Stayed for a week in June with friends, such a fun time with the best entertainment team ever! Huge shout out to the gorgeous ladies Angela and Julia with the entertainment, and the kids shows and dances! Ricky was so helpful and friendly with all of us and the lads that was with us and they all loved the water polo and even played paddle and smashed them! Well done team!

This is my second visit to the hotel. I first came out in April 2025 and I enjoyed it so so much but I have just returned for two weeks. I also intend to come back for another two weeks in September. I can only say that this is an excellent hotel. It is modern. The staff treat you with courtesy and respect and are very very helpful. I stayed in the upgraded rooms and they are equivalent to any Hotel an excellent size with a full walking bathroom and a spacious balcony. I only stayed bed and breakfast this time Preferring to eat out at the local restaurants in the evening. The breakfast is a masterpiece with so many different styles and types of dishes ranging from a full English breakfast to Continental to also sorts of Spanish pastries pastries. There are two swimming pools and extensive areas where you can sun by then relax plus it is also a venue for outdoor evening entertainment which is varied and very professional. I am disabled and rely on the Wheelchair and the hotel could not have been more applying and helpful.

Just returned from a week’s stay at this hotel with my wife and 2 daughters (2 and 4 years old). All opinions are my own and have not been influenced by other reviews. Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to beach and about a 20 minute flat walk along a beautiful promenade, which has very little traffic, to the port where there are lots of bars/restaurants (there are plenty of these on the walk to the port as well). We stayed in a Junior Suite and absolutely couldn’t fault it. The room and bathroom were both huge and there was more than enough space for the four of us, which made it very comfortable. I know some have mentioned issues with storage and wardrobe space, however, our room had plenty to cater for everything we had. The balcony was also a good size with a brilliant pool/sea view. The room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The hotel has two pool areas, the first is a pretty standard pool for both adults and children to use and is a good size with the pool bar running parallel to it. The second, the children’s splash pool, however, was brilliant and perfect for our children who spent hours each day playing in it. There are also lots of beds around this pool and we never had any issues getting some so we could stay close by to keep an eye on our children. The staff were great and worked tirelessly all day serving god-knows how many people and nothing was ever too much effort. There was some queuing at times, but nothing too over-the-top. A special mention though needs to be made about the animation team who are an absolute credit to the hotel. Their enthusiasm and patience with the children while running the kids club, pool activities and mini disco morning, noon and night was beyond incredible. Thank you all so so much for making our girls’ first holiday so enjoyable. Cons: Only one that comes to mind was the food. I appreciate when it comes to this, opinions are subjective, however, for me, it didn’t quite hit the mark. It wasn’t terrible, however, it definitely could’ve been much better. We were all-inclusive, but always intended to eat out a few times for lunch and dinner anyway and I’m glad we did as I couldn’t have eaten there all day every day. The children’s options were pretty limited, especially for a hotel that seemed to be geared up for young families. I’d say this is one area that definitely needs improvement. (Our) children eat more than just beige (chicken nuggets and chips being pretty much the only option). All-in-all, I can’t help feel some reviews of this hotel are a little over critical based on our own experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate booking again. Puerto Pollensa is a truly beautiful part of the island and one of the best places I’ve visited for a holiday. It’s such a clean, bright and vibrant place with incredible beaches. It has lots to offer people of all ages, however, if you aren’t travelling with young children, you might wa

My second time at the Pollensa Park this year. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and I must say the Hotel has been very accommodating. I have stayed at Hotel‘s all over the world and in many countries and the Pollensa park is typical of a modern well run Hotel which offers a wide range of facilities. I found the staff very attentive and in my circumstances very helpful. I only stayed bed and breakfast but the breakfast was very good offering a wide range of choice for every diet. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well managed. If you are staying in bed and breakfast there is a wide range of bars and restaurants very near to the hotel money of which offer her excellent value for money. That is in contrast to the more fashionable restaurants and bars along the seafront, I think for what you pay for the rooms which in many cases includes flights is very good value. I have booked again to come back in September for two weeks since I like it so much, it is conveniently located out of the centre of the resort but with easy access to the beach and all the other facilities. Excellent Hotel

This hotel pleasantly surprised me the first few nights… friendly service, good breakfast, nice pool area, great location and rooms are clean. Until one day we returned to the room and the bed sheets smelled like mould. Foosty as if they’d been left damp for days. This is a bare minimum non negotiable that the sheets are washed and smelling nice.

A truly awful experience. The staff are rude, the food is pretty much the same every day ( pork, squid, pizza) and left out for the duration of the meal time. Bar staff at the pool area gave one word questions and answers and never smiled once during the week we were there. At one point the dining hall was reduced to a small area ( presumably to assist the staff in not having to clean it all, and we were corralled into a small space which ultimately led to arguments with the staff. The noise level in the dining room was incredibly loud and very little air flow. After speaking with the hotel manager and being assured that some of my concerns would be addressed, the lady from the pool bar was moved into the dining hall to have even more contact with the guests that she clearly dislikes . We eat one evening meal during our stay but managed to find a fabulous selection of restaurants in the town and the approach to it . The worst hotel I have ever stayed in by far. Shame on you Cabot.

We stayed here for a week on the recommdation of my partner who'd stayed several times before. It is very central with ample parking and is a short walk to the beach. The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were all very pleasant and the food is pretty good. Half board is good value and beer and wine are included! It would never be called luxurious and the bar is not a place in which to linger, but with so many nearby options it didn't matter.

The Staff are Extremely friendly and welcoming - The Maids are so hard working and provide an exceptional service keeping all the areas and my room beautiful - The Reception Staff are all extremely friendly and happy and the facilities are excellent, cycling facilities ideal I stayed Half Board and the food was extremely good with plenty of options for all tastes - Manuel the Head Chef was fantastic and the Almond Cake , Carrot Cake and Chocolate Brownie Cake were all hand made and exceptional - Just Great The Hotel now being Owned by Cabot is a huge improvement from Fergus who ran it previously I would definitely stay there again

This is nothing more than a Budget Hotel let down by very poor food quality. As a group of cyclists the location was perfect and cycle facilities are excellent. The hotel itself is adequate for a week’s cycling holiday but I wouldn’t return with the family. The rooms are extremely basic and our outlook was directly over the bin area and boiler room which is neglected, untidy and noisy. During our stay there were periods without hot water which at the end of a long day cycling is unacceptable. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the limited number of staff work very hard. They are generally friendly but clearly overworked. The dining room is budget level. It’s basic and very noisy. The food is self service and there are frequent queues. The food choice is limited and dishes frequently run out with wait times before replenishment. Food quality is extremely budget level across the range of options. Very little veg, poor salads, cheap meat options and extremely basic pasta / pizza dishes. Most of the dishes are overcooked and or cold. If you take the half board plus option you get beer of wine at meal times. The spa is a nice at the end of a long day cycling but pool & jacuzzi were cold. Overall this hotel is cheap and cheerful nothing more.
