Large place, decent room facilities

The hotel lobby rooms are large and very comfortable. The underground parking lot is also very large. The room facilities are a bit lacking, there is only a TV and 2 cups in the bathroom, and the parking fee is more than 13 euros per night.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. It is our reference hotel in Murcia.

The standard of this hotel are amazing! Clean and tidy rooms with consistent maid cleaning service where the maids don’t take anything which is rare on most holidays I’ve been on! One of our Spanish friends booked this hotel for us to stay in Murcia for his wedding. We stayed for a week and had a great time. If you are looking to be away from the city centre and yet be close by using the metro - then it's a good place :) the city centre was hardly 5-8 mins away using the tram. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended 👌

We arrived late, very late, but the hotel check in was really quick with a polite member of staff who assisted us. The rooms were clean and quiet with good AC. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of items. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Fantastic location for shopping, cathedral and bullring etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking a little expensive at 22€ per day, although very secure. Room generally very clean, although WC seat was very stained on the underside. Some of the room fittings were poorly finished and the curtains did not fully close. The breakfast is very good and my bathroom was newly remodeled. The room was ok and there is a residential building right next to the hotel. It is in the downtown area so it is in a great location because but is not worth the money I paid.

A very pleasant hotel with an excellent restaurant. We had a 6 night stay in a superior room and were very comfortable. As we were there during the madness and mayhem of Easter weekend and the bando de la huerta, we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the hotel and the restaurant’s willingness to fit us in at the last minute. Nice hotel, good location. BUT.... it would have been very helpful to know that an area of about a kilometre around the hotel was closed to traffic due to a festival, which also meant hardly any restaurants were open. Nice location and hotel The hotel is located central to the cathedral and other important sights. I liked the room and my terrace but did not use much as Holy Week and a lot of fun outside. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Murcia's main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast doesn't typically include vegetables, but when we asked for them, they prepared them especially for us. It's been a while since I've stayed in a hotel with such friendly service.

The Murcia Friendship Hotel has a good location, a grand hotel, warm reception from the front desk staff, clean and tidy rooms, high cost performance, parking lot, and a relatively rich breakfast.

Long weekend stay Everything went well. The Superior double room with two single beds (as requested on arrival) was clean, tidy, of good size, with a well functioning internal temperature changing facility. It was also adequately equipped with a well laid out ensuite shower/wc / wash basin. Daily room cleaning was well carried out

We stay at the Amistad Hotel in Murcia two nights every month - It is ALWAYS excellent, the reception staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the rooms are always perfectly clean and comfortable. The best hotel in Murcia!

Okay. The bed is quite small for two people. The walls are thin, so you can hear footsteps and noise from outside. The curtains don’t fully darken the room, so it gets bright early in the morning.

Centrally located, clean and modern hotel. Large and spacious room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Downsides: coffee provision in the room limited to one pod per person, car park very poorly lit and quite narrow. Overall: Would happily use hotel again.

Stayed for two consecutive nights, very comfortable! There are shopping malls and supermarkets around, very convenient! The lady at the front desk is also very nice! Highly recommended, I will choose here again if necessary!

Beautiful structure, spacious room with many comforts. Negligible defects: slight stain on a towel, however clean, and worn shower seals. In any case, excellent value for money.

A weekend visit to Murcia was enhanced by a stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable room, secure parking and nice food in the bar restaurant and also at breakfast. Located near to the Gran Via it is easy to make your way into the city centre.

The hotel is a bit out of the city center, but as the city isn't very large, getting to the old town is still quite convenient. The staff are friendly and courteous, and free parking is available, which is a big plus.

It was an overnight stop from Alicante airport, basic but very clean and comfortable beds would use again in Murcia.  Staff were lovely.

AC Murcia was lovely surprise! Hotel is slightly dated in decor, few minor flaws here and there. There is a strong sewage smell lingering in the hallways ( plumping issue ? ) but we get used to it rather quickly. I would suggest to use ambientador in the hallways to hide the smell ... Five star rating goes to absolutely lovely staff. They were so hospitable and amable, always asking if we need something...

