Excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds good. The whole hotel was bright airy and spotlessly clean. The Seaview from our balcony was breathtaking. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and very hardworking. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Hotel rooms are a little dated now. No tea of coffee available in room and no room service. Small pool was always dirty needs to be cleaned regularly. All staff very pleasant which made my stay very comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Parking very expensive seeing as though there is free parking across the road.

Basic but acceptable. Wifi was better than our recent Portugal stay! (So if course we will compare) N with 2 to change from! Shower power was also better but not always hot water, still warm water. No where to put clothes in bathroom I had to take a chair in from d balcony. Hair dryer weak n got hot easily but at least more sockets than Portugal ! N air con also better n more powerful but dripped outside...

We had a 3 night stay July 16th to 19th,we chose the hotel for the location. Handy for the beach,enough bars and restaurants, it's on a busy road so if you need to cross you use the blue bridge,there's a Chinese KFC M donalds more bars restaurants and supermarket. The hotel rooms,basic with fridge,the bathroom looked new ,we had a side view ,so no balcony or terrace just a window,Room cleaned daily...

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Staff went above and beyond on all measures for our time here. Food was delicious. I loved the breakfast! If we ever find ourselves in Torrevieja again, we'd have no hesitation in booking into this hotel again. Nothing to fault. Clean, more than adequate breakfast, friendly (all female) staff, secure car parking a 2 minute walk away. The hotel was perfect for our needs.

Place is stunning the spa and gym are amazing I have joined and only €89 for a month unlimited spa and gym use free tea coffee water and a towel. Single 90min spa visit is €18

Arrived late at night without a booking. Staff greeted me well and helped me because of my disability to my room. I stayed for a week and the breakfast buffet is great and the food at the sports bar as well. The staff met my every needs, courteous and kind with empathy and care.

We have been visiting the bar at Dna Monse for 12 years now, as we visit the local area several times a year. The staff are amazing and have been over the years. The lady in the mornings (Renata) is so kind and welcoming. She always has a smile on her face and makes the best coffee! We always look forward to seeing her. We have used the spa on several occasions and find it clean, tidy and very welcoming...

The hotel in general was good but I would suggest the following areas for improvement. Ban smoking in the outside areas unless they are designated for smoking. The gym is too hot for serious use. Proactively remind customers in the bar to moderate their noise levels when others are sleeping after 10pm.

Pool was plenty big enough but had quite a lot of floating insects, leaves, and the odd cigarette end. Slide wasn't working which we didn't find out until we had paid. Food is okay, nothing to write home about though.

This place has so much potential for being a must visit Spanish venue. Just needs some money spending to upgrade the facilities, some aggressive marketing, imagination and to be fully staffed. Nice pool, nice grounds but looking a little tired. An excellent investment potential.

Nice, simple and value for money hotel

Tha manager was kind enough to up-grade my roof to a twin bed room with a balcony, it was really nice. The staff were brilliant and the 2 ladies who cleaned the rooms were amazing, the room was spotless. Thank You. Chas Day

Nice Hotel great customer service and decent breakfast, staff are fantastic, only issue we have is the Bar Person is not friendly and never makes you feel welcome, plus for a Hotel the bar closes at 9 so way too early for a Hotel. If you are a Senior Person there are practically no restaurants in walking distance.

The rooms are spacefull and with all necessary amenities. Prices are reasonable.

Very nice hotel. Good position 10 mn from the beach. Nice room with a balcony, accessible in wheelchair. The room had a bathroom adapt for disabled people. Comfortable bed ,I suggest changing the pillow

Clean hotel and convenient for Torrevieja sea front. Basic room, comfy beds, some outside noise on a Fri/Sat night and no kettle, tea or coffee in rooms but there is a coffee machine in reception. I would stay again and recommend for cleanliness and convenience.

When we arrived we paid for a room with a sea view,which we did have. Also you have to buy in the street shops towels for seating and using the pool On arrival we could not use the shower or toilet as water mains in the street where being repaired

Clean, central hotel easy access to shops, cafes and beach. Spacious rooms, bathroom with large shower and amenities. Only downside is the noise from neighbouring room or hallway can be heard clearly especially dragging chairs across the floor and talking. Thin walls!

The hotel is clean. The room was super small. The owner, woman, and guy with her are very rude. Seemed Spanish hospitality is poor. Maybe I am wrong. They are nice abroad only but treat guests badly in Spain, its sad. But another guy, at night shift, is so friendly, polite, and helpful. He is a nice person. The location of the hotel is perfect, though, and 24-hour reception is there.

I stayed 12 days in Apartamentos Fresno. The apartments are well equipped, everything you need is there..even a washing machine. The apartments are located 50 m from the Wandeldijk with shops, bars and restaurants. The supermarket Más y más is nearby..also the bus stop A La Mata / Torrevieja. The staff is super friendly. One downside..the reception is unmanned between midnight and 8 am.

