Hotel Aromar is in the best location, a few steps away from the beach in a quiet part of Costa Brava. Our team really enjoyed their time there as we hosted a summit at the hotel. The staff were always friendly and were able to assist us with any requirements that we had. I hope to visit again some time in the future with my family.

This hotel is the perfect spot in on the beach and in the middle of Platja d'Aro. The staff is friendly and we had a great time. The rooms are cleaned every day and some rooms have coffee pod machines in. Their breakfast buffet is also worth every penny.

We had an amazing stay here with my 8-month old daughter. The location is perfect , the staff is very helpful and the food and drink was amazing! I am gluten intolerant so I really appreciated the allergy labels at the breakfast buffet as well as the gluten free bread, muffins and crackers offered . I hope to stay there again! Nowadays, with dynamic pricing my enjoyment of a hotel depends a lot on the rate. We got the standard double room for a very good price and got amazing value even compared to camping with our own tent. The staff was friendly and let us store our bikes in a safe storage room. I had my graduation gathering in the restaurant and it was perfect. Wonderful space and location, outstanding attention by the servers and most importantly delicious food, we had a 7 course meal that had tapas a couple of main meals and a dessert all while having a DJ that played background music while eating and later played in the party as well. For an accessible price you get top service, top breakfast options, top installations. I totally recommend it and will come back! Wonderful staff, excellent price, the pool was never crowded- in fact we stayed over the weekend in mid summer and still got it all to ourselves several times in the middle of the day! The room was great, quiet and peaceful. Really superb location, everything is a short walk away. Recommend the ice-cream shop straight ahead as you walk away from the hotel to the main street! We are here for our second visit so, knew what to expect. Once again, we are delighted with the place. The staff look after you with such care and kindness. Totally professional and guest focused. Breakfast is good quality with something for everyone. Close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants is a bonus. Platja d'Aro is a proper town and well worth exploring. We will be back soon xx

This is a fabulous, friendly hotel very close to the sea front. The hotel is quite small and very homely. The communal areas are very nice. The pool area is quite small but was not busy while we were there. The breakfasts are excellent, the breakfast area is large with seating available outside in the lovely courtyard. One of the best hotels I've ever been to. The rooms are really nice for what you pay and the mattresses are really comfortable. I stayed in a double room with balcony, which to be honest was bigger than I expected, it even has a table and some chairs. Came here for a bit of a lads long weekend, it was cheap and cheerful, yet better than expected. Hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. Pool is a little small however you have the sea on the doorstop. Hotel is ideally located to all local amenities.

Lovely hotel and spa! We used the Spa during the afternoon and then ate at the restaurant afterwards, had the €16 menu and it was delicious! Mar at the reception was very helpful and her English was fantastic, a credit to the Hotel! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing afternoon on a day with bad weather 😄

I was only there for one night, in a single room, extremely small, clean but very old, old bathroom, very few services for the price of this room, €200 (high season) but for this price it should be a much more comfortable room. It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel.

We often come to this hotel.. I regret having contacted the buffet meal It was downgraded in quality. Especially the meat. No more branded yogurt. Damage. We are going back in August but it may be the last time. We will see.

Nice and quiet, 15-20 min walking away from city center, restaurants, nightlife, etc. The rooms that overlooked the swimming pool are very quiet, the ones of the other side a bit less. Good breakfast buffet. Nice swimming pool with grass to sunbathe. Free WiFi. The only negative thing would be the bed, which was old and squeaked loudly every time we moved during the night, waking us up.

Visited the place for 3 days during the summer and it was quite enjoyable. The food at the bar was pretty decent and the setting for the place is fantastic. There is room for improvement, though. Measurement has done a awesome job of making the hotel accessible. This was my first trip with a mobility device and there are some challenging corners due to the age of the building but otherwise I was able to get to all hotel amenities. Also, the staff was great and very hopeful when needed.