Located almost in front of the tram line, the hotel offers very good access to the town centre while the tram is running (note: the tram stops before midnight, so it's not ideal for night life). My room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was ok but I think I will opt out next time. It was 11.55€ per day. Parking was quite high too at 16€ a night.

Amazing stay perfect for the occasion.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is very tight and entry access is particularly difficult but it’s doable. The hotel did charge 10 euros for parking which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was decent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a gluten-free section 👍 But the coffee machine wasn’t working so the only hot drinks...

Old furniture, doors, etc. all the hotel requires renovation. It is difficult to find the hotel location. 20 min walking to central square of Murcia. Receptionist works perfectly, 24/7. Very polite reception and really helpful.

We stayed in the Queen suite and were delighted. Very spacious, peaceful and comfortable with nice decor and a wonderful spa bath. Plenty of free parking available in the streets nearby.

Nice old style hotel in the city center of Murcia next to the Cathedral. If you have booked the parking mention it clearly at the reception when you arrive as I was sent by mistake to the public parking that was much more expensive. For the rest, we had a lovely stay and great walk in Murcia at night. The breakfast is very large and the atmosphere all around was good.

Hotel Pachoche is an old hotel, which has it's own charm. The room was clean and even had a small fridge. The distance to the city centre is a 10 minutes walk and the price was not high, which was the reason we chose this hotel. We were happy until we tried to sleep. Budget hotel in Centre of Murcia, fine for short stay. We were there just for one night for Sting concert at the Plaza de Toreros. Rooms were clean and basic as expected. No complaints.

The room is nice it quiet at night but the cleaners come early like 7 or 8 which is annoying because I like to sleep the fridge was broken but Everything else was good I didn’t really like the people in reception and so early people moving chairs and stuff it’s in a good location 👍 and also we went down some stairs and we didn’t know we were aloud down there and the woman was like u can’t go down there...

Easy walk to city centre. Grumpy reception staff, tight car park spaces, locked car park stair well. Clean and breakfast was better than expected.

The location was ideal for the work we were doing, being very close to the A7 motorway. Excellent service: very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, although a bit dated (an update wouldn't hurt). Parking was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and we didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the restaurant.

A hotel that needs updating, it's old and tatty, dogs everwere I don't mind but when you get the lift and it full of dog poo it's a disgrace. Bar staff miserable and in the wrong jobs.

Typical Ibis budget hotel, guess they were staffed just about at the bare minimum - I reached after 2300 hours, and they received me and rustled up a makeshift meal at that hour, thanks and kudos to them! The room I was given had a malfunctioned light in the bathroom, so they promptly changed my room - kudos and thanks again to the staff!

Wow!! My partner and I sadly only had one night booked in Murcia. However we will be going back. This hotel was SO perfect and the balcony was just a dream. The church was directly around the corner as well and offered a lot of food choices. The breakfast was delicious as well! Great room, great service, overall excellent. We will be back

We stayed at Finca El Pocico for the weekend-retreat in June . Breakfast Lunch, Dinner, spa treatments and practice - everything was to the extremely high standard) … lovely walks among the surrounding olive and almond fields with lots of wildlife ( we spotted a fox, lots of rabbits and birds) This is a proper retreat to unwind and reload for a very modest price!

Me and my partner celebrated our wedding in this beautiful place. We were extremely satisfied with the whole rural home and very impressed by the owner Javi who was so so helpful and cordial. We received the place very clean and equipped with everything we needed it. I cannot recommend this place better. Fantastic find as so close to the airport. Rustic finca accommodation with a lovely pool. Next time we will need to take some food and drink. A few finca dogs but all friendly and only barked for a short time.

I chose this hotel because it was perfectly located for my trip and was relatively inexpensive. I am very sensitive to noise and while you can hear some noise from the hall and other rooms it was mostly quiet during my stay. This hotel is 15mins away by foot from the city center. Great value for the money. The rooms are quite spacious and offer everything you would need. The staff was mostly nice, although I had to wait for two days for a reciept. The mattres is realy comfortable.
