We had a good stay at this hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks, all inclusive. The food was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good selection, lunch and diner always had fresh fish/meat/salad/pizza/paella etc. The snack bar was good for a later breakfast and burgers for a snack. The pool bar served a good selection of drinks, I liked the cocktails. Also, we loved how they used refillable glasses instead of throw away ones. We joined in with waterpolo etc, it was good. The entertainment team were full of energy and friendly. The evening entertainment wasn't the best but if you go across the road to Palms Bar there is live cover bands which were excellent (book a table though.) We stayed in a superior double room in the refurbished side. It was quite small but we were only in it to sleep and get ready. The storage was fine for us (3) and 2 weeks worth of clothes. You can hear the toilets flushing/showers from other rooms but it wasn't a big problem. We didn't have any problems getting sun loungers. We found the last few days the hotel got so much busier though (English holidays starting) therefore the queues did start happening. Take a walk down to the beach area, it's lovely and so many restaurants to choose from. Our child loved playing paddle and football. The foam party was great fun too. All in all, we had an excellent holiday here.

This is going to be a mixed review about this hotel. We had 7 nights stay in this hotel, all inclusive. We had a superior double room for me and my 16yr and 13yr old children. Compared to the double room with a sea view that my parents had, there was less storage and was darker in the room than theirs. When you first walked in the foyer is lovely and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely and spacious, apart from our room. We went when UK schools hadn't broken up yet, so it wasn't as busy and not much queuing, until the last day when it started getting busier. It was great having the snack bar and pool bar during the day so we could all just go and get our drinks and food when we wanted it, especially my children My dad kept asking for an iron, even the Jet2 rep kept asking too and after about 3 days of asking he bought his own travel one from the market!! So don't hold your breath if you want to iron your clothes while you're there! The wristbands were brilliant, a different colour for all inclusive with alcohol and without, so no mistake in my 16 year old sneakily getting any! They also had a tab which let you into your room, so no sharing a key between us! Excellent idea, should be in all hotels! The food was varied, although the meat I felt was a bit tough and not the nicest we've had. My daughter is fussy (suspected ASD) and there wasn't much choice for her during the evening meal so we did eat out twice to get her something. They did make fresh crepes which I enjoyed and there was plenty of fruit and lots of selection for a cooked breakfast. Nothing was too much for the staff, the cleaning staff placed my daughter's teddy on the bed each time they made it which was a lovely touch! The towels are changed daily which was great. The entertainment staff were great, my son played water polo and football which he enjoyed! They even did an impromptu Zumba class on the poolside to keep us entertained while there was an issue with the foam for the foam party. (Which was also great fun!) I think the backdrop for the stage could do with a bit of tidying up though, it does look like no expense was paid! The location was great, right by the beach and had some shops nearby for lilos, snacks etc. (crisps weren't included in the AI so we got our own from the shops) It was a lovely walk down to the marina and other shops where there is a Burger King for anyone craving it!

pollensa review stayed here recently for 6 nights in july 2025 with my aunt and brother and it was an amazing hotel! here are the pros and cons and some photos of the lovely food: pros: - friendly helpful staff, even when they had super long work shifts they were all so nice - really good choices of food and you can ask the cooks what the food contains, they are very helpful too - clean, aesthetic building - great facilities - entertainment, there was lots of music and even a foam party in the pool, the entertainment staff like angela, julia and ricky were really friendly and organised everything great - cleaners cleaned room adequately - great location, close to the beach and nice shops/restaurants - well organised, each guest is given a wristband which contains the keycard (it’s waterproof) so it’s so easy to access your room without worrying about losing the card cons: - there wasn’t enough tea (wasn’t a problem for me but other people thought there should be more in the cafeteria) - snack bar is only open until 6 so i recommend that you buy snacks from the local shops if you get hungry late at night. there’s a mini fridge in the room where you can put food! Also all of the staff speak english fluently for the people that don’t speak spanish, so you can speak to them in either language and they understand you perfectly. Pollensa is a great town for families with children, couples or anyone, especially british people whether you speak spanish or not, beaches are beautiful, lots of things to do nearby like las cuevas del drach which are really cool caves (you have to book a tour and coach to get there). I really recommend going to this resort if you want an affordable, relaxing, fun experience in mallorca. Muchas gracias cabot hotel, ya quiero volver 💗🇪🇸

