Honestly this place was ok. The food was a bit boring but my stay was only 6 days, what made me so unhappy was the staff especially one that worked at the bar near the swimming pool She was so rude to foreigners it was horrible

My wife and I invited our second granddaughter to this hotel for two nights for her 7th birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience with the help of the amazingly professional entertainers. The life size mascots, the food and the selection of the many swimming pools so beautifully designed added to this adventure for her. On arrival we were given passes to amusement parks and the waterpark,of which were closed to the public which was a big disappointment as we had children with us ,there was an indoor spa with pools which was absolutely packed,because of the covid situation no thought was put into the control of people that totally overwhelmed the place ,came out after 5 minutes as I did not feel safe,also...

We stayed in marina d'or self catering apartment booked through them also .. we were way over other side of village had use of there pool ect and our own pool at apartment.. to much driving for my kind of holiday... Great views but would have preferred to be in hotels wouldn't go back unless got good deal in hotel very old Spanish mostly everything could do with update did adventure park and kids one...

We did not stay at the hotel this time, although we did stay here many years ago, and everything was fine. We did visit the live show on the Saturday evening, which was a good entertainment experience. From 21:00 to 22:30 it's for the kid's. From 22:30 till 24:00, its entertainment aimed at adults. You pay seven euros on entrance for drinks tickets, and that's it. You also do not have to be staying...

Great snack bar, they attended to us immediately and quite quickly, they have mixed dishes and hamburgers, dogs ... ideal to go with children, the prices are quite good.

We totally recommend this hotel. It's a little one and nice and cozy. We had luck to get one of the rooms with balcony and direct sea view. All was clean and the bed comfy, we slept well with the sound of the ocean in background. We had only one night but would come back for longer.

Well located, you can walk to the beach, Mercadona and Aldi nearby as well. Some equipment should however renew but it remains correct. We had a good stay in this residence, the children especially enjoyed the swimming pool.

Lovely clean and friendly hotel but fell a little short of 4* expectations. Breakfast is nice/ adequate but becomes a little repetitive for those staying several days. Would be nice to see a chef cooking eggs to order or even a proper tea selection, both were missing. The hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes from Benicassim city centre, so all in all a good location, but it would be advisable to hire a car if are you staying for more than a few days. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We had half board. We did not overnight here. But we came here to eat and drink in the beautiful restaurant. The restaurant is on the ground floor. And basically you are sitting on the beach the view is amazing. The food is very nice. Some tapas we took and a sandwich. In summer you need to be very early because this place is very popular. And with good reason! The best place for a drink or a little meal!

Very nice crew, varied menu with some vegetarian and vegan options. The food tastes really good and the scenery can’t be better. You get to seat right at the beachfront and there is a playground right next to it for the kids to climb and run in the sand. It feels a lot like paradise.

It is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and I would repeat. A reasonable distance from the beach - 10 minutes and not very difficult to get around - and very quiet. That said, I will return.

What a brilliant budget hotel, bed and breakfast for a very reasonable price in August. It's self check in so another bonus, a very good breakfast, served on the roof terrace. The hotel is very quiet with excellent double glazing and sound proofing. The staff that we met were efficient and friendly.

I want to thank Carla and her staff for making a difficult time for me easier. The airline lost my bags for days and everyone went out of their way to make things easier for me and try to help. Things like this make such a huge difference to a traveller when they stay somewhere. I also liked the breakfast on the roof terrace. I would return again when attending Rototom.

We've been coming here for a decade and everything has been great. We haven't stopped recommending this establishment. Until today, I ended up having an unnecessary argument with the receptionist and an employee (I think they're new this season). It was a very unpleasant situation. At this point, with the unprofessional practices I've seen, I don't think I'd come back again.

Basic Beach Hotel! Clean but staff does not go out of their way. One thing is at breakfast you have staff standing guard and over you while you eat.

Generally a very good hotel. Reception were very helpful and friendly. The room is basic, a little small, but functional. Mine had a small fridge in for drinks. Great! Modern 4* in lovely location, everything spot on for us. Of course the photos on the listing are clever, the gym and pool are much smaller irl; but still all good. Local town is lovely too, plenty of nice restaurants and a market came on Tuesday.

Rooms are nice and clean. But this place is woefully understaffed. Endless waiting time at reception. Pool frequently opens after 11 am, no idea why. Wifi is sloooow. They charge 10 euros for 40 minutes of Spa which most hotels just include for free. Mixed feelings about this.

This hotel is in a great location, facing Las Fuentes beach and has a nice pool area. There were plentry of sunbeds available but the pool area is quite small so they are pretty close together. The check in went smoothly and our room had a nice view overlooking the pool and sea The room was very clean and had two 3/4 beds, to fit these in it meant that one was pushed right up against the window and...

Pastry at breakfast is fully industrial type. Coffee is Netscape machine. The "embutidos" are medium - low quality type. You have some fresh fruit and cereals plus fried eggs, sausages and other hot dishes. The bathroom in our room is shown some aging in the dush but still acceptable. The location of the hair dryer is unacceptable, too close to the sink tap.

Overall I would say my stay here was pretty comfy. Adults' pool was a great surprise and very nice to have, nice views and relaxed atmosphere. WiFi didn't work as expected though (it didn't even reach my room) but worked fine on the lobby. Breakfast was good and comolete. Our room was big (two king size beds side by side,which made for a huge bed) and wide corridors.

Our room (Junior Suite) was nice and very spacious. It has two large and confortable beds. The living room was also nice and has access to a small balcony with a table and two chairs. The cleanless was good and the dinning room serves the classic continental breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Peñíscola's old town and its castle and fortifications.

The staff is very nice and helpful, even if you don't really speak spanish! It's a cute Hotel, the bed was very comfortable and I liked the shower. If you like it a little more familiar and don't have a problem when it's not super modern, this is the perfect place for you.

I was a week with my wife and my son and the truth was that it was a success to have found this place. It is true that the closest beach is a ten minute walk away but it is the best and quietest to be with children. Also where the hotel is located is a quiet area and there is not much traffic of people. The facilities are nice and well maintained, I really appreciate the attention of all the hotel...

Great hotel for the price you pay! We had a beach front room, which gives you a great sunrise in the morning. It’s close to everything, the Peniscola castle, the beach, bars, perfect location. The room is what you can expect from it: decent, nothing special, but serves it purpose. For a budget hotel I’d definitely come back here.

A very good lunch off the a la carte menu on a Saturday but they do have a menu del dia as well. Fresh grilled sardines, lamb and a great bottle of rioja. Situated on Peniscola seafront.

1st day and 1st impressions are excellent. We informed of late arrival and when we got there they knew who we were and made us welcome. The staff all seem to know each of the guests from the minute they arrive. Ground floor reception restaurant and public area is spacious and airy. Looking forwards to the next 3 weeks of our stay.

Friendliness, cleanliness, unbeatable location. The buffet for breakfast is excellent. Modern furniture and decoration, ... perhaps a few drawers to store the small things of the day to day would avoid opening suitcases or the closet. Overall it deserves an A grade. It is worth coming back especially outside of the high seasons.

My wife and I have just returned home after a three night stay in a junior suite, one with a separate bedroom. Our suite seemed newly refurbished, and to exceptionally good taste. Low effort family hotel. Decent rooms, edible food. Great for a family member on a budget. Great views of the beach, and rarely of the castle.
