The location is approx 35 minutes from airport with plenty of up and down hills, to the town or supermarket, but level with good sea views. Hotel coverage over a vast area. Rooms are spotlessly clean in a low building environment. Good food, indoor and outdoor (Nautilus, self service) Great bar Reception willing and polite. Two pools and a waterslide, Excellent entertainment for children, couples,...
Absolutely brilliant hotel! Wide range of food in buffet, including for vegetarians (although the variety for children could be increased and made a little more healthy). The room was spacious and clean (we stayed in the Landi village) and very clean resort. Every morning the staff were cleaning pavements, the main buildings and the room. The sunset bar has a gorgeous view of the sunset over the ocean...
We stayed here as a party or 7 in April (Mum, Dad, 2 teens, 1 child and grandparents). We had 3 rooms in N block, which initially seemed a bit of a walk to the main areas but actually we ended up loving this block. We had gorgeous sea views and the block was lovely and quiet. The rooms are absolutely brilliant, they have a really spacious lounge and generous bedrooms and bathrooms, which are very well...
We had an absolutely amazing holiday, made even more special by the incredible entertainment team! Their energy, positivity, and constant smiles created a joyful and welcoming atmosphere for both adults and children. They truly made every moment fun and memorable. A huge thank you to the entire Kids Club team, who managed to keep the kids entertained every single day with creative games, exciting...
Lovely stay. Staff are very nice and helpful. Lots of food variety. Lots to do for smaller children
Absolutely amazing holiday here!! Travelled as 2 adults and 2 children (9month old and 3 year old). We stayed in block A in an ocean view suite. The food was amazing, best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. Veggie and vegan options for all meals. For lunch we always used the nautical snack bar, the paella was lovely. We spent most days round the quiet pool but I love that there were 2 options of pools...

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Rooms, staff, location and food were all great. I particularly liked the water dispensers all over the hotel, where we could fill our bottles, that we found in the room. The all-in offer was strong, with plenty of drinks and food to chose from all day. If you are wondering whether to take the Platinum or not like I was, we decided not to go for it and that...
We had a great holiday at this hotel. The hotel itself is well laid out and beautifully maintained - big, but not impersonal. The choice at the buffet is great and there was loads of choice; I'm vegetarian and was impressed with the range of food and flavours. The pool snack bar was great too - always lots on offer and thoughtful little touches. The pool areas were lovely, clean and buzzy but without...
Francesca is the best entertainer! The hotel is clean, the meals are delicious, and the entertainment is fantastic! Everyone will find something for themselves. There are plenty of loungers by the pools (the pools open at 9 and 10 a.m., so there's a spot for everyone). There's no fighting over loungers. Entertainment is available for all ages. The staff is very friendly. Beautiful ocean view from the...
I stayed there for 7 nights about a week ago. The service was amazing, the rooms were luxurious and the food was perfect. The outside area was also very good, there was a food place next to the pools which were also very nice. And to top it off it is in an amazing location so you are very close to the ocean. I would definitely recommend 10/10👍
Stayed for 10 nights with my boyfriend and we were stunned as soon as we entered the hotel. The food was so good and did food cooking near the pool. They had a great selection and different dishes each day at lunch and dinner. They also do not mess around with the alcohol with a wide selection of different drinks around the hotel. The service was great at reception and throughout the hotel. The evening...
We’ve just spent 10 days over Christmas and it was amazing. One of our favorite hotels in Tenerife. Restaurant and bar staff are amazing and all the staff seemed happy. The animation team were great also. Lots of effort was made to make Christmas Day special for everyone. Will definitely return.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had a very pleasant stay at Barceló Santiago. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning – especially from the hot tub on the terrace! The hotel has a lot to offer: multiple pools, a gym, a wellness area – everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Prices...
Where everything is about the view. The hotel has a fantastic location, offering beautiful views from the rooms, the restaurant, and the pool area — an absolutely breathtaking panorama of Los Gigantes, from sunrise to sunset. There’s no swimmable beach within walking distance, and not much else nearby besides a shop, so renting a car is highly recommended (though in my opinion, it’s essential when...
An unforgettable, beautiful, and magical stay! We couldn't speak more highly of our week-long stay at Barcelo! We came to celebrate our anniversary and soak in the views-and every expectation we had was completely exceeded. The food, the staff, and the scenery were all exceptional. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Also, we highly recommend booking a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony-it was...
Such a thoughtfully designed, beautiful hotel with friendly staff and INCREDIBLE food. We did an all inclusive and were so impressed that all the drinks were included (we’ve been on some like Club Med where only pretty poor quality drinks were included). The cocktails can vary, depending on who makes them. The food is some of the best I’ve ever had in my life! A different theme every night keeps things...
Had a great time. Overall it was a very memorable and pleasurable experience. The shuttle service was efficient and friendly. Despite being one of the last to arrive at the island airport, they made sure that no one was left behind. Check in was quick. Ocean views from the rooms were amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable. The AC leaked a bit on the first day but was promptly fixed once they...
We had really nice vacations, the hotel is beautifully located and I guess that’s the main reason to stay there… But there were some things that were quite annoying, like loud noises of drilling at the pool areas (the bar was being renovated during our stay) or loud music from other hotels at night. The food was mainly ok, despite of that time we got food poisoned (beware of the raw fish during the...

