Hotel Els Pins

We have just returned from this hotel and feel really let down especially by the very arrogant Manager/Owner. We arrived at the hotel and it didn't look to bad, we are both elderly and I have great walking difficulties, we asked for a lower floor which was fine. Within a few hours the resort was not by a massive storm,our room and passage was a complete washout ankle deep in water, I reported this immediately to this manager and he informed us that we would have to move rooms, as I said earlier we are both elderly and handicapped, NOT one person helped us and we struggled to move rooms,after this I told this manager how unhappy we were at being abandoned, he went absolutely ballistic and told me in a very very bad and angry manner that if I wanted help I had to say PLEASE how disgusting, and it ruined our holiday, I informed him that we would never return to his hotel. The room given to us was very basic, the bathroom/shower was very dangerous, you had to step over the bath to obtain a shower, there was no safety may or hand rail to help you, in fact one guest while we there fell and BROKE 3 RIBS, there was no phone no fridge, We were really glad to leave today. We are really experienced travellers and don't put in bad reviews but this manager and his hotel really let holiday makers down, there are far better hotels in the area and and I would encourage people to look elsewhere, I can only give it 3/10.
