A lovely place to stay for a few nights! The accommodations feel more like spacious apartments, featuring two rooms and a convenient kitchenette. Just a short walk from great restaurants and the beach. The hosts also offer excellent local recommendations.

We stayed for a week and only wish it could have been longer. This is a lovely clean, quiet hotel in a good location central to beaches in the area. Staff were all very friendly, the pool is a real bonus for a 3 star hotel, aircon worked well and breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless.

We’re just back after family wedding this hotel is good value for money. B&B only the breakfast is excellent the staff and proprietors friendly and efficient. Good pool area and only 5 minute walk to the sea front. Parking is extra but worth it.

The Port-Bo is a basic but lovely family run hotel. Myself and wife stopped here for 2 weeks in the last week in June and first of July. What it lacks in facilities it makes up for in quality of the service. All staff from reception, cleaners and maitre- de in the breakfast room go out of their way to look after you. We loved our short family stay here. A convenient location. Simple, spacious rooms with good housekeeping. A fantastic buffet breakfast with lovely staff. Towels for the pool and laundry facilities available upon request. Couldn’t ask for more.

It's an old hotel but well maintained and it provides all basic things a tourist needs. And it's just at the beach!

Perfect stay ... Our room blew us away. We had two balconies and saw an amazing sunrise each morning. The swimming pool was also very nice.

The reception desk is as usual, a disaster. with uncoordinated people with a calculator instead of head. Their unique worry is to invoice even if everything has been previously paid. We belong to a group and I can affirm that all spend at least half an hour to check on and out. Rooms need a touch up paint. Very noisy conference room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aromar. To start, the parking lot was very conveniently located (there is a charge for it). I would suggest reserving in advance of your stay. I loved this hotel, the grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pool was spacious and thankfully there were not too many guests so plenty of choice of sunbeds. We only went for tapas. We had to queue to get in but the queue moved quite quickly. Service was a little slow but that was probably due to the fact that it was so busy. Perfect venue for sitting outside with a drink and some tapas on a warm evening.

This place has an amazing view of Calella de Palafrugell as it sits on the headland and over looks the beach and town, you are three steps away from the water and the restaurant and buffet sits you right by the sea, it’s also a two minute walk from Llafranc which is also an incredible beach and town to visit. Fantastic location. The rooms with balconies were very spacious and spotless. Dinner was a little underwhelming, but breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety. The staff were okay.

Location 5/5. The pool was great, but the buffet was absolutely terrible (0/1000). The entertainment and pool staff were very friendly. However, one of the bar staff and a front desk agent came across as very tense, almost rude. This is an older hotel that requires significant renovation and maintenance.

Clean hotel but a bit run down, lots of damaged things in the bathroom, the balcony window isn't insulated, the entrance door isn't sturdy, it barely moves and you can see us, the rooms aren't insulated at all, you can hear everything! Fabulous Hotel! We come every year with family, location excellent, food very good and Entertainment team is fantastic! With aqua gym, inflatables slides and activities for kids. Today it was Minions Theme Party day and kids had a delicious snack surprise.

Great Boutique hotel, the room we had was for 3 people, the beds were very comfortable, lovely clean linen. Room was quite big, very clean. Our terrace was overlooking the pool. The hotel overall was very clean. The staff were amazing, very helpful, the food was excellent, the staff were very attentive, reception staff were lovely, helpful and courteous. This hotel is clean comfortable and quiet. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. There was no kettle in the rooms but I asked and they provided one with cups and spoons. The rooms are spacious and the location is with a few minutes of many restaurants beach and bars. The bus station is a 5 min walk if you want a day in Gerona

We got more then we expected! Food was amazing, always warm delicious and fresh. Stuff was very professional and friendly. Room are very comfortable and clean, cleaning the personal changed towels every day. All recommendations for this amazing hotel!

The best is the staff. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast could be improved and it is too focused on French customers. I don’t think customers should pay more for two fried eggs and bacon for example. Other than that, I would recommend it

Great experience combining quality, taste, rooms are charming, we stayed at room #15 with sea view. Breakfast is good, and CoVid measures applied. We also had dinner, they serve a reduced menu but fairly good given curfew. Owners are present so all details are considered.

Nice and quiet, 15-20 min walking away from city center, restaurants, nightlife, etc. The rooms that overlooked the swimming pool are very quiet, the ones of the other side a bit less. Good breakfast buffet. Nice swimming pool with grass to sunbathe. Free WiFi. The only negative thing would be the bed, which was old and squeaked loudly every time we moved during the night, waking us up.

Very week located with a nice restaurant, however, one lady at the reception started shouting at my son and his friends like mad because they were “taking too long to get their things from a storage room” and ended up in her throwing them out of the hotel at the time while shouting and causing a big scene. Even it is located in the town, the outside noises were not perceived (windows isolation). Air conditioner: Generally I can not sleep with it, but this time was silent and easy regulation for a nice temperature.

Nice simple hotel, owner is very kind and eager to make some very good tortilla for us in the morning. The hot tub on the roof at sundown was the ultimate relaxing experience after long Day of walking. Bit pricy for the size of the room though.

We had an amazing experience in the hotel. The people are incredible and super friendly. Our car had a problem and was not possible for us to live after the check out and despite the fact we didn't had a room they gave us one to be able to take a shower after the sea and rest a bit while we were waiting for the car assistance to fix our car. Best time, sea view on the front fantastic, good value for money. Indoor spa swimming pool. Plenty to eat for breakfast, can’t go hungry. Good walking distance to shops and restrooms. There is a shop like our tiger shop with lots of nick knacks, nearly every restaurant makes a paella. Great food,

A simple hotel but where we have been very, very good. The treatment of the owners great because they are charming. There is no elevator, but the location makes up for it. Recommended to spend a few quiet days.
