The hotel is in a great location and has a great view from the window. The front desk downstairs is very welcoming and kind! Highly recommended, right next to the British Palace, and there is a pedestrian street. Very recommended

Only thing i think the hotel needs is a way to help people transport bags in and out of the hotel or at least hold the door. Not even a small bag cart from to lobby to room they have.
I don’t understand why you can have 2-3 people at the reception and no body will move to help not even helping with a simple door opening so we can move all your bags in and out for the car.

Having 2 car places available right at the door was a plus.

They recomend a public parking really close so that worked for me also.

Fantastic central location, friendly English speaking staff.
Rooms were comfortable and clean. Small room with limited gym equipment, no bar, great breakfast. Would we go back? Of course.

Had an amazing stay here. Customer service was very good and the rooms were clean and tidy. They offer discounted parking in a parking lot which just around 150M away. The parking lot is very safe.

NOISY, very noisy rooms, poorly isolated, you can hear all conversations and door slams, also windows let in all noises of the street which are very very frequent at night during sleeping hours, garbage trucks, street cleaning trucks etc. Reception is excellent, staff is kind and attentive, very helpful. Parking is impossible since it's in the old town, you gotta go to a parking nearby, you can stop by ths hotel though to offload people and luggage. Advantage is that it's 2min walk to the center of the old town, a shame it's not better isolated

The staff is very nice and very helpful. Rooms are large enough, clean and comfortable. There is parking close by. Street had limited access so there was no traffic noise. The location was walking distance from the main attractions. Breakfast was plentiful.