Having been in other accommodation previously in Gigantes I was unsure what to expect. However any concerns I may have had were wiped away from the moment I booked in. Excellent front line staff to catering and room service personnel. Room cleaned daily and good choice of food from the restaurant. I am glad I have already booked the same hotel in December 24.
Hotel was clean and tidy. Receptionist upon greeting were lovely and very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff were great and Ruben in entertainment was amazing. He had time for everyone and provided what he could within control. Dino the lifeguard well….. aggressive, slapping his hands to guests when angry, don’t like British female guest. Falls asleep on his chair likes to close the pool early. Leaves...
Last minute holiday booking. The hotel is well located for small shops, the beach (black volcanic sand) and restaurants. A very good, cheap, bus service was available at the bottom of the road. The hotel itself is very clean, simply presented with very polite and helpful staff. The bedrooms are simply decorated, with super comfy beds. Bed and bathroom linens were changed every other day. Rooms...
We absolutely love this hotel. Have been visiting 2 a yr for the last 16 yrs and have seen vast improvements. The staff right from management to cleaners are polite and friendly a great credit to Blue Sea Lagos de Cesar. The entertainment this last two visits was absolutely excellent, Dumi leaving will be a big loss to the hotel. It would be lovely to have drawer space in the rooms and air conditioning...
During my recent stay at BLUESEA Lagos de Cesar, I found the experience to be acceptable, though far from outstanding. The hotel met basic expectations, but there were several areas where improvements are clearly needed. Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory, but only just. The housekeeping staff seemed to do the bare minimum, with the rooms being cleaned enough to be presentable...
Reception staff on arrival was slow. Two local black sand beaches. Staff in bar and restaurant were very polite and friendly. Animation team consisted of one person and was very friendly, funny and great with the kids especially at mini disco. No sun bed reservation until 10am when the lifeguard opens the pool area. Only real bad but was no play inflatables allowed in the pool.

We have been visiting The Harbour Club in Los Gigantes for 27 years and love ❤ it. Fantastic views over the sea to La Gomera Island. The self catering, clean and serviced rooms, with private terrace and use of pool suit us. There is a daytime cafe/bar, and in the evenings "The Wine Bar" provides great evening meals and fantastic entertainments. Stunning sunset views. What more could a holiday need...
Great to be back at our 2nd home. Love being able to settle in straight away and relaxing in our apartment or by the pool. It's great to see it nice and busy 😀
We stopped for dinner, good choice on menu. Food was all homemade and delish. Generous. They have a lot of live music. Nice views. Great deserts. The waiting staff friendly and informative. Visited 10 years ago, as good as we remembered! 🥩🍔🥙🍟🍢🦐🍧🥧🍰☕🍾🍸🍹🍹🍹

