Priceline for the room with jacuzzi. At the hotel they have that I booked room without hot tub because they have different room names on their website. Even after I called the Priceline they didn’t move me to the room that I had.

Very good, the room is big, there are supermarkets around, the facilities are mature, very convenient

Hotel located in quiet area, close to markets, coffee shops , restaurants and old city. Very small rooms, clean and excellent shower.

Thank you for being Pet friendly. Central location close to El Corte and Tram stop makes it great value for money. The hotel also has parking.
Rueben, on reception was respectful, polite and most helpful.
The rooms we stayed in were basic but that may reflect that they were the ones allocated to guests with pets which is fine but better quality pillows and sheets would not go unnoticed.
Lianne and I, with our dog, Spot will continue to stay as long as El Churra remains dog friendly.

If you want to be in a busy town this hotel is perfect

It’s not safe when we checked in to the hotel and had to go to reception on three occasions within 4 hours to ask for new keys as we couldn’t get in to our room. We ended up checking out a day early because of this
Don’t rent out the rooms if people cannot access the rooms as it’s dangerous in case of emergency or fire when you’re constantly locked out
Hotel staff never offered another room and reception had attitude when we went downstairs as we were constantly locked out.

Great Central location great value paid circa 60euro for double room stopped here a few times and will be back on minor thing was floor was a little dirty hairs but not the end of the world.
