Excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds good. The whole hotel was bright airy and spotlessly clean. The Seaview from our balcony was breathtaking. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and very hardworking. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Hotel rooms are a little dated now. No tea of coffee available in room and no room service. Small pool was always dirty needs to be cleaned regularly. All staff very pleasant which made my stay very comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Parking very expensive seeing as though there is free parking across the road.

Really nice hotel. It's location is superb. Couldn't be closer to the sea. The views from the rooms are amazing. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Only had 1 dinner and breakfast do far. So far good food and choice.

I’ve had a lovely time at your hotel and would like to say a heartfelt thank you! Special thank you to the birthday gift, I really enjoyed that bottle and loved to find it as a surprise in my room! And the view from my room was absolutely perfect, couldn’t have wished for better! Will come and stay again if I’m back in the area!

4-star hotel is the real first line ( to the sea 20 meters). There is a Spa area with indoor pool and Jacuzzi available to clients of the hotel ( the cost of visiting Spa-complex of 8 euros per hour). The price is not cheap

The hotel is of course not a real four stars but worthy of the three. It is very convenient that you can take a semi or full Board for power. Highly recommend. And the breakfasts and Lunches and dinners very well at a good level. Service at the principle buffet - buffet. Good selection of dishes and even tasty? The second and maybe the main advantage is that the hotel is well Prymachenko on the beach...

Basic but acceptable. Wifi was better than our recent Portugal stay! (So if course we will compare) N with 2 to change from! Shower power was also better but not always hot water, still warm water. No where to put clothes in bathroom I had to take a chair in from d balcony. Hair dryer weak n got hot easily but at least more sockets than Portugal ! N air con also better n more powerful but dripped outside...

Very clean but dated interior. Staff very helpful. Rooms very comfortable and spacious with extra sitting room apart from bedroom. Pool is small but nice

We had a 3 night stay July 16th to 19th,we chose the hotel for the location. Handy for the beach,enough bars and restaurants, it's on a busy road so if you need to cross you use the blue bridge,there's a Chinese KFC M donalds more bars restaurants and supermarket. The hotel rooms,basic with fridge,the bathroom looked new ,we had a side view ,so no balcony or terrace just a window,Room cleaned daily...

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Staff went above and beyond on all measures for our time here. Food was delicious. I loved the breakfast! Joanna the manager was so polite and friendly and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Would strongly recommend and return. Great location short walk to the beautiful beach! If we ever find ourselves in Torrevieja again, we'd have no hesitation in booking into this hotel again. Nothing to fault. Clean, more than adequate breakfast, friendly (all female) staff, secure car parking a 2 minute walk away. The hotel was perfect for our needs.

Have stayed there a few years ago. Room nice but breakfast dire unless you don't want cooked and are satisfied with toast, fruit, coffe etc.

We have been visiting the bar at Dna Monse for 12 years now, as we visit the local area several times a year. The staff are amazing and have been over the years. The lady in the mornings (Renata) is so kind and welcoming. She always has a smile on her face and makes the best coffee! We always look forward to seeing her. We have used the spa on several occasions and find it clean, tidy and very welcoming...

The hotel in general was good but I would suggest the following areas for improvement. Ban smoking in the outside areas unless they are designated for smoking. The gym is too hot for serious use. Proactively remind customers in the bar to moderate their noise levels when others are sleeping after 10pm.

Best lomi lomi and deep tissue massage I ever had. The staff in the spa are amazing and make you feel so relaxed. Everyone should book a massage. It’s a must.

Very nice hotel. Room and cleanliness excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ok location but taxis or bus required for trips to town or beach. Breakfast good and roof top bar and pool fabulous.

Staff was really nice and helpfull, underground parking was convenient & there was always room to park. Direct access to the elevator. Ac was nice, room nice size, slept really good. Pink cafe, food was good but at lunch you dont get plates. The pool, they charge you money to use their towels what was really strange. Location wise, its alittle outside. Freeway is always toll, zigzagging the roads...

Always a great experience staying here. Away from the 'hustle bussle' but not too far away to enjoy all the activities around Punta Prima, La Zenia etc.

Been there during the rain season, basically every house in this area of spain is not well constructed against the cold. Keep that in mind. This hotel is really cheap, clean and has apartment style studios (with a small kitchen), somewhat far located. Cab to the inner city is about 10 euros.

does need a bit of refurbishing in the rooms, but for a budget hotel its what you would expect. good parking outside.

Pool was plenty big enough but had quite a lot of floating insects, leaves, and the odd cigarette end. Slide wasn't working which we didn't find out until we had paid. Food is okay, nothing to write home about though.

This place has so much potential for being a must visit Spanish venue. Just needs some money spending to upgrade the facilities, some aggressive marketing, imagination and to be fully staffed. Nice pool, nice grounds but looking a little tired. An excellent investment potential.

We went to a great charity fund raiser to help Tasha get to the USA. They started at eight thirty and we're still going at two the following morning. Friendly staff, lovely place.

What a fantastic evening Friday was flamenco night, a really talented group of musicians and dancers, amazing food and drinks at very reasonable prices, the staff are very attentive without being pushy. Can't wait for family to arrive next week to take them there for the ambiance and entertainment. Really enjoyable.

We used the pool for a day, 4 Euros per person plus sunbed hire, our kids loved the pool and slide. However the pool is in need need of some maintenance. I would sum up our day there as, 5 stars for the food, 3 for the pool but the service was 1 star at best.

Really liked these apartments. We stayed in 209 and it was lovely. Very clean and tidy with pool view. Even though the main strip is busy you don't hear noise from the strip which we were surprised about. The 2 guys that look after the apartments couldn't be more helpful and were both friendly and approachable. Overall we had a lovely holiday and didn't want to leave.

Decent place for the price, decent pool, pool table, bar, come and go as you please, located by alot of restaurants and bars

Spent a few afternoons at the pool area with friends. It's a decent size, nice pool with waterfall, rocks etc but can get quite rowdy with so many children.

I Jeremiah O'Connor and my wife Marian Stayed in your wonderful apartments for ten days recently. place was fabulous Tony and his staff could not be more accommodating really enjoyed it would go back again.

Very central to all amenities. Clean , bright and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. Surrounded by bar's, coffee shops and restaurants. Taxi stand close by. Just a great place to stay.

Price was not terrible, but a big deciding factor for me was a hotel with washer/dryer so I could do my laundry without having to go to a laundromat. Unfortunately the "dryer" is non existent and there was a small rack on the porch, I'm still doing my laundry I'm just praying it will all fit/dry by the time I check out tomorrow, the washing machine is also tiny and hard to tell how to use it. I came her last minute as our apartment wasn't ready. It's very spacious well equipped comfy double bed great location a few mins walk to the beach. Only downside you need a code to get in and I couldn't find a door bell so in the end the estate agent from next door let us in.would recommend

Only staff in reception in the day, no tea kettle in the room, runs out of hot water in the shower and sound and voices can be heard from other rooms, Great location and modern rooms.
