Green Garden Eco Resort & Villas

The whole experience was lovely! We loved the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Katy! She remembered our room number and drink order straight away. We stayed for 5 nights and booked an all inclusive board; there was only a service time limit for alcoholic drinks 11a.m. to 11p.m. but you can get coffee and juice in the morning before 11. There's a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack bar for a quick bite between the meals. No limit for drinks during the day.
There's plenty of smoking areas all over the resort and there are ashtrays on balconies.
Enough of loungers around the pool and we had no trouble finding an empty one. 😊

This is our 4th consecutive year at Green Garden. We absolutely love it and our children (age 11 and 7) consider it another home. It's safe for them to feel they have some independence whilst still being able to observe them from afar at all times. The staff are wonderful. Every single one of them. They remember us every year and welcome us with open arms calling us "family". Everyone from the bar staff (special shout out to Nico, Carlos, Oscar and Raul) the restaurant staff (Fanny and Katie), The chefs, The domestics, the animation team (Andrea), the life guards (Michael is a big kid and loves to play jokes with the children), the reception staff, the security... They are all wonderful people and make our holiday such a dream. Everything is so clean, so spacious and they just can't do enough for you. The food is brilliant and so varied with lots of themed nights. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily. We never use a safe here and have never worried about our belongings. The main door is always secured with security. The pools are so clean and there's always so much for the kids to do if they want too. Including lots of family orientated activities. They have beautiful big beds around the pool if you need shelter along with plenty of sunbeds. You are never without one as it's a small resort and catered for every individual who stays here. I never imagined I would return to the same resort over and over but when you find a gem like this, you won't want to go anywhere else. It's worth every penny and more and if you see any negativity about this resort I whole heartedly ask you to ignore it because some people will never be happy! We had a great time here (2 adults and 1 child), especially our daughter. Lots of activities to keep her busy. That kept us also here with her ~ considering that we wanted to visit around the island more.
Food was good, staff was very kind, rooms were ok.
Conclusion: we recommend this place if you want to relax by the pool, keep children busy with activities and entertainment shows almost every evening.

Great option, we loved the spacious room and variety of breakfast. They have freshly squeezed orange juice which was delicious!! Our only complaint was that our room was close to the kid area with sand box so we could hear a lot of noise but aside from that very good option!

Really nice hotel with beautiful garden ambiance! Particularly enjoyed the friendly staff, good buffet food, great evening shows, warm heated pool, game room for kids, fresh juice in the morning, and many more! Nature friendly hotel and loved watching the trained eagles do their work on a couple of mornings. Will visit again!!

I’ve visited Green Garden several times with my mother and son. And I always look forward to the next trip! Green Garden is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. Very good service all around, from the reception to housekeeping. As a guest you really feel well taken care of. Extra shoutout to the restaurant staff! They are so attentive, sweet and serviceminded! We always choose All Inclusive because the food is lovely: freshly prepared and varied. Extra plus for serving drinks at the table (not dispenser) even with the All inclusive deal. The green areas are lush with beautiful flowers, everything is clean, quiet and the hotel never feels crowded. Located a bit high up in Playa de las Americas, but you can still see the ocean. Ca. 20 minutes walk down to the beach promenade. The area is perfect for long or short walks. I love Green Garden and can highly recommend this place!

Currently staying on resort again for the 5th time with our family, the staff are amazing and have barely changed over the years, we are in a n apartment with a pool. Again amazing Everything loc is a 10 euro taxi away Entertainment is great, food and drinks great , cleanliness cannot be beaten We will be back green garden love you all

Small hotel but it is Beautiful. Lovely grounds, well appointed & clean rooms. The food was amazing & so much choice. The staff were amazing, so friendly & they all seemed to get on and enjoy working together. This is such a rare thing. Lovely pool area and the spa was lovely. I enjoyed a relaxing back massage there.

*Went with my friend who has a 3 year old. So familyish/friendish. We had a great stay. The standard was surprising good. Bali vibe and so clean. Our room was great! And pool area very nice. We took all inclusive, and I would say it is worth it. For swedes it’s great, lots of fruit and veggies, I think the people how don’t like it are from country’s where they eat a lot of brown food ;) Only thing I can think of is that when it’s some happening for the kids the music is super loud, not good for kids ears and annoying for relaxing adults. Still giving this a 5/5 for a 4 star hotell. I’ll probably be back when I have my own kids.

Arrived back on Sunday after staying at Green Garden with our family of 3 adults and 1 child (children 18yo and 14yo). This is the first abroad holiday for 10years and we weren't disappointed. The staff were so friendly and worked tirelessly. We stayed during Christmas and all the staff made it an amazing day. I had read mixed reviews about the food but we found it to be a fantastic selection changing themes each day to give a good variety and it was absolutely delicious. Never hearing "what are we having for dinner" as we were all inclusive was bliss. We would recommend all inclusive, it might cost more but having the stress of finding something to suit everyone everyday was taken away. There were plenty of sun loungers and the pool was clean and heated (as long as you get in the correct side!). At night it was very peaceful which we liked and away from the hustle and bustle. We recommend doing a boat trip to see the whales and dolphins. We visited Siam Park a couple of times, the first time it was very empty so we got to go on everything, the second it was heaving so did a few rides and came home which we wouldn't have done without the free pass. We did use the free shuttle bus but we also did spend quite a bit on taxis's which I am sure we could probably have cut down on but we all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, it has to be one of the best ones we have been on.