Everything is great! The only small thing is to perhaps change the bedding, because the mattresses are very hard which makes it difficult to wake up as well as some morning pains but otherwise everything is perfect! 😄 the staff is professional and very welcoming, thank you very much for everything

This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!

The service was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect. The place was otherwise quiet, but the elevator was loud in the room at night when used. Overall, I recommend the place!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the information is in Spanish. However, they were more than happy to print it for us in English. The breakfast had a big choice of hot and cold food including pancakes, cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit etc. We would highly recommend the marine pools which is all salt water. There are lots of jets in hot and cold water including a physiotherapy...

Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go. The midweek rate is much better value than the weekend, so if you can, go off peak.

The room was pretty good, not far from the seaside, a very quiet place. Breakfast is okay, but sometimes dinner is not available. Without a car, it is not very convenient to go outside.

Used the spa, for €16 a session. You need a swim cap and flip flops. Different areas in the pool with jets. Also a hot tub. Temperature was 30.5° in the main area

Hotel is not really very close - walking - to anything although there is a good Spanish restaurant down the hill. Adequate Old place, great view, but no direct beach access. Main sandy beach, La Marta, is further east and super crowded. No food until 8:00pm, lots of places along La Mata Beach open all hours. Couldn’t believe the wrinkles in the hallway rug 😳. Very small elevator.

The apartment wasn't very comfortable with a plastic slippery sofa. The shower just dropped out and wasn't strong enough. Only 2 utensils in the kitchen for cooking. No actual oven just a microwave and 2 gas burners. Extremely slow boiling kettle. No nets in the bedroom so unable to open curtains as everyone can see in as they walk by. Spa far too expensive for treatments and entry hour should be free...

The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. Often visit the bar here. There is usually some entertainment on at the weekends, however it is frequently busy and difficult to get a seat. The staff are friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel. Small, but clean and bright. I recommend the roof terrace in the summer.

Very spacious room for 4 people. With AC, 20 meters from the beach. It is totally worth paying full board, since all the services offered by the hotel are included. Fantastic experience!! We hosted in room with panoramic view. The room was excellent and very clean. The bed is king size and very confortable. You can see the sea everywhere in the room like on the bed, in terrace but the best place is in jacuzzi. This view is amanzing. I recommend to get up early for seeing the sunrise, it is wonderful!!! More or less "On the Beach" with wonderful views from the room balcony's ! The rooftop Sky Bar views need to be seen to be believed. The food is of the highest quality with the staff accommodating , friendly and patient. All our requests were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Fantastic location opposite the beach - rooms are clean and modern. Fresh towels every day and most of the rooms have a partial sea view. The best is the sky bar a roof top bar to end your evenings in. We have been twice to the hotel and loved it both times.

Having just spent my first night at this hotel I find myself impressed. The location is great with lots of restaurants and bars all around and 5 mins walk from the beach. Great location, near to a mercadona, easy wander to the beach. This hotel had water coolers dotted around, really appreciated that. Good fridge too. Excellent, clean! Excellent costumer service. Toilet paper should be improved, as well as bacon should be better cooked. Pancakes or french toasts with maple syrup would be ideal and more fruit options. Location is amazing

The rooms are clean, modern and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great as well as it's very close to the beach. We had a room on the 4th floor which offered great views of the sea.

Have been staying at Hotel Guardamar for over 20 years. It is a lovely, friendly, family run hotel. Excellent location, so close to the beautiful beach. I consider it a home from home.

The perfect stay for what we had planned. Good hotel with friendly staff and very good value for money.

Lovely little hotel, set not far from the beach (a steady 5-8 minutes walk). Plenty of nearby parking and shops/bars/restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and very much a friendly, small number of staff run, establishment. We were welcomed and treated exceptionally, even though we only stayed for the weekend. Sadly, due to the after effects of the pandemic, the bar/restaurant remains closed...

For a 2 star Hotel, its punching above its weight... its great! Lovely big room, comfy bed, desk, chairs, chaise longe, balcony overlooking kids park, loads of cushions, Moroccan style decor. Lovely!

Very simple but clean. Same price as Hotel Cristina but Cristina is more luxurous and calmer. Staff was very kind and helpfull. WiFi is 1 Euro per stay. Breakfast is 3 Euros. Unfortunately, no fridge, which I like to have for fresh drinks when I spend time in the hot weather. Overall OK but overpriced for what it has to offer.

Had breakfast here a few days ago and as it was so nice returned for dinner tonight, was not disappointed! Had the 3 course set menu for 12€ each was amazing! Very good food, Large portions and excellent service, sadly left it till late in our holiday but will definitely be going back next time we are here! A little gem??

The location is good. 10 minutes from the beach on foot. You can park on the street without problem. The pension is very simple. Value for money, not bad.

The place is five minutes from the central beach of Guardamar. It is a simple and cozy place. The staff that attends are very attentive and try to solve any problem or question that may arise. The treatment is always respectful, but familiar at the same time. Very happy to have been there and fully recommended for a stay of tranquility and beach.
