The rooms are big, clean and the shower was powerful and hot 👍🏻
Food is good with lots of options, we didn't have high expectations from the other reviews but we were pleasantly surprised.
We have been to several hotels on this area and this is by far the best overall. The spa is lovely and is €17 for 2 hours which was great.
Location of hotel is good.
Parking is also available inside hotel.
Staff have been amazing, very friendly and attentive with the boys.
Rooms spacious and clean.
Reception staff very helpful with booking excursions, and recommending things to do /see.
Big shout out to Gino the resident photographer, we have some beautiful pictures to remember the holiday by he was also very engaging with the boys.
We found the location ideal with lots to do and keep the little ones entertained.
All round a very good holiday had by all - Tenerife we will see you again soon.
EDIT: The hotel have responded to say food can be ordered from the pool bar. This was true on only 1 of our 7 days. For the others, this wasn't the case and there wasn't a single menu on the tables. There was what appeared to be a food 'truck' which cooked very limited options for a very short time each day.
Their comments show the lack of value they place on anything below all inclusive. I expect to be able to order food from a 4* hotel, it isn't a big ask. Review downgraded as appears my hopes of our experience being unusual isn't the case.