This has been above all expectations! After reading comments about e.g. long queues, poor quality/selection of food and dirty rooms we were uncertain what to expect, but the stay has been great from start to end. The staff is super nice and helpful, the restaurant and bars had everything we needed and more (bonus for also having a good selection of healthy foods and not only fries etc), and we experienced...
We've just returned from a week's self catering at this hotel. We had no complaints about our self catering apartment or the price we paid for our weeks stay here. The apartment was spacious, it had everything we needed. Wi-fi in our room was great, room cleaned daily. We used the quiet pool as we had a child free holiday but could hear the daytime entertainment. I think if my daughter had been with...
We are just coming to the end of our week here. We have had an amazing week of relaxing sunshine. My 5 star ratings are based on the price we paid for a weeks all inclusive Inc flights and transfers. For £600. You can't go wrong. The rooms are clean and comfy. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The restaurant food is acceptable, I would advise booking the Italian on the nights that it is open...
Rooms are a really good size. We had family room on ground floor overlooking quiet pool. This included a bedroom, bathroom and large living room/bedroom. Air-conditioning. Usb sockets in each plug socket, TV in living room. Safe and fridge in living room. Rooms cleaned daily except Sunday. No bottled water or pool towels are included. Rooms are not sound proof so can be very noisy at night. Large range...
Just returned from a much needed get away for some sun, and it did the job! We don't usually go all-inclusive, but the hotel was coming up cheaper than other options - great for lounging by the pool, drinking and snacking. Location was fine, very picturesque. Rooms were clean, 2 big pools - 1 much quieter than the other so we situated there. All in all, a nice break! No complaints (apart from coming...
Lovely hotel , we had a self catering apartment overlooking the pool. Spacious, clean ,with everything you 2could need. Really comfy beds too. Rooms cleaned everyday. Lots of family entertainment in the evenings, although we didn't see many shows as we usually went out to eat at this time. The hardworking staff were friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Covid measures in place in all areas...

We traveled to Tenerife at the end of February 2025 and stayed at a hotel a 30-minute drive from the airport. Free parking outside the hotel if you can find a spot. The location was quiet, yet close to pubs and restaurants. The staff, were welcoming and attentive even surprising us with a birthday celebration for my partner! The hotel featured three pools, including a kids’ area, though the water...
We had a great time here with our 2 year old. The hotel staff were fantastic and attentive when needed. We stayed all inclusive and found the food choice and quality as good as any other all inclusive we have been too. The pools were a little cold but we found the top pool the warmest one of the three. The children’s disco was great but started a little bit late for our 2 year so she had to miss a...
Only stayed the one night as our hotel had an emergency. Food excellent in the restaurants except the vending machine for sandwiches. Bathroom in our room did not have a handle on the inside? The electric flex wire for the Aircon unit had a very dodgy connection with block and insulation tape! Breach of even EU Regs. Otherwise we would stay here in the future. Very nice.
Wonderful hotel! Lovely & helpful staff! Some great entertainment. Clean rooms and lovely food - only criticism would be there's little vegetarian options on most nights - and some items are mis-labeled as vegetarian when it did have meat (often the soup). However, would recommend this hotel for its amazing facilities, staff and lovely location near a natural beach.
Nice enough hotel, though it seems to have seen better days. Rooms were nice. Definitely worth paying the relatively small extra amount for a sea view as it was stunning; especially for early evening sunshine and the sunset. Our main issue was the inability of the kitchen staff to keep the food warm, never mind hot. We tended to eat between 8pm and 9pm and literally not one meal choice was still hot...
We have returned from our holiday today. The hotel is great for families. If you want a good spot by the main pool or the kids pool you have to be up early but there is a third pool that is much quieter. The staff were all very good especially Tito in the restaurant who is always making a fuss of the kids and welcoming. The entertainment staff are excellent and full of energy but not in a in your...

