Excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds good. The whole hotel was bright airy and spotlessly clean. The Seaview from our balcony was breathtaking. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and very hardworking. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Hotel rooms are a little dated now. No tea of coffee available in room and no room service. Small pool was always dirty needs to be cleaned regularly. All staff very pleasant which made my stay very comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Parking very expensive seeing as though there is free parking across the road.

Basic but acceptable. Wifi was better than our recent Portugal stay! (So if course we will compare) N with 2 to change from! Shower power was also better but not always hot water, still warm water. No where to put clothes in bathroom I had to take a chair in from d balcony. Hair dryer weak n got hot easily but at least more sockets than Portugal ! N air con also better n more powerful but dripped outside...

We had a 3 night stay July 16th to 19th,we chose the hotel for the location. Handy for the beach,enough bars and restaurants, it's on a busy road so if you need to cross you use the blue bridge,there's a Chinese KFC M donalds more bars restaurants and supermarket. The hotel rooms,basic with fridge,the bathroom looked new ,we had a side view ,so no balcony or terrace just a window,Room cleaned daily...

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Staff went above and beyond on all measures for our time here. Food was delicious. I loved the breakfast! If we ever find ourselves in Torrevieja again, we'd have no hesitation in booking into this hotel again. Nothing to fault. Clean, more than adequate breakfast, friendly (all female) staff, secure car parking a 2 minute walk away. The hotel was perfect for our needs.

Place is stunning the spa and gym are amazing I have joined and only €89 for a month unlimited spa and gym use free tea coffee water and a towel. Single 90min spa visit is €18

Arrived late at night without a booking. Staff greeted me well and helped me because of my disability to my room. I stayed for a week and the breakfast buffet is great and the food at the sports bar as well. The staff met my every needs, courteous and kind with empathy and care.

We have been visiting the bar at Dna Monse for 12 years now, as we visit the local area several times a year. The staff are amazing and have been over the years. The lady in the mornings (Renata) is so kind and welcoming. She always has a smile on her face and makes the best coffee! We always look forward to seeing her. We have used the spa on several occasions and find it clean, tidy and very welcoming...

The hotel in general was good but I would suggest the following areas for improvement. Ban smoking in the outside areas unless they are designated for smoking. The gym is too hot for serious use. Proactively remind customers in the bar to moderate their noise levels when others are sleeping after 10pm.

Nice Hotel great customer service and decent breakfast, staff are fantastic, only issue we have is the Bar Person is not friendly and never makes you feel welcome, plus for a Hotel the bar closes at 9 so way too early for a Hotel. If you are a Senior Person there are practically no restaurants in walking distance.

Clean hotel and convenient for Torrevieja sea front. Basic room, comfy beds, some outside noise on a Fri/Sat night and no kettle, tea or coffee in rooms but there is a coffee machine in reception. I would stay again and recommend for cleanliness and convenience.

When we arrived we paid for a room with a sea view,which we did have. Also you have to buy in the street shops towels for seating and using the pool On arrival we could not use the shower or toilet as water mains in the street where being repaired

Clean, central hotel easy access to shops, cafes and beach. Spacious rooms, bathroom with large shower and amenities. Only downside is the noise from neighbouring room or hallway can be heard clearly especially dragging chairs across the floor and talking. Thin walls!

I stayed 12 days in Apartamentos Fresno. The apartments are well equipped, everything you need is there..even a washing machine. The apartments are located 50 m from the Wandeldijk with shops, bars and restaurants. The supermarket Más y más is nearby..also the bus stop A La Mata / Torrevieja. The staff is super friendly. One downside..the reception is unmanned between midnight and 8 am.

Everything is great! The only small thing is to perhaps change the bedding, because the mattresses are very hard which makes it difficult to wake up as well as some morning pains but otherwise everything is perfect! 😄 the staff is professional and very welcoming, thank you very much for everything

This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the information is in Spanish. However, they were more than happy to print it for us in English. The breakfast had a big choice of hot and cold food including pancakes, cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit etc. We would highly recommend the marine pools which is all salt water. Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go. The midweek rate is much better value than the weekend, so if you can, go off peak.

The room was pretty good, not far from the seaside, a very quiet place. Breakfast is okay, but sometimes dinner is not available. Without a car, it is not very convenient to go outside.