Very mixed hotel experience compared to many reviews. Overall a good week but feel there are many areas for improvement. Depends what you are going for, it is a great location and some gorgeous places to eat along the front, but if you want peace and quiet this isn’t the hotel for you!! ROOM We had a junior suite - the room was a great size we were with an 18 month old so plenty of space for her albeit it was very dated. Our telephone was also not working to be able to contact reception which we told them about but this was not sorted nor was much interest taken in it. The bed however was two twins shoved together so a huge gap in the middle which wasn’t ideal when our baby joined us in the morning. You wouldn’t expect this in a room of this level we didnt think. We expected one bed. The cot - although fine for our child as she was older it would be very unsafe for a young baby. It was a squishy mattress with gaps down the sides - she actually got her foot down it one night and woke herself, also had holes in the netting so could do with updating. The general sound proofing of the room was very poor, you could hear people in the corridor as if they were in the room and also the adjoining rooms and bathrooms etc. you could hear conversations and coughing again this seemed very poor we thought and particularly affected us when people were returning late and most nights woke our baby. Any door slamming resounded through the room. LOUD As for sound proofing, most nights there was extremely loud music from the pool area, it felt like we had front row seats to a karaoke concert, even though we were on level 8. We raised this at reception but nothing was actioned as to offer an alternative room. We had hoped to be able to enjoy a quiet drink on our balcony which was very lovely as we had a sea view, but the music was so loud we were not able to do so. IRON - on the description of the room it says there was an iron, however there was not and we asked many times at reception - we had to keep going back over the period of three days which seemed quite pathetic - given it is such a simple requirement. When we finally got any iron it was a laughable postage stamp size with fabric hanging off it, see photo. We were even asked for a deposit to take it!! This seriously needs to be addressed as it was a nuisance to have to keep going and asking, there seemed to be no real solution or process. It was a hopeless iron as well which made it more frustrating. BREAKFAST - there were options for everyone and I think anyone could have found something they liked, we never queued although were there by 8am most days. We were not all inclusive. POOL- the pool areas were great, our little girl enjoyed the splash pool however it was a shame it did not turn on until 10am every morning given anyone with tiny tots is up very early. The sunbed reservation society was out in force at this hotel as well. We were at the pool by 8:30 a few days and found about half of t

My daughter is 3.5 and was extremely shy before we went. The kids entertainment team (Julia, Ana, Angela and Ricky) were all very good and managed to get my daughter to come out of her shell and try different things. Every day she came back and told me that she had done something different. She would eat her dinner so she could go and see them at the disco. She’s come back home and after 2 weeks she’s still talking about all of them and is so much more confident! Thank you Julia, Ana, Angela and Ricky.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. Our first room (before renovation) was in very poor condition and really didn’t match the price or star rating. Luckily, we were moved to a recently renovated room, which was much more appropriate and comfortable. It made a big difference. We also stayed in a Junior Suite, which, although not renovated, was spacious, had a beautiful view, and felt much more premium overall. A big thank you to Catie, who really helped make our stay more pleasant – her kind and professional attitude stood out. The spa pool water was very warm – perhaps even too warm at times. In the indoor pool, swimming caps are mandatory, which we weren’t expecting. The food selection was quite limited, and it can get repetitive – pancakes and pizza were served every day. That said, the food that was available was tasty and freshly prepared. The all-inclusive drinks were overly sweet and not particularly enjoyable. The kids club didn’t hold the attention of our 4-year-old for more than 30 minutes, although the staff were friendly and welcoming. The playground was in terrible condition – artificial grass peeling off the ground and even a bench with just three legs. That definitely needs improvement. The pools themselves were great, but on our last day, a rotating bucket in the splash area started dumping water directly onto the stairs, which was very dangerous – a strong hit from the water knocked a child down the steps. This needs immediate attention. The beach is very close – about 4 minutes if you walk from the side of the hotel instead of the front. Two sunbeds plus a locker cost €23. Evening entertainment was underwhelming – essentially a different live band each night, without much variety or energy. On the positive side, the hotel is very clean. Housekeeping staff work hard, though our room was sometimes cleaned quite superficially (e.g., the glass balcony was never wiped during our stay). Beds were very comfortable, and air conditioning worked fine. However, no irons were available – we asked daily and were never able to get one. There is a coin laundry on-site, which was helpful. The location is beautiful, with a lovely port town about 20 minutes away on foot, a large Eroski supermarket just 15 minutes away, and a pharmacy within 5 minutes.

