Reviews
The pool was great, but the buffet was absolutely terrible (0/1000).
The entertainment and pool staff were very friendly.
However, one of the bar staff and a front desk agent came across as very tense, almost rude.
This is an older hotel that requires significant renovation and maintenance.
The staff is nice
Regarding the restaurant staff, we went to check out the dinner options. Since it was a buffet, we just stepped inside to glance at what was on offer. Immediately, a staff member with a really poor attitude approached us, stating we couldn't enter without providing our room number.
We eventually decided to eat there, so we gave our room number at the buffet entrance and started to get our food. The *same* staff member then came over when we were already serving ourselves and forced us to put down our plates and food and follow her, demanding we pay for dinner *before* eating. It was as if she thought we were going to run off without paying!
To top it all off, the food itself was basic and completely lacked flavor.
However, aside from their efforts, the overall service — especially the quality of the rooms — was very disappointing. Without them, I would have absolutely no reason to return.