Used the spa, for €16 a session. You need a swim cap and flip flops. Different areas in the pool with jets. Also a hot tub. Temperature was 30.5° in the main area

A bit tired Only here for one night as had an early start to get to airport and needed to be relatively close. Hotel is not really very close - walking - to anything although there is a good Spanish restaurant down the hill. Adequate Old place, great view, but no direct beach access. Main sandy beach, La Marta, is further east and super crowded. No food until 8:00pm, lots of places along La Mata Beach open all hours. Couldn’t believe the wrinkles in the hallway rug 😳. Very small elevator.

Absolutely loved our family vacation here. We were over for 7 days being 2 adults and 2 kids. Cleaning of the hotel was on point and the lady that cleaned our room was unbelievably thorough. Although the swimming pool is unheated, the children had a blast. The reception staff was very helpful whenever we needed information. The apartment wasn't very comfortable with a plastic slippery sofa. The shower just dropped out and wasn't strong enough. Only 2 utensils in the kitchen for cooking. Hotel was 10 minutes in taxi from main centre. I would say pretty dated hotel. Pool bar was closed, it was difficult to leave kids and get a drink if only one adult on holiday. Lovely little hotel, set not far from the beach (a steady 5-8 minutes walk). Plenty of nearby parking and shops/bars/restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and very much a friendly, small number of staff run, establishment. We were welcomed and treated exceptionally, even though we only stayed for the weekend. Sadly, due to the after effects of the pandemic, the bar/restaurant remains closed...

Very simple but clean. Same price as Hotel Cristina but Cristina is more luxurous and calmer. Staff was very kind and helpfull. WiFi is 1 Euro per stay. Breakfast is 3 Euros. Unfortunately, no fridge, which I like to have for fresh drinks when I spend time in the hot weather. Overall OK but overpriced for what it has to offer.

Had breakfast here a few days ago and as it was so nice returned for dinner tonight, was not disappointed! Had the 3 course set menu for 12€ each was amazing! Great family run hotel, we stayed there many years ago while house hunting. The owner and his brother are very friendly and helpful. While they don't speak much English they still managed to sort any problems for us. I usually pop in each time I'm in Guardaramar for a cup of coffee and bit of banter. My Spanish is still very poor but they always welcome me.

Hotel Quino is nice. The single room is very small but good enough, with a good bathroom. Sound isolation between rooms could be better.

Sorry but you shouldn't have 4* rating for rooms. Needed a refurbishment desperately. Paint off walls. Ballestrade on balcony needs replacing. No telephone in room. Had to ask for remote control for Aircon, so a trip to reception as couldn't phone them! And description says rooms are soundproofed??!! Lift noise, as two rooms away from it, corridor noise. Ok we only paid 41€ Inc breakfast on bookings...

Lovely hotel near the beach, restaurants and bars. The staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble. We ate at the bar and found the food delicious and well presented. Stayed here for business trip for 3 days. Room was nice and big and clean with lovely shower. The room has a fridge but no tea or coffee facilities unfortunately. Lovely Hotel, you don't pay 5 star prices so don't expect a 5 star hotel. What you do get however, is a wonderfully situated hotel, right next to the beach and town which has plenty of bars to occupy your nights with. Loads of nice restaurants and fairly cheap too. Our second stay here and the best features of the stay are the food, service staff, and location. We came with a group and the dining staff was never overwhelmed. Quick bussing of plates between helpings, eager to provide refreshments (water, wine, etc). Staff were very nice and helpful, rooms were clean. Only downside was the noise from adjoining rooms, very thin walls and very loud conversations.

Nice hotel in great location. Have stayed in Hotel quite a few times , it's starting to get scruffy, bedrooms could do with a make over , everything is getting tired looking. The bathroom door was broken, bad smell coming from the sink and shower , only 1 UK speaking channel on TV , slow wi fi , I expect more these days .

In my opinion the suites are really not worth the money, and no breakfast included. I paid over £1k for 5 nights to be told breakfast was not included. The rooms are very tired, and dark, and the bathroom essentials ie shampoo, soap etc are not good quality and there’s no hair conditioner. The pool area has no atmosphere. However the staff are lovely, pleasant and very welcoming, location is great

525 is a great choice Great stay visiting family. Right in the heart of Loz Alcazares. Didn’t have breakfast but went to look at options and was pleasantly surprised. Have stayed at 525 several times and never disappointed.

