I've lost count of how many holidays we have spent at Sis Pins but we are drawn back every year and never regret it. This is a traditional hotel, maybe slightly dated in places, but the friendly and helpful staff and the fantastic location more than make up for that. There is a lovely buffet breakfast and delicious coffee but no lunch or supper available. This suits us fine as we like to try different eateries.

*** Edited to address the hotel response:
**I did indeed book a double bed-please see images of the two twin beds, and booking.com definition of what that means-you are blatantly lying about that. I DID notify the night staff on arrival and he ignored this. I cannot attach a photo of my booking as per the Google maps policy- but I booked a double standard room, not a double/twin
Regarding the broken AC, I wasn’t notified that anybody went to check the AC (and doubt whether this ever happened). I had to place and dry the puddles myself- stuff did not clean this at all. I was handed a bunch of towels to do it myself. My complaints were ignored until the last day- please don’t try to deny this to make yourself look better.
Yes- indeed I went cycling the next day despite slipping and falling due to the AC puddles. I never said I slipped and broke my leg and cycling in Mallorca was one of the main reasons I came, so I wast going to miss out ;) I have pictures of the bruise to prove the fall though if you’d really like to see
There was only a hand soap dispenser. I actually did have to request soap and shampoo to your staff. Clearly, you’ve not been informed. The dispenser in the shower was empty….shows how thorough the cleaners are. And honestly, I didn’t even mention in my first review as there were a plethora of other issues- but the toilet was not even properly clean on arrival and the glasses had lip stains on them! Dirty on top of everything….. STAY AWAY****
Stay away! I booked a DOUBLE bed and got two singles. I also went mid-August and the AC was not working. I reported to the staff member in evening of my first night and he refused to rectify anything- eventually literally turning his back on me. The next day when I got back to my room there was a giant puddle of water from the broken AC, which I slipped and fell on. Reported to staff- the only thing they did was bring towels for my to dry the puddles up. The room was warm to hot the entire time I was there- not what you want after a long day in the sun. The AC read 28 inside. It was cooler outside the room…..
On top of that, the only seemingly redeeming thing about this hotel was the location next to the beach but they said they are having issues with their licensing (not surprising)- but all other hotels have Sun loungers just fine. Effectively, without the loungers the beach in front of the hotel is A GIANT SLAB OF CONCRETE- so it became the worst part of the beach. I had to WALK ELSEWHERE TO GET ANY DECENT BEACHSIDE anyway. If this is why you’re booking as I did- save your money and book somewhere further in and walk to the beach.
The beds are the most UNCOMFORTABLE I’ve ever slept on (worse than camping and sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag). 3 sleepless nights on rock hard single beds (I tried both) & a broken AC in the middle of summer. Unbelievable…..my room was dingy, had no view and a small window and does not look like what is advertised.
The breakfast was abundant but mostly gross & weirdly English breakfast rather than Spanish?! There were beans and sausage, and they didn’t have raw tomato to make a tostada (I had to ask for this).
My room didn’t even have SHAMPOO OR SOAP YO SHOWER- I had to ask for this….
On the final day, when locking up a rented bike, a staff member finally said “oh you’re the one who submitted complaints- do you wanna talk?”- too little too late! At that point I was over this hotel and decided it’s best to complain formally through booking. Still, I want to be honest and save people money who are thinking of staying here….
I get that it’s a 3-star hotel. I wasnt expecting luxury- but this was honeslty shockingly bad. Avoid it!

Amazing hotel. Staff was brilliant, great customer service. Only issue we had was we found the AC not to strong, it worked fine enough but some evenings we were a little warm. We will be coming back next summer and that’s the best review I can give.

We stopped by a couple of times for drinks on the Cappuccino balcony. This hotel is in a lovely location right on the seafront with stunning surrounds. The staff were lovely and friendly, welcoming, professional and very attentive. We should stop by again.

This is my second stay at Sis Pins and the first in seven years. It is still as charming. The hotel is old worldly and no frills, but this suits me perfectly. The staff are all very friendly and hard working. The rooms are immaculate, the location first class and breakfast was plentiful. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller.

We had a wonderful experience in Sis Puns hotel. The location could not be better and the staff are so pleasant and welcoming. I would certainly love to make a return visit .

This is an excellent immaculate traditional style Spanish run 3*** Hotel and now co located with The Cappachino Group on the superbly located Pine Walks (Sis Pins).
Very convenient for the centre and 7 mins from Bus Stop.

I always use Sis Pins when I need a hotel in Port Pollenca. Wonderful central location, feels like a traditional Spanish hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay is a great way to start any day.

Location is perfect. Great breakfast, big room. Kettle and tea and coffee facilities. Fridge in the room.

Booked a room for one night just to leave our baggage for the day and to shower. My friend was denied entry to the room as it was booked as a single room. Incredible as we were not even intending to sleep at the hotel and would just use the shower and storage.
The assistant, whose name is Paddy, at the front desk denied us to speak to the manager. Would never consider to stay here. The look and feel of the hotel was also very old and dusted. I would recommend to avoid this hotel as there are many more hotels on Mallorca who have friendly personnel.
