Brilliant food and great service💫

The room we had was quite outdated, no fridge in the room and the elevator noise didn’t let me sleep (not isolated at all). Furthermore if any ‘neighbour’ is walking the vibrations of the wooden floors are very loud. The expectations were higher for a 4 star hotel. Rooms are indeed large, this is the only advantage.

Great food in the weekend menu

Very nice family-owned hotel located less than 10-minute walk from the majestic beach Cala de la Fosca. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Great breakfast. And if you opt for a room with terrace, fantastic view on the beach (for a drink and sunset)

Wonderful clean room in a spectacular location close to La Fosca Beach and walking distance into Palamos. We like that it is family owned with very friendly staff. The pool is another wonderful feature.

Great location for the beaches. Nice little holiday hotel with their own car park. Rooms are a bot stuffy and don't smell very fresh, if you add in other guests smoking on adjacent balconies, it is not great. Breakfast is very good with nice staff and a great choice.

Stayed here multiple times. Family run hotel, great location. First visit post pandemic. Breakfast choices have been improved further ( they were good before) ,as i have a gluten intolerance i was well catered for ,all clearly marked and seperate. GF Toast made seperately for md in kitchen .The hotel could be evdn better with more modern decor and bedding. Great swimming pool.

Dog friendly and did not charge us more for hosting our pooch! The restaurant food is yummy and has vegetarian options in the daily menu. Very close to the beach.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Good food, very pleasant dining space and terrace. Rooms are quite outdated but when you get to have the view, you forget rapidly about it! We will go again for sure.

Superb location - right on the beach passeig. Food is excellent and their own products (definitely buy some “B” olive oil) adds an extra dimension and freshness to everything. We loved everything! (Of course the chocolate truffles were to die for!!)

Small and clean place to stay. We stayed 4 nights with 2 kids. Room is small, but clean and has own bathroom and WC. Breakfast was local, nice ingredients and good quality, fresh products. Place is ideal, it's just in front of the beach. Lots of water activities such as SUP, kayak and water bicycle. Bakery and supermarket 5-7 min walk. Palamos is 25 min walk.

My young son and I had a wonderful stay here. The manager could not have been any friendlier, and the food was always good. Very slow internet (2013) but the place was beautiful. We would return.

This is a very good place to stay with kids Very close to the beach. And the beach itself is very nice. The residence we book is overlooking the sea and it is splendid. We are planning to come back there this summer again.

We stayed one night on our way back home. The location is nearby a beautiful area to walk along beaches. When checking in, we were told we had been upgraded (probably because the hotel was under renovated). I was happy to hear that but when we saw our room which faced the back of the hotel right above the lower roof air ducts and parking lot, I wondered how much worse the other room would have been...

Good stay overall. Excellent beachfront location near a calm cove, if you book directly parking is only 6 euro. Breakfast is excellent, with a patio directly across from the ocean to eat at and the pool is warm. Very nice rooftop deck as well although as of this writing in May 2023 it appears under renovation. Net net a very good value for the money.

For the price it was clean and staff were friendly.

Hace to say a little bit expensive, but most of the hotels in Spain are if you are looking for a good one. Nevertheless the staying was lovely and having the beach in front with the views is so worth it.

Excellent location on beach with nice pool at rear. We liked the hotel so much in 2021 that we booked again for 2022. First week in September 2022 was 30% cheaper than last week in August 2021! Only downside was that we thought the food not as good this year.

It's amazing how a butler at the breakfast buffet can ruin the overall impression of a place like this. Everything from the receptionists, activity leaders, waiters and lifeguards were fantastic throughout our stay. After a great experience, we were going to have breakfast at the restaurant on the last day. It ends with a rude butler scolding us for sitting us down with a table. He had plenty of time...

Very beautiful aparthotel, large and clean apartments very well equipped. Surrounded by trees, with a large pool and very close to the beach. This is in theory a ‘simple old-school Spanish hotel’. It’s basically all about its terrace, which is lovely - possibly the best location and best view in Platje D’Aro, shaded by pines and overlooking a lovely rocky cove at the quiet end of the town. Lovely hotel one pool was heated and was a jacuzzi the food we were half board was great a good choice something for everyone.the staff were friendly very prompt mostly unless very busy on an evening at taking plates away. I was only there for one night, in a single room, extremely small, clean but very old, old bathroom, very few services for the price of this room, €200 (high season) but for this price it should be a much more comfortable room. It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel.

We often come to this hotel.. I regret having contacted the buffet meal It was downgraded in quality. Especially the meat. No more branded yogurt. Damage. We are going back in August but it may be the last time. We will see.

Hotel Sant Roc is a beautiful space with its own beach. The hotel maintains an elegant 60s ambiance, with comfortable and well appointed rooms. The service is top notch, and they were very patient with this bohemian hiker from the U.S. And, Sant Roc is convenient to all the shops and restaurants in Calella de Palafrugell.

From the moment we arrived at reception i knew we had booked the right Hotel. Kind smiling staff. We ate at the restaurant one evening and all 8 of us agreed it was delicious. The owners are here 70 years and it's obvious that hard work pays off . Great independent business worth supporting.

This hotel has just been renovated and reopened. The rooms are SO quiet! There is literally NO noise like in other small old hotels In Cállela . Bed is very comfortable . shower is great! I had my graduation gathering in the restaurant and it was perfect. Wonderful space and location, outstanding attention by the servers and most importantly delicious food, we had a 7 course meal that had tapas a couple of main meals and a dessert all while having a DJ that played background music while eating and later played in the party as well. This is a fabulous, friendly hotel very close to the sea front. The hotel is quite small and very homely. The communal areas are very nice. The pool area is quite small but was not busy while we were there. The breakfasts are excellent, the breakfast area is large with seating available outside in the lovely courtyard. The food is typically continental and plentiful with items restocked quickly...

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. The rooms are really nice for what you pay and the mattresses are really comfortable. I stayed in a double room with balcony, which to be honest was bigger than I expected, it even has a table and some chairs. Lovely hotel and spa! We used the Spa during the afternoon and then ate at the restaurant afterwards, had the €16 menu and it was delicious! Mar at the reception was very helpful and her English was fantastic, a credit to the Hotel! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing afternoon on a day with bad weather 😄

A lovely place to stay for a few nights! The accommodations feel more like spacious apartments, featuring two rooms and a convenient kitchenette. Just a short walk from great restaurants and the beach. The hosts also offer excellent local recommendations.

We stayed for a week and only wish it could have been longer. This is a lovely clean, quiet hotel in a good location central to beaches in the area. Staff were all very friendly, the pool is a real bonus for a 3 star hotel, aircon worked well and breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless.

Hotel Aromar is in the best location, a few steps away from the beach in a quiet part of Costa Brava. Our team really enjoyed their time there as we hosted a summit at the hotel. The staff were always friendly and were able to assist us with any requirements that we had. I hope to visit again some time in the future with my family.

This hotel is the perfect spot in on the beach and in the middle of Platja d'Aro. The staff is friendly and we had a great time. The rooms are cleaned every day and some rooms have coffee pod machines in. Their breakfast buffet is also worth every penny.

We only went for tapas. We had to queue to get in but the queue moved quite quickly. Service was a little slow but that was probably due to the fact that it was so busy. Perfect venue for sitting outside with a drink and some tapas on a warm evening.

Fabulous Hotel! We come every year with family, location excellent, food very good and Entertainment team is fantastic! With aqua gym, inflatables slides and activities for kids. Today it was Minions Theme Party day and kids had a delicious snack surprise.
