Visited the place for 3 days during the summer and it was quite enjoyable. The food at the bar was pretty decent and the setting for the place is fantastic. There is room for improvement, though. This is the best resort ever. I've bin going there for 2 years now and i love it ! You dont need to golf and most people don't. They have a very nice children program that is free. If i could i would give it a 6/5!

Hotel Aromar is in the best location, a few steps away from the beach in a quiet part of Costa Brava. Our team really enjoyed their time there as we hosted a summit at the hotel. The staff were always friendly and were able to assist us with any requirements that we had. I hope to visit again some time in the future with my family.

This hotel is the perfect spot in on the beach and in the middle of Platja d'Aro. The staff is friendly and we had a great time. The rooms are cleaned every day and some rooms have coffee pod machines in. Their breakfast buffet is also worth every penny.

We had an amazing stay here with my 8-month old daughter. The location is perfect , the staff is very helpful and the food and drink was amazing! I am gluten intolerant so I really appreciated the allergy labels at the breakfast buffet as well as the gluten free bread, muffins and crackers offered . I hope to stay there again! Magnificent location and facilities, impeccable service, peaceful, I had the best time ever and left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Would definitely recommend. Special shout out to the welcome desk and restaurant staff who's excellent service was the cherry on top of a fantastic cake.

In some aspects this hotel is awesome and deserves its announced five stars. In others, like breakfast, it doesn't make it. Restaurant personnel usually shouting or making loud noises downturn the almost perfect coastline setting, where you normally expect to spend quiet and relaxing day starts.

It's amazing how a butler at the breakfast buffet can ruin the overall impression of a place like this. Very beautiful aparthotel, large and clean apartments very well equipped. Surrounded by trees, with a large pool and very close to the beach. Measurement has done a awesome job of making the hotel accessible. This was my first trip with a mobility device and there are some challenging corners due to the age of the building but otherwise I was able to get to all hotel amenities. Also, the staff was great and very hopeful when needed.

Lovely hotel and spa! We used the Spa during the afternoon and then ate at the restaurant afterwards, had the €16 menu and it was delicious! Very well located with direct access to a small beach with crystal clear water. On top of that, the town is also around the corner, staff very attentive and enough to do to keep our kids entertained.

The service is top notch, tasty food, rooms clean every day with replacement of towels. ~50 meters to the beach, the beach is clean (a small pebble). The only caveat: expensive and paid (even in the lobby) Wi-Fi, Parking fee.

We had an amazing experience in the hotel. The people are incredible and super friendly. Our car had a problem and was not possible for us to live after the check out and despite the fact we didn't had a room they gave us one to be able to take a shower after the sea and rest a bit while we were waiting for the car assistance to fix our car.
