We are just coming to the end of our week here. We have had an amazing week of relaxing sunshine.
My 5 star ratings are based on the price we paid for a weeks all inclusive Inc flights and transfers. For £600. You can't go wrong. The rooms are clean and comfy. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The restaurant food is acceptable, I would advise booking the Italian on the nights that it is open.
Breakfast is average but does the job.
The entertainment team are excellent especially Jordan and Davide, we particularly enjoyed the pool games and aqua dance.
All in all I can highly recommend a week here for some cheap winter sun.

This has been above all expectations! After reading comments about e.g. long queues, poor quality/selection of food and dirty rooms we were uncertain what to expect, but the stay has been great from start to end. The staff is super nice and helpful, the restaurant and bars had everything we needed and more (bonus for also having a good selection of healthy foods and not only fries etc), and we experienced no major queues for food/drinks nor issues getting a sun bed next to the pools (great to have the selection of one lively pool area and one calmer pool area). We really enjoyed all the activities possible to opt in for from early morning to late evening (a lot of activities and games for both adults and children) and had no noise issues despite having a room right in front of the outdoor stage on karaoke night, so we don’t understand the noise remarks from other reviewers — also, if you are very sound sensitive they sell earplugs at the hotel pharmacy :) The rooms were also very spacious (we had a family room for 2 people) and well cleaned.

For new guests it’s good to note that you need to hang the «please clean my room» note on the door before 13:00 to get it cleaned (we missed that the first day) and that it’s possible to book the tennis court + borrow all necessary equipment for a 5€ deposit if you like tennis. Also, we recommend having a look at the hike to “the eye of Tenerife” (easily reachable from the hotel) and checking out the ocean pool only a short walk from the hotel.

We've just returned from a week's self catering at this hotel. We had no complaints about our self catering apartment or the price we paid for our weeks stay here. The apartment was spacious, it had everything we needed. Wi-fi in our room was great, room cleaned daily. We used the quiet pool as we had a child free holiday but could hear the daytime entertainment. I think if my daughter had been with us she'd have loved it. We could watch the nighttime entertainment from our balcony. Davide was hilarious, dancing & singing along to the karaoke. He's a real asset to the hotel. Will be returning next year & bringing my daughter as long as the price doesn't increase. Came back to cold England Sunday feeling relaxed. All in all a great holiday for myself & my partner.

Rooms are a really good size. We had family room on ground floor overlooking quiet pool. This included a bedroom, bathroom and large living room/bedroom. Air-conditioning. Usb sockets in each plug socket, TV in living room. Safe and fridge in living room. Rooms cleaned daily except Sunday. No bottled water or pool towels are included. Rooms are not sound proof so can be very noisy at night. Large range of all inclusive drinks. Food a bit samey and not very hot. But edible and cooked through. Entertainment team are outstanding. They keep you occupied all day and do some great shows at night. Some of the third party entertainment was a bit poor. Prepare to get up early as sunbeds get stacked and locked at night. So if you want a good spot by the pool you need to be there by 7am for 7.30 unlock. And be prepared to unstack and move your sunbed yourself. Lots of convenience shops around area but try to avoid the one to the left of the main entrance as it is extremely overpriced. Overall not a bad holiday. Really cheap in November, that would be the only reason I would come back to this hotel.

Just returned from a much needed get away for some sun, and it did the job! We don't usually go all-inclusive, but the hotel was coming up cheaper than other options - great for lounging by the pool, drinking and snacking. Location was fine, very picturesque. Rooms were clean, 2 big pools - 1 much quieter than the other so we situated there. All in all, a nice break! No complaints (apart from coming home significantly heavier than I was...!)

Lovely hotel , we had a self catering apartment overlooking the pool. Spacious, clean ,with everything you 2could need. Really comfy beds too. Rooms cleaned everyday. Lots of family entertainment in the evenings, although we didn't see many shows as we usually went out to eat at this time. The hardworking staff were friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Covid measures in place in all areas. Bars and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Good location although the resort is quite steep in parts. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return .

Pleasant stay. Rooms cleaned every day. Clean towels every day even the used ones wasn't on the floor. Beds done daily. Asked for the kettle, cups and ash tray as they weren't in the room - all was delivered to us within the hour. The only negative thing - slow internet. But we think it was due to where the hotel was situated and possibly too many guests. In general - very satisfied with our stay.

Great all-round hotel for young families, staff are really nice and the food is great. So much entertainment there's hardly ever nothing to do. Massage place on the top of the building is also fantastic. Pools a little cold but aren't they always :-) Be brave and just jump in and then say the famous quote " its alright once you get in" ha ha ha it really is lol

*Top tip, grab yourself a x6 drinks cup holder before you go it will save you at the bar ;-)

We booked this hotel last minute. We read the reviews with lots of various options.
We have found it to be spotless with very nice staff
As for the food there is something for everyone if you can't get anything you are the problem. The drinks are good even cocktails done. The entertainment is varied and the animation team work very hard to keep people happy.
There is a quiet pool if you want to relax.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Some people just enjoy complaining don't listen to them come and see for yourself

This is a nice hotel that has just reopened after COVID-19 and is still settling into a normal routine.
The management do appear to be taking steps to improve things, evidenced by the change to the sunbed arrangements on the day we left.
We made the most of it and enjoyed our holiday.

Good points:
- Great quality and range of food in the main restaurant and snack bar;
- Nicely refurbished and well equipped rooms;
- The Animation team put their hearts and souls in to making sure everyone has a great time.

Development areas:
- Queued for a long time to check in;
- Queued for tables at busy times in the restaurant;
- Queued at the pool bar during the day;
- Queued for ages at the entertainment area bar in the evening;
- Poolside tiles very slippery when wet, we witnessed several falls each day.
