If you are looking to be away from the city centre and yet be close by using the metro - then it's a good place :) the city centre was hardly 5-8 mins away using the tram. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended 👌

We were looking for hotel for a family trip. We don't know, if there are any interesting places to visit around the hotel, but hotel was easy reachable by the car. The check-in was easy and the lady at the reception was really friendly. We took underground parking as extra as we didn't want to risk someone breaking in into our vehicle on the public parking place. Underground parking was additional 14 euros per day. You get a parking card with which you can access garage. Rooms were big enough and clean. Only wish that bed legs were a bit more sturdy and not shaky. You have a feeling that the bed will collapse when you try to lay down on it. Nonetheless the bed are comfortable and we rested well. We also booked breakfast buffet. There is good choice of different things to choose from. Addition of vegetarian and halal options would be nice.

A great stay at Sercotel JC1 Murcia. Our late arrival at 2am was handled properly to enable us entering in our room quickly and have some rest. We would have preferred doing the online checking to save more time and getting the kids directly to the room, but the online link was not enabled in the email confirmation.
All the rest was perfect, having a fantastic rooms, beds with all the needs.
The beds size is really a king size. The breakfast is very complete with choices and great quality.
We asked about the fitness club access, including the swimming pool and they said that's 6€/day which seems affordable and good idea. The parking is with direct access to the rooms and costs 14€/day.
The check-out at 12 is very well appreciated, well done.

We had originally planned to stay only 4 days, but the hotel was so pleasant that we extended our stay!
The reception and housekeeping staff were impeccable, always ready to help with anything without any issues.
Housekeeping came every day, did a flawless job, and were extremely kind.
The room was large and spacious with plenty of natural light, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
Breakfast was good and fresh, and the food was always replenished when it ran out.
The bathroom was also perfect. Everything was very clean.

We arrived late, very late, but the hotel check in was really quick with a polite member of staff who assisted us.
The rooms were clean and quiet with good AC. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of items.

Nice hotel, maybe bit outdated (old tv, no usb sockets) but rest is very good! Nice comfy bed, big bathroom! Good shower! A lot of extras! Very recomended!

Staff very kind and super cleaned hotel. A bit far from city center but close to the public transportation. Love the area, very quiet. Perfect if you are looking to chill out.

Room is big comfortable and very clean room, everything you need for a good night sleep. Big bathroom with a strong shower is also a plus.
The location is just at the edge of town which make it easier to find a free parking space, it is also right next to the tram line that get you into town within minutes but it is also walkable distance too so you can enjoy a few drinks.
Things that stopped me from giving it a 5 star are; no kettle in the room and you have to pay to use the gym.
