Green Garden Eco Resort & Villas

We just came back from a 7-night stay (2 adults and one 8-year-old) and absolutely loved it! The hotel is spotless, cozy, and has such a lovely, relaxed vibe. All the staff are amazing — so friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy, which really makes a difference.

The food was tasty with a different selection every night, so we never got bored. Everything was super clean, entertainment was great (you can even watch the evening shows while having dinner!), and the pool is heated — no sunbed wars either!

It’s a peaceful hotel, perfect for families. You can walk to Las Américas in about 20 minutes or take a taxi for around €10. I also had a lovely massage at the spa.

If you’re looking for a relaxing family holiday, definitely book this hotel — you won’t regret it!

We have just had the best holiday. Will be returning next year. Hotel is just incredible, food and drinks next level and all the staff can’t do enough for you. Team animation Elle and Andrea really made my daughter’s time here unforgettable. Thank you all so much for everything we will miss you!

Just spent 6 days here. What a beautiful resort. Great people, amazing staff (every single one of them is a credit to this resort) and really good food and entertainment on offer. The location is set about a 30ish minute walk from the waterfront and mostly downhill, cabs are easily available outside and at a reasonable cost and the rooms are more than adequate. We had afew issues with the electric tripping but the fusebox was just behind the door and easily fixed. When first reported the handyman was there within minutes. I honestly cant find much fault with the resort at all. Food options are great. Fresh bread and salad available daily and options seemed to suit all diets.

The staff are the highlight, they are all incredible and willing to chat, help with any problems and work their butts off.

Just remember if you want a lay in past 9am, hang up your sign!

Oh and if you want a trip on the water, the peter pan whale watching trip is a bargain and very respectful to the wildlife, pilot whales, dolphins and the odd turtle all on offer and topped off with a dip on the way back for under €30 for 2 people. Brilliant experience all round, just avoid the strip, you may well get mugged, pickpocketed or like me, spiked with GHB, probably the only downside to the island. Everything else was brilliant!

We had such a lovely time at the Green Eco Garden Resort in Tenerife! 🌿 Everything was so peaceful and beautifully kept you can really tell they care about the environment and their guests. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a really nice relaxing feel to it.

There were plenty of fun activities for both adults and kids, and the staff were absolutely wonderful so friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They really made our stay extra special.

The only small thing I didn’t love was the nappy changing area being outside. It’s great to have it available, but it would be nice to have a bit more privacy maybe adding a few plants or a small screen could make it more comfortable for parents.

All I would ask from owner or staff is to please add a screen or plants to cover or make the nappie change area just to make it that bit more secluded if please

Overall though, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again! 🌴💚

Just finished our trip here (2 adults + 10yo) and we leave with fond memories.

We stayed less than a week and here’s my key observations:

Other than breakfast, lunch and dinner was always different and there was lots of variety. Food was delicious, not super greasy or fried but lots of good quality items especially proteins! There was a different theme for dinner each night.

Staff were all great - super friendly, generous with drinks and very hospitable. Special shoutouts to Cati and Yusuf. Thank you for making our stay extra special.

Rooms - we had a 2 bed villa and it was super clean as was the rest of the resort.

We stayed AI and drinks and snacks selection was solid. We didn’t have the premium drinks package so you had to find the right combo of cocktail / drink you liked as some weren’t to our taste. There’s also lager and cava!

All in all, a great trip and would highly recommend as a solid 4 star AI experience.

We spent a week here as a family of 4. Two children aged 8 & 6. The villa we had was beautiful, clean and got fresh towels daily. The food was a bit repetitive although they have themed dinners at night it seemed to be the same items. The snack bar for the all inclusive is not great at all, all you had was a choice of tuna, cheese & tomato sandwiches with crips and pasty’s left over from breakfast service. For me this is one of the hotels huge downfalls couldn’t even get a toastie & chips or burger / hot dogs etc as a snack. Also the ‘you can’t reserve sun beds’ no one follows this rule not even the hotel them self so if you go take your towels out at breakfast or you won’t be getting a bed. When we spoke with reception we paid the €35 for the large bed that included the fruit platter and a bottle of cava just so our children go in the pool and we had somewhere to sit and rest. The other concerning thing was the pool didn’t close, for me it’s a biggie as there is still people / children in the pool when there is no life guard present if anything goes wrong. Apart from that great location and lovely staff.

Perfect spot for to celebrate my bestie getting married. We decided that we didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the ***** etc but wanted to be close enough to get into it when we fancied. A €5 taxi ride later and we’re there. Out of the 2 rooms we had, both were perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more. Friendly staff, good drinks selection. Food was tasty, some things were not amazing but still filled a hole. Always found a sunbed for 10 people even at mid day. Not noisy and pool was pretty much empty over the 3 days we were there.

The whole experience was lovely! We loved the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Katy! She remembered our room number and drink order straight away. We stayed for 5 nights and booked an all inclusive board; there was only a service time limit for alcoholic drinks 11a.m. to 11p.m. but you can get coffee and juice in the morning before 11. There's a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack bar for a quick bite between the meals. No limit for drinks during the day.
There's plenty of smoking areas all over the resort and there are ashtrays on balconies.
Enough of loungers around the pool and we had no trouble finding an empty one. 😊

This is our 4th consecutive year at Green Garden. We absolutely love it and our children (age 11 and 7) consider it another home. It's safe for them to feel they have some independence whilst still being able to observe them from afar at all times. The staff are wonderful. Every single one of them. They remember us every year and welcome us with open arms calling us "family". Everyone from the bar staff (special shout out to Nico, Carlos, Oscar and Raul) the restaurant staff (Fanny and Katie), The chefs, The domestics, the animation team (Andrea), the life guards (Michael is a big kid and loves to play jokes with the children), the reception staff, the security... They are all wonderful people and make our holiday such a dream. Everything is so clean, so spacious and they just can't do enough for you. The food is brilliant and so varied with lots of themed nights. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily. We never use a safe here and have never worried about our belongings. The main door is always secured with security. The pools are so clean and there's always so much for the kids to do if they want too. Including lots of family orientated activities. They have beautiful big beds around the pool if you need shelter along with plenty of sunbeds. You are never without one as it's a small resort and catered for every individual who stays here. I never imagined I would return to the same resort over and over but when you find a gem like this, you won't want to go anywhere else. It's worth every penny and more and if you see any negativity about this resort I whole heartedly ask you to ignore it because some people will never be happy!
