So where to start? We just arrived at the airport on our way home to the UK, we left the hotel at 6pm, but the all inclusive ended right when we checked out at 12pm, there were 4 of us, two adults and 2 teenagers, the rooms are big and clean, they clean and change towels every day so it was fine, the food was very good and the cocktails, what really annoyed me was that if you wanted a sunbed you had to stand from 9am and wait in line, when they opened people ran like monkeys, and some jumped the lines, so it happened to me even when I waited in line in the sun for an hour I still didn't have a sunbed, activities only for small children and evening program only for children, so it was very boring and we went to bed very early, there is absolutely nothing around the hotel, one small shop, and the beach nothing more! not even where to buy cigarettes if you do. If you want to go to the city by bus Don't go! It's very difficult to communicate if you don't know it here like we do, I prefer a taxi but it's quite expensive in my opinion, so I definitely won't be coming back here!

Lovely place for small family would defo get all exclusive. Town centre is a bit far and too hot to walk with small children. Place had a lovely pool and food was outstanding. Staff were very nice and worked to accommodate you.

Beautiful views, very clean, amazing food that is different each day! We stayed as a family of 7. The rooms had an air con, mini fridge and 2 TVs, It is located right next to the beach where a lot if stray cats roam in the morning and night, 5 Stars.

Lovely holiday here, it’s a 3 star but the staff work very hard to make it look more. The rooms are basic but clean. The entertainment is fun for the family and the kids club guys work very hard to make it fun for everyone, they are great. The pool is small but nice and warm and the bar is handy poolside. The location is good but no grocery shops are close by, there are a nice few bars and restaurants along the walkway and up in La Mata. The buses run directly outside the hotel to Torrevieja town or La Mata. We enjoyed the holiday here and would visit again.

Absolutely loved our family vacation here. We were over for 7 days being 2 adults and 2 kids. Cleaning of the hotel was on point and the lady that cleaned our room was unbelievably thorough. Although the swimming pool is unheated, the children had a blast. The reception staff was very helpful whenever we needed information. The girl that does the animation was fun and bubbly and kept the kids entertained, so thank you. The food was AMAZING, so hats off to the chef and staff, and the girls on serving staff were always helpful and professional! Point to improve (in my opinion): a set of dumbbells in the gym and more training to the young man in the cafeteria in manners and respect, especially when dealing with women.

Nice clean and well presented. Staff are super attentive nothing is too much. Beach is really close and there is shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was my lads birthday and they left a lovely present in the room when we got back in the evening. The staff all speak English. I would stay here again.

Good stay as usual. Some positive changes at the breakfast with fresh bred, better orange juice and pancakes both Sunday and Wednesday.
But, the fridge in the room lacked shelves in the door giving much less storage. Asked shelves or new fridge, but not available according to the reception. Time to change those fridges… At an earlier stay half the fridge was filled with ice, that was replaced.
