Had a wonderful stay with my partner. We were greeted to a beautiful sunrise each morning from our room balcony. Room was clean, beds comfortable, and serviced everyday. Lovely swimming pool, very good breakfast. Very well set up for cyclists with top of the range bikes for rent. Very good guy in the bike hire shop and great staff all around. Hotel is also only a short walk to a beautiful beach. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

First impression, the building didn’t look like the photograph, a sort of faded grey 80s Lego set. On walking in the lack of air conditioning hits you like a train. There were a few grills in the wall that if you placed your hand on them you could feel some cool air, like a desperate convict planning an escape. The hotel rooms were the same, a grim first impression.
We thought we’d get some lunch. Walking into the dining area which is akin to a converted air craft hanger, the cacophony is off the scale. Masses of people are crammed in, you can’t have a conversation, you can’t hear or think. To make sure you’ve truly arrived in Hades the food is unholy. Everything tastes like it’s off or almost off or like something else entirely. I had some cauliflower that tasted like nothing I’ve ever tried and impossible to describe. The closest I can think of would be trying to eat polystyrene covered in a diabolical sauce. We ate out a lot but whilst there I lived on ice cream for 10 days, my son was sick all over the place, including the foyer in front of all the guests. They were unfazed, probably not their first visit. Going up to the room the design of the hotel became increasingly bizarre. There were pictures on the wall without pictures only the frames. Huge glass windows with no blinds, no air conditioning, nothing. Every time you went to your room you were blinded and fried at the same time. You can’t swing a cat in the rooms but that’s not your only problem. While showering, my 2 year old daughter merely touched the shower curtain and it fell down like a zeppelin. On closer inspection it wasn’t even fixed to the wall just wedged in. The shower was comedy gold, even funnier than the artwork on the wall. The wardrobes look like they were fitted using the cheapest materials possible materials, in a rush, around 1980. Even the floor number was held on with insulation tape. The electrics are a death trap as are the fruit juices and cocktails. Lord knows what was in them. Having said that, the beach was lovely, it’s a beautiful island and the hotel was packed so there must be some sort of mysterious appeal. As mystifying as the 4 star grading. I notice that the reviews all have an efficient rapid rebuttal system particularly to negative reviews. All part of the mystery. We won’t be returning.

We had a great stay here with our toddler last week. The service was very good. There was a good selection at breakfast. The hotel had a mini disco in the evenings which was enjoyable especially for children. The hotel was within walking distance to Port de Pollenca!

Have just come home from a week here. Can't fault anything about this hotel. Food was so good. So much to choose from at every sitting. I loved the paella every lunch time. Rooms were very good we didn't have one of the refurbished rooms but it was very clean and nice. The spa was lovely as well . All the staff were very friendly. The only thing that I would say they could do is have more parasols around the pool area. Also the splash park for the kids is amazing. I would definitely return and recommend this to others. Thank you for a lovely stay

First package holiday with our 11 year old son and we are so glad we were given this hotel to go to. It had everything you could want. Plenty of choice of food, but of course you can't always please everybody with food. Great drinks. Very clean hotel, staff all very good. Entertainment good. Pools are great especially the smaller one. Of course like all hotels people will hog sun loungers from the minute they can. Its in a great location to everything with the beach at the end of the street. With the size of the hotel we described it as working like a well oiled machine, with the amount of guests and how much work the staff have to do to make it work. We would definitely recommend and come again.

We had a good stay at this hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks, all inclusive. The food was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good selection, lunch and diner always had fresh fish/meat/salad/pizza/paella etc. The snack bar was good for a later breakfast and burgers for a snack. The pool bar served a good selection of drinks, I liked the cocktails. Also, we loved how they used refillable glasses instead of throw away ones. We joined in with waterpolo etc, it was good. The entertainment team were full of energy and friendly. The evening entertainment wasn't the best but if you go across the road to Palms Bar there is live cover bands which were excellent (book a table though.) We stayed in a superior double room in the refurbished side. It was quite small but we were only in it to sleep and get ready. The storage was fine for us (3) and 2 weeks worth of clothes. You can hear the toilets flushing/showers from other rooms but it wasn't a big problem. We didn't have any problems getting sun loungers. We found the last few days the hotel got so much busier though (English holidays starting) therefore the queues did start happening. Take a walk down to the beach area, it's lovely and so many restaurants to choose from. Our child loved playing paddle and football. The foam party was great fun too. All in all, we had an excellent holiday here.

