We were in a small triple with no view. The beds were comfortable. Continental Breakfast has a decent selection of cold and hot food. Coffee could be better.

Everything was great, but especially the staff, how wonderful they all were ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a special thank you to the girl who worked the night shift at the restaurant, she was really kind, Obrigado!

Our two nights at Sercotel Tres Luces were decent. The rooms were clean and the lobby offered a spacious, inviting atmosphere. However, as pilgrims, we felt the hotel could be more accommodating. A seemingly simple request, like an electric kettle in the room, wasn't readily available. Hot water is essential for us, and the only solution offered was getting it from the restaurant, which surprisingly charged for it. We attempted to reach the manager to discuss this, but it seemed there were higher priorities. While the hotel was okay, I wouldn't readily recommend it to fellow pilgrims. Just being honest.

Amazing staff, specially at the reception. Always happy to receive you with a smile and make you feel comfortable during your stay. Whenever I'm in Vigo, this is my choice! Keep up the good work guys!

This hotel was comfortable and in a good location. Staff is good. My one complaint is when I entered my room there was hair on the duvet, pillow, and even underneath the duvet on the sheets. Clearly they hadn’t been changed. I found the housekeeper who changed them when I asked, but gross.

on my biz visits i stay in this hotel sometimes weekly for 3 years in vigo and it was always the same, clean and good, very good real spanish breakfast and friendly stuff
try it because its down town vigo near by to el corte ingles, a lot of bars around and maybe 10 minutes to go to vigo harbor. the port is small but nice if i stay next time in vigo i will stay here it is all in all good to stay and not too high in price

Very cosy hotel near the center of the city. Walking distance, through the shops to the magical port.
Friendly staff, always ready to help.
Rooms are a bit small, breakfast is ok.
Maybe a bit pricy for the hole package, but good for accommodation.
I’ve been there twice and would book again if in the area.
