Staying All Inclusive. Room very clean and comfortable. The staff are brilliant. The entertainment guys work so hard to get everyone involved during the day. The food is good with the usual fish, pasta, meat and salad sections. Only staying one week so allowed only one a la cart restaurant visit. We chose the Italian restaurant and the food I had was excellent. A very chilled vibe around the pool during the day and doesn't have the morning stampede for beds which is a winner for me. The location of the hotel is superb at the end of the golden mile. My only problem is I wish I was staying for 2 weeks!

We have stayed here a few times but this one they excelled themselves my husband fell a few times and was I’ll while we were there and they couldn’t do enough for us making our stay brilliant everything was perfect even a waiter getting myself breakfast to take back to our room even a letter under the door saying to dial 9 straight away for help the reception staff including Israel were brilliant they certainly deserve a5star in my opinion we will certainly be back

Excellent hotel.

The food was good. The rooms were spotless and the alcohol was branded.
We chose the all inclusive option and definitely got our money's worth.

The large unheated pool was slightly too cold for us to enjoy in March, but the heated pool was like a warm bath! Ideal.

The staff were always friendly, I would go back.

We recently stayed at the H10 Conquistador in Tenerife and while there were definitely some highlights, we also had a number of frustrations during our visit.

Let’s start with the positives:
The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the pool areas are lovely – plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The food at breakfast and dinner was generally very tasty, with a decent variety on offer. Lunch, however, was a bit underwhelming in comparison.
The all-inclusive bracelet is convenient (though it could be a bit smaller for comfort!).

However, there were several downsides that took away from the overall experience:
• Be prepared for a lot of extra charges. €15 to rent a pool towel (cash only!) and £1 just to get it changed. €18 a week to use the room safe.
• €3 for a glass of tap water at dinner, even though it’s free at the bar (but they won’t allow you to bring it in). Also, no tea or coffee available with lunch or dinner – a small thing, but really odd.
• €4.50 for a smoothie… made from cheap carton juice, which felt overpriced.
• The rooms are really tight for three people – would not recommend for families unless you’re fine with very limited space.
• Our room wasn’t cleaned on days they considered it “messy” – which felt a bit arbitrary.
• The back gate was broken from Wednesday to Saturday, which was frustrating as it meant a much longer walk around the property.
• In the dining room, service was a bit hit-and-miss. Often long queues at breakfast and not enough staff turning tables over. Waiting around 5 minutes just to get someone to serve fried eggs, and food was sometimes removed before the posted end of the session.

In summary, it’s a nice enough hotel with some really good aspects – especially the pools and evening meals – but the number of extra charges and small annoyances did add up. With a few improvements, it could be a great stay, but as it stands, it felt like good value was just out of reach.

We just stayed at the H10 Conquistador in Tenerife, and while there were definitely some positives, there were also quite a few frustrations that took away from the overall experience. The good stuff first: The hotel is clean and well-kept, and the pool areas are lovely – perfect for relaxing, plenty of loungers. The food at breakfast and dinner was generally very tasty, with a decent variety. Lunch was the weakest meal, but overall the quality was good. The bracelet is handy (though a little bulky – a slimmer version would be more comfortable). Now for the not-so-great: • Extra charges were everywhere. €15 to rent a towel (cash only), and £1 for each change. €18 per week to use the safe. • €3 for a glass of tap water at dinner, while it’s free at the bar. No tea or coffee with lunch or dinner, which seems odd. • €4.50 for a smoothie made from cheap carton juice – definitely not worth the price. • Rooms are small and feel very cramped for three people – space was definitely an issue. • Our room wasn’t cleaned on days they deemed it “too messy,” which felt inconsistent and unfair. • The back gate was broken from Wednesday through Saturday, making getting in and out of the hotel more inconvenient than it needed to be. • The indoor pool? Locked away and not open to regular guests, which was disappointing. It should be made clear that it’s off-limits unless you pay extra. • In the dining room, we often had to wait for someone to show up at the egg station (around 5 minutes most mornings). Table turnover was slow, leading to long queues at breakfast, and food was being cleared away before the official end of service time. Overall, while the hotel has its strong points – especially the cleanliness, pool area, and some of the food – the constant extra charges and little inconveniences added up. With better service and more transparency about what’s included, it could be a great stay. As it stands, it just didn’t feel like great value for money.

My wife and I had a great time while staying here. The all inclusive is worth it, you get premium liquor and the food is very good as well. The hotel is in a great location with access to a rocky beach and lots of shopping and food. The rooms have a lovely balcony for looking at the sea. The nightly entertainment is fun and interactive.

We did have some issues like not being able to reserve any of the A la carte restaurants. Everything was full by the time we got there and we stayed for 4 nights. Also it felt like they nickled and dimed for a lot of little things. There is a 15€ towel cash deposit. When we are already paying for all inclusive it’s a bit annoying to have to go grab cash for a towel. And it’s a 1€ euro charge to exchange towels. You also have to pay to use the inside pool. Again paying for all inclusive you would think you could use the pool like other hotels. The elevators are super small and slow. And when I went to the gym they didn’t supply any water cups.

Overall it’s still a great stay, just some little things that could have been improved on.

Let me start with the positives. The hotel has a great location and the food was nice. The photos from the advertising do not exactly match the reality, hotel is quite outdated. Me and my family were put in a north facing room at the end of the large hotel, the room had a smell of damp as it was very dark. On arrival it was quite dusty and later we found ants and cocroach in the room. We asked to change rooms but they told us all room of this size (suite) were taken. I booked directly with the hotel about 6 months in advance. Not a 4 star hotel in my view and although the location is great, we won't be booking again.

Booked with Tui and Paid £5100 all inclusive for two rooms over October half term. On arrival we were allocated 2 rooms on the first floor which are used as guest checkout rooms. Both rooms overlooked the car park and roof to the front entrance of the hotel. This was full of cigarette butts and was filthy dirty. We complained the next morning and were told there were no other rooms available for another 2 days! We eventually moved to the upper floor and the rooms were average. No tea making facilities, walls tired and in need of attention but clean. The hotel needs a full uplift, the staff on reception look miserable and are not concerned about customer complaints. The food was excellent, lots of choice for AI with a large selection of vegan, vegetarian and deserts. The Tui rep was useless and was also not concerned about customer complaints. The location of the hotel is great, right on the promenade over looking the sea. We have stayed in most of the H10 hotels in Tenerife and the conquistador is by far the worst. It was also the most expensive. Due to this experience we would not stay here again.
