Nice clean and well presented. Staff are super attentive nothing is too much. Beach is really close and there is shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was my lads birthday and they left a lovely present in the room when we got back in the evening. The staff all speak English. I would stay here again.

Good stay as usual. Some positive changes at the breakfast with fresh bred, better orange juice and pancakes both Sunday and Wednesday.
But, the fridge in the room lacked shelves in the door giving much less storage. Asked shelves or new fridge, but not available according to the reception. Time to change those fridges… At an earlier stay half the fridge was filled with ice, that was replaced.

Hotel Playas de Torrevieja is een prima hotel. Misschien een beetje gedateerd qua inrichting maar schoon en heel vriendelijk personeel.
De kamers zijn wat gehorig, zo hoorden we de kindeten van de buren met het badwater spatteren.
De omgeving rond eind februari was nog niet levendig maar het hotel is een goede uitvalsbasis om vanaf hier allerlei kanten op te gaan. Vanaf het hotel is het strand gemakkelijk te belopen.

The water system from the rooms behind the wall was very loud while another guest took a shower at night.

It’s a decent well priced hotel for a mid February stay. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was included, room was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, English speaking staff and entertainment on an evening even out of season. Bar prices reasonable. Plenty of free parking around hotel and car was safe. Lovely view even from lower floors. Overall a very good stay. Have booked my mum in there for a week in April for a bit of spring sunshine.

Really poor hotel
Problems from arrival. Greeted with “passports!” At the front desk - no “welcome to the hotel”, “how was your journey?” Or “have you stayed with us before?”.
The suite was furnished like a 1980s doctor’s waiting room. The balcony was full of cigarette butts. The “bar” was devoid of character. The walls were paper-thin so you could hear every word spoken in the room next door, and from above. The hotel was very noisy.
On our last night we came back to water pouring in through the ceiling in the bathroom. Maintenance told us they’d fixed it and that they couldn’t move us. The flooding got worse in the night but they still refused to move us. They eventually gave us the key to another room so we could use the toilet and shower.