This is going to be a mixed review about this hotel. We had 7 nights stay in this hotel, all inclusive. We had a superior double room for me and my 16yr and 13yr old children. Compared to the double room with a sea view that my parents had, there was less storage and was darker in the room than theirs. When you first walked in the foyer is lovely and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely and spacious, apart from our room. We went when UK schools hadn't broken up yet, so it wasn't as busy and not much queuing, until the last day when it started getting busier. It was great having the snack bar and pool bar during the day so we could all just go and get our drinks and food when we wanted it, especially my children My dad kept asking for an iron, even the Jet2 rep kept asking too and after about 3 days of asking he bought his own travel one from the market!! So don't hold your breath if you want to iron your clothes while you're there! The wristbands were brilliant, a different colour for all inclusive with alcohol and without, so no mistake in my 16 year old sneakily getting any! They also had a tab which let you into your room, so no sharing a key between us! Excellent idea, should be in all hotels! The food was varied, although the meat I felt was a bit tough and not the nicest we've had. My daughter is fussy (suspected ASD) and there wasn't much choice for her during the evening meal so we did eat out twice to get her something. They did make fresh crepes which I enjoyed and there was plenty of fruit and lots of selection for a cooked breakfast. Nothing was too much for the staff, the cleaning staff placed my daughter's teddy on the bed each time they made it which was a lovely touch! The towels are changed daily which was great. The entertainment staff were great, my son played water polo and football which he enjoyed! They even did an impromptu Zumba class on the poolside to keep us entertained while there was an issue with the foam for the foam party. (Which was also great fun!) I think the backdrop for the stage could do with a bit of tidying up though, it does look like no expense was paid! The location was great, right by the beach and had some shops nearby for lilos, snacks etc. (crisps weren't included in the AI so we got our own from the shops) It was a lovely walk down to the marina and other shops where there is a Burger King for anyone craving it!

pollensa review stayed here recently for 6 nights in july 2025 with my aunt and brother and it was an amazing hotel! here are the pros and cons and some photos of the lovely food: pros: - friendly helpful staff, even when they had super long work shifts they were all so nice - really good choices of food and you can ask the cooks what the food contains, they are very helpful too - clean, aesthetic building - great facilities - entertainment, there was lots of music and even a foam party in the pool, the entertainment staff like angela, julia and ricky were really friendly and organised everything great - cleaners cleaned room adequately - great location, close to the beach and nice shops/restaurants - well organised, each guest is given a wristband which contains the keycard (it’s waterproof) so it’s so easy to access your room without worrying about losing the card cons: - there wasn’t enough tea (wasn’t a problem for me but other people thought there should be more in the cafeteria) - snack bar is only open until 6 so i recommend that you buy snacks from the local shops if you get hungry late at night. there’s a mini fridge in the room where you can put food! Also all of the staff speak english fluently for the people that don’t speak spanish, so you can speak to them in either language and they understand you perfectly. Pollensa is a great town for families with children, couples or anyone, especially british people whether you speak spanish or not, beaches are beautiful, lots of things to do nearby like las cuevas del drach which are really cool caves (you have to book a tour and coach to get there). I really recommend going to this resort if you want an affordable, relaxing, fun experience in mallorca. Muchas gracias cabot hotel, ya quiero volver 💗🇪🇸

Very mixed hotel experience compared to many reviews. Overall a good week but feel there are many areas for improvement. Depends what you are going for, it is a great location and some gorgeous places to eat along the front, but if you want peace and quiet this isn’t the hotel for you!! ROOM We had a junior suite - the room was a great size we were with an 18 month old so plenty of space for her albeit it was very dated. Our telephone was also not working to be able to contact reception which we told them about but this was not sorted nor was much interest taken in it. The bed however was two twins shoved together so a huge gap in the middle which wasn’t ideal when our baby joined us in the morning. You wouldn’t expect this in a room of this level we didnt think. We expected one bed. The cot - although fine for our child as she was older it would be very unsafe for a young baby. It was a squishy mattress with gaps down the sides - she actually got her foot down it one night and woke herself, also had holes in the netting so could do with updating. The general sound proofing of the room was very poor, you could hear people in the corridor as if they were in the room and also the adjoining rooms and bathrooms etc. you could hear conversations and coughing again this seemed very poor we thought and particularly affected us when people were returning late and most nights woke our baby. Any door slamming resounded through the room. LOUD As for sound proofing, most nights there was extremely loud music from the pool area, it felt like we had front row seats to a karaoke concert, even though we were on level 8. We raised this at reception but nothing was actioned as to offer an alternative room. We had hoped to be able to enjoy a quiet drink on our balcony which was very lovely as we had a sea view, but the music was so loud we were not able to do so. IRON - on the description of the room it says there was an iron, however there was not and we asked many times at reception - we had to keep going back over the period of three days which seemed quite pathetic - given it is such a simple requirement. When we finally got any iron it was a laughable postage stamp size with fabric hanging off it, see photo. We were even asked for a deposit to take it!! This seriously needs to be addressed as it was a nuisance to have to keep going and asking, there seemed to be no real solution or process. It was a hopeless iron as well which made it more frustrating. BREAKFAST - there were options for everyone and I think anyone could have found something they liked, we never queued although were there by 8am most days. We were not all inclusive. POOL- the pool areas were great, our little girl enjoyed the splash pool however it was a shame it did not turn on until 10am every morning given anyone with tiny tots is up very early. The sunbed reservation society was out in force at this hotel as well. We were at the pool by 8:30 a few days and found about half of t

My daughter is 3.5 and was extremely shy before we went. The kids entertainment team (Julia, Ana, Angela and Ricky) were all very good and managed to get my daughter to come out of her shell and try different things. Every day she came back and told me that she had done something different. She would eat her dinner so she could go and see them at the disco. She’s come back home and after 2 weeks she’s still talking about all of them and is so much more confident! Thank you Julia, Ana, Angela and Ricky.
