Green Garden Eco Resort & Villas

We spent a week here as a family of 4. Two children aged 8 & 6. The villa we had was beautiful, clean and got fresh towels daily. The food was a bit repetitive although they have themed dinners at night it seemed to be the same items. The snack bar for the all inclusive is not great at all, all you had was a choice of tuna, cheese & tomato sandwiches with crips and pasty’s left over from breakfast service. For me this is one of the hotels huge downfalls couldn’t even get a toastie & chips or burger / hot dogs etc as a snack. Also the ‘you can’t reserve sun beds’ no one follows this rule not even the hotel them self so if you go take your towels out at breakfast or you won’t be getting a bed. When we spoke with reception we paid the €35 for the large bed that included the fruit platter and a bottle of cava just so our children go in the pool and we had somewhere to sit and rest. The other concerning thing was the pool didn’t close, for me it’s a biggie as there is still people / children in the pool when there is no life guard present if anything goes wrong. Apart from that great location and lovely staff.

Perfect spot for to celebrate my bestie getting married. We decided that we didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the ***** etc but wanted to be close enough to get into it when we fancied. A €5 taxi ride later and we’re there. Out of the 2 rooms we had, both were perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more. Friendly staff, good drinks selection. Food was tasty, some things were not amazing but still filled a hole. Always found a sunbed for 10 people even at mid day. Not noisy and pool was pretty much empty over the 3 days we were there.

The whole experience was lovely! We loved the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Katy! She remembered our room number and drink order straight away. We stayed for 5 nights and booked an all inclusive board; there was only a service time limit for alcoholic drinks 11a.m. to 11p.m. but you can get coffee and juice in the morning before 11. There's a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack bar for a quick bite between the meals. No limit for drinks during the day.
There's plenty of smoking areas all over the resort and there are ashtrays on balconies.
Enough of loungers around the pool and we had no trouble finding an empty one. 😊

This is our 4th consecutive year at Green Garden. We absolutely love it and our children (age 11 and 7) consider it another home. It's safe for them to feel they have some independence whilst still being able to observe them from afar at all times. The staff are wonderful. Every single one of them. They remember us every year and welcome us with open arms calling us "family". Everyone from the bar staff (special shout out to Nico, Carlos, Oscar and Raul) the restaurant staff (Fanny and Katie), The chefs, The domestics, the animation team (Andrea), the life guards (Michael is a big kid and loves to play jokes with the children), the reception staff, the security... They are all wonderful people and make our holiday such a dream. Everything is so clean, so spacious and they just can't do enough for you. The food is brilliant and so varied with lots of themed nights. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily. We never use a safe here and have never worried about our belongings. The main door is always secured with security. The pools are so clean and there's always so much for the kids to do if they want too. Including lots of family orientated activities. They have beautiful big beds around the pool if you need shelter along with plenty of sunbeds. You are never without one as it's a small resort and catered for every individual who stays here. I never imagined I would return to the same resort over and over but when you find a gem like this, you won't want to go anywhere else. It's worth every penny and more and if you see any negativity about this resort I whole heartedly ask you to ignore it because some people will never be happy! A beautiful hotel with absolutely wonderful staff! Particular shoutouts to Oscar, Janet, Youssef, Enrique, Sonia and Fany (the staff we had interacted with the most) who were all so so lovely and friendly. I cannot praise them enough! The food was delicious, a fairly small selection compared to some all inclusive but enough for everyone and of very high quality. The drinks are delicious, and dangerous….far too tasty for that much alcohol Our room was incredible, way beyond what we expected, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We each got a spa treatment and it was absolutely incredible, my partners hair was something to behold after her cranial facial massage! Will definitely be returning for longer in the future!

We had a great time here (2 adults and 1 child), especially our daughter. Lots of activities to keep her busy. That kept us also here with her ~ considering that we wanted to visit around the island more.
Food was good, staff was very kind, rooms were ok.
Conclusion: we recommend this place if you want to relax by the pool, keep children busy with activities and entertainment shows almost every evening.

Great option, we loved the spacious room and variety of breakfast. They have freshly squeezed orange juice which was delicious!! Our only complaint was that our room was close to the kid area with sand box so we could hear a lot of noise but aside from that very good option!

Really nice hotel with beautiful garden ambiance! Particularly enjoyed the friendly staff, good buffet food, great evening shows, warm heated pool, game room for kids, fresh juice in the morning, and many more! Nature friendly hotel and loved watching the trained eagles do their work on a couple of mornings. Will visit again!!

I’ve visited Green Garden several times with my mother and son. And I always look forward to the next trip! Green Garden is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. Very good service all around, from the reception to housekeeping. As a guest you really feel well taken care of. Extra shoutout to the restaurant staff! They are so attentive, sweet and serviceminded! We always choose All Inclusive because the food is lovely: freshly prepared and varied. Extra plus for serving drinks at the table (not dispenser) even with the All inclusive deal. The green areas are lush with beautiful flowers, everything is clean, quiet and the hotel never feels crowded. Located a bit high up in Playa de las Americas, but you can still see the ocean. Ca. 20 minutes walk down to the beach promenade. The area is perfect for long or short walks. I love Green Garden and can highly recommend this place!