Had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean, tidy and well run with excellent customer service and response to any issue. The pool is well maintained and supervised at all times. The staff work exceptionally hard, and all the sun loungers are put away at 6pm, and then put out again after cleaning every morning. Fabulous view from the bar terrace of the sea, and shortlists sun sets. Food was...
You get what you pay for. If you want good food, a warm pool and more than a basic room go to another hotel and pay more. We wanted a clean comfortable bed and functional shower and paid very little for the privilege. The hotel has masses of potential but that takes investment; all the while people put up with substandard food and a freezing pool for the sake of a cheap stay, why spend money? It's...
Best holiday I've been on in a long time. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing. Hotel is clean and tidy, food was nice. The kids entertainment and entertainer was brilliant. Good shows... not a thing I could possibly complain about. I would visit this hotel again
We've just spent a great week here. The staff are brilliant, so friendly. Great location.. 10 mins walk to the sandy beach and bars/shops. A bit hilly for the less able but only €4 to get to beach. Loved it here.
Amazing hotel, lovely and clean and in a brill location surrounded by some amazing views. Staff were amazing super friendly and always happy to help. Would definitely visit again.
White woodchip. Bedroom and bathroom great, but they have something other than Blank white woodchip walls. It serves its clientele, loud, fat, lobster red who eat/drink as much as possible. Location is actually really good.

Vigilla park rooms are far from basic they are very good with everything that you need even down to iron and board very spacious with everything you need lots of storage space lovely bathroom and spacious throughout
Enjoyed my stay at Vigilia Park, had a spacious room on the second floor and my son and his girlfriend were a few doors down. The roof top terrace has spectacular views and lots of sun beds to relax, and enjoy the outlook. There are two pools, I used the roof top one, it has a Lifeguard present at all times. The breakfast was varied each day and there is a fab coffee machine. The staff were friendly...
Hotel was very good for a 2 star establishment and we very much enjoyed our stay. Our room had a sea view and was clean and had everything we needed. Basic but good value for money. Roof top pool with bar was great although expensive and we used it most days. The local area had many bars and restaurants which were good value. The staff generally were friendly and helpful with the cleaners keeping the...
Lovely, clean and spacious apartments in a great location. Once we got used to the area found some really fabulous places to eat. The location is very hilly so if you have mobility problems this could be a challenge, but after we found the hidden lift at the car hire place opposite the entrance this was a game changer and allowed us access to even more places and less of a struggle up the hill....
Fantastic holiday just far from everything, no games allowed in pool , no entertainment , not really ideal if you have children that want to have fun with floats balls etc in pool but rooms very clean big . 40 euros to get to live areas and 21.50 euros on bus , swimming pools very deep, did not stop children staying in them all day but they would of loved floats or a ball or music 😀 lidl only a little...

Cannot understand the negative comments. We've just enjoyed a lovely week here and found nothing to moan about (other than seeing a couple of people putting six/seven towels on the sun beds one morning, which had no bearing on the hotel!) The apartment was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable and we were fortunate to have a balcony in the sun. The shower was constantly hot with great water pressure...
£40 a night is ok. Have seen prices at 100 and would be dissapointed. Very basic dated apartment, large comfy beds and spare bed full size. 32" tv with hdmi and only local channels. Local wifi no good for streaming but 4g good in area. No shelf space in bathroom. 1st floor pool side apartments have large private sun bathing area or top floor has private roof areas. Heated pool so not freezing. For...
Rooms are big, and very clean. Cleaners come in every day if you want them to.Outdoor swimming pool. You do have to pay for WiFi. No English channels on telly if you want to watch something late evenings. Don't go all inclusive they do not do food you have to go to the hotel over the round and the food is awful. 10 min walk to the beach and nice restaurants at the front.
Staff are helpful and friendly. The place is quiet and the rooms although basic are clean. I would like to thank Jesus, Janete and Angela for their kindness after my recent accident.
Nice simple apartment with great kitchen facilities. Small pool but very quiet and easy accessible. Place well cleaned and staff very friendly
Great apartments and access to private swimming pools. The man who rented the apartment was extremely generous and flexible, calling to let me know if I needed to have a late checkout it was no problem at all & had left a bottle of wine & some lovely local snacks which I was not expecting at all. The apartments themselves are spotlessly clean & decorated to a high standard. I'll be going back,that's...