Very clean and well kept site. Pitches really good size and surrounded by hedges. Pools are very big with plenty of chairs. Lovely walks outside site. Amenities are good and layout of site is good. Entertainment in evenings very limited (June), mini disco and quiz. Oh and quizzes are fun only no prizes if you win. Food as expected, low quality and elevated cost.

We stayed at this resort for 1 week (2 adults and 2 children). We stayed in the Mediterranean Lodge (self-catered) and had our own patio with a lounger, table and chairs, and sun loungers which was great! The lodge was beautiful and well set up. The resort is very well kept and clean. Lots of beautiful palm trees surround the resort, especially at the pool area which gives that relaxed holiday feeling...

We spent a week here 2 adults & 3 children. Our mobile home was spotless and very comfortable with a lovely deck outside. The site was very clean & well laid out with excellent facilities for kids. Staff were lovely. Beach was 10 minute walk and Lidl/Aldi were 15 minute walk. If going to Lidl etc DO NOT WALK ALONG THE ROAD as its dangerous. Great spotlessly clean hotel just 5 minutes from the main square.Large rooms Comfy beds and large walking shower. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Drink prices reasonable. Also free parking outside the hotel

We could NOT have asked for more. We were particularly impressed with the excellent walk-in shower. All the personnel were that magic mixture of efficiency and appropriate friendliness. Our room was calm, clean and comfortably airy. We slept well. The breakfast room was bright and ample enough to accommodate an uncluttered, temptingly fresh assortment of items to go with the excellent coffee on offer...

Stayed a couple of nights in this lovely little Hotel. Its very bright and airey. We had a lovely sea view and the continental breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

Stayed there for one night on 2 occasions when my wife and I played in the Celts Xmas hamper competition at La Serena golf course opposite. Lovely place. Unfortunately it is closed this December 11th when we are playing again in the same competition. Great pity, not sure what we will do now!

Great value for money . Don’t go expecting 4 star it’s good though , we had fun it’s what you make it . Drinks are good , restaurant busy , but food was good. Check in receptionist could be happier , do not arrive before 12 if you can help it . They will not let you check in or give you any sort of confirmation that you are all inclusive. Good hotel as for me and the view from the Windows too. The food is plain, strong audibility in rooms.

Facilities: 9/10 Receptionists: 6/10. Two or three employees are unfriendly. The cleaning is terrible; they do it as quickly as they can, without realizing what really needs to be cleaned. You have to call the reception staff several times to get them to listen to your requests. Service from the other restaurant and bar staff: Excellent. 11/10. Everyone is very kind and professional.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean. Their spa facilities are very nice. Staff don't really speak English but very helpful and food is very good. The area is nice, beach is very close. Not many shops/restaurants around so we were happy we ve chosen full board. Would recommend it overall if you are looking for a few days to relax.

The weather really wasn't ideal when we stayed here - windy and heavy rain. We were on the 8th floor so it was noisy from the wind but the apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a small balcony (that we didn't use!). Wifi was decent, staff were helpful and friendly, there was parking at the front of the hotel and breakfast was a bargain option for €5. La Manga wasn't a particularly appealing...

My wife and I recently went for a long weekend (8 - 11 September) at the Hotel Londres, and stayed in one of its self-catering apartments. We live in Puerto de Mazarron, which is to the south of La Manga, so the journey didn't take us long. We took our chocolate labrador with us, and it was nice to see a hotel venue accepting dogs. This cost us an extra 5 Euros a night, along with a 100 Euro deposit...

A bit tired, a bit scruffy but has all you need. The room was large and clean but very worn and dated, fantastic views and a nice sized pair of beds. In all you get what you pay for and this is great value for money. I would return if it was a little closer to ‘the action’.

The apartment was great! We were in the top floor and the views were amazing! The apartment is perfect for holiday, short or long as you have fridge and the kitchen to cook. A great location to stay in La Manga, right next to the beach but also has its own swimming pool. We are happy to recommend to all!

I love this hotel and will return. There is a direct connecting door to the beach. The food was of excellent quality and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.