We spent a very enjoyable 10 days at Pollensa Park Spa as a family of 5 (grandparents, parents and our granddaughter/daughter) Overall, the hotel is extremely well-run, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room we had was very comfortable albeit wardrobe/drawer storage was inadequate. We had booked in an all-inclusive basis and the restaurant and food could not be faulted. Fantastic variety of dishes every day and a very enthusiastic and talented head chef. Our granddaughter now has a wider taste after discovering some great options! Outdoors, the pool and activities facilities were excellent with plenty for everyone to enjoy. Special mention for the Animation Team (Ricky, Julia, Anna and Angela) Their enthusiasm, friendliness and ability to ensure that all the children (and adults!) had a great time, was really infectious. They spent the whole day with smiles on their faces and made sure everyone else did too. A hard-working animation team is invaluable for a top hotel. All of the hotel staff, from reception, restaurant, bar and room servicing, all deserve credit for making this hotel run smoothly and they always had a friendly smile for us all. The Cabot Pollensa Park Spa is a hotel that we can definitely recommend and will return to.

Stayed for a week in June with friends, such a fun time with the best entertainment team ever! Huge shout out to the gorgeous ladies Angela and Julia with the entertainment, and the kids shows and dances! Ricky was so helpful and friendly with all of us and the lads that was with us and they all loved the water polo and even played paddle and smashed them! Well done team!

This is my second visit to the hotel. I first came out in April 2025 and I enjoyed it so so much but I have just returned for two weeks. I also intend to come back for another two weeks in September. I can only say that this is an excellent hotel. It is modern. The staff treat you with courtesy and respect and are very very helpful. I stayed in the upgraded rooms and they are equivalent to any Hotel an excellent size with a full walking bathroom and a spacious balcony. I only stayed bed and breakfast this time Preferring to eat out at the local restaurants in the evening. The breakfast is a masterpiece with so many different styles and types of dishes ranging from a full English breakfast to Continental to also sorts of Spanish pastries pastries. There are two swimming pools and extensive areas where you can sun by then relax plus it is also a venue for outdoor evening entertainment which is varied and very professional. I am disabled and rely on the Wheelchair and the hotel could not have been more applying and helpful.

Just returned from a week’s stay at this hotel with my wife and 2 daughters (2 and 4 years old). All opinions are my own and have not been influenced by other reviews. Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to beach and about a 20 minute flat walk along a beautiful promenade, which has very little traffic, to the port where there are lots of bars/restaurants (there are plenty of these on the walk to the port as well). We stayed in a Junior Suite and absolutely couldn’t fault it. The room and bathroom were both huge and there was more than enough space for the four of us, which made it very comfortable. I know some have mentioned issues with storage and wardrobe space, however, our room had plenty to cater for everything we had. The balcony was also a good size with a brilliant pool/sea view. The room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The hotel has two pool areas, the first is a pretty standard pool for both adults and children to use and is a good size with the pool bar running parallel to it. The second, the children’s splash pool, however, was brilliant and perfect for our children who spent hours each day playing in it. There are also lots of beds around this pool and we never had any issues getting some so we could stay close by to keep an eye on our children. The staff were great and worked tirelessly all day serving god-knows how many people and nothing was ever too much effort. There was some queuing at times, but nothing too over-the-top. A special mention though needs to be made about the animation team who are an absolute credit to the hotel. Their enthusiasm and patience with the children while running the kids club, pool activities and mini disco morning, noon and night was beyond incredible. Thank you all so so much for making our girls’ first holiday so enjoyable. Cons: Only one that comes to mind was the food. I appreciate when it comes to this, opinions are subjective, however, for me, it didn’t quite hit the mark. It wasn’t terrible, however, it definitely could’ve been much better. We were all-inclusive, but always intended to eat out a few times for lunch and dinner anyway and I’m glad we did as I couldn’t have eaten there all day every day. The children’s options were pretty limited, especially for a hotel that seemed to be geared up for young families. I’d say this is one area that definitely needs improvement. (Our) children eat more than just beige (chicken nuggets and chips being pretty much the only option). All-in-all, I can’t help feel some reviews of this hotel are a little over critical based on our own experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate booking again. Puerto Pollensa is a truly beautiful part of the island and one of the best places I’ve visited for a holiday. It’s such a clean, bright and vibrant place with incredible beaches. It has lots to offer people of all ages, however, if you aren’t travelling with young children, you might wa
