The location is approx 35 minutes from airport with plenty of up and down hills, to the town or supermarket, but level with good sea views. Hotel coverage over a vast area. Rooms are spotlessly clean in a low building environment. Good food, indoor and outdoor (Nautilus, self service) Great bar Reception willing and polite. Two pools and a waterslide, Excellent entertainment for children, couples,...
Absolutely brilliant hotel! Wide range of food in buffet, including for vegetarians (although the variety for children could be increased and made a little more healthy). The room was spacious and clean (we stayed in the Landi village) and very clean resort. Every morning the staff were cleaning pavements, the main buildings and the room. The sunset bar has a gorgeous view of the sunset over the ocean...
We stayed here as a party or 7 in April (Mum, Dad, 2 teens, 1 child and grandparents). We had 3 rooms in N block, which initially seemed a bit of a walk to the main areas but actually we ended up loving this block. We had gorgeous sea views and the block was lovely and quiet. The rooms are absolutely brilliant, they have a really spacious lounge and generous bedrooms and bathrooms, which are very well...
We had an absolutely amazing holiday, made even more special by the incredible entertainment team! Their energy, positivity, and constant smiles created a joyful and welcoming atmosphere for both adults and children. They truly made every moment fun and memorable. A huge thank you to the entire Kids Club team, who managed to keep the kids entertained every single day with creative games, exciting...
Lovely stay. Staff are very nice and helpful. Lots of food variety. Lots to do for smaller children
Absolutely amazing holiday here!! Travelled as 2 adults and 2 children (9month old and 3 year old). We stayed in block A in an ocean view suite. The food was amazing, best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. Veggie and vegan options for all meals. For lunch we always used the nautical snack bar, the paella was lovely. We spent most days round the quiet pool but I love that there were 2 options of pools...

Unforgettable holiday at Landmar Playa La Arena! We spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The property is modern, clean, and well-organized, with a beachfront location offering spectacular sunsets. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and equipped with every comfort. The staff is exceptional: from reception to gardeners, housekeeping, chefs, waiters, and pool staff ? everyone is always smiling, helpful,...
We stayed at this hotel last year with our daughter we loved it so much that my husband and i went back this year and booked to go back next year for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, always kept immaculate with the shiniest floors i have ever seen. Food is amazing with so much choice. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are beautiful and also kept so...
We spent ten fantastic days at the Landmar Playa La Arena Hotel, and it was an absolutely exceptional stay! The hotel is truly wonderful – elegant, modern, with a stunning view of the ocean and the Los Gigantes cliffs. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished. The pool area is fantastic – plenty of sun loungers, excellent organization of aerobics, water sports, and other activities...
I had a wonderful stay at Landmar Playa La Arena. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options every day. I especially appreciated the friendly and attentive service in the restaurant. Damian at the buffet was incredibly helpful in guiding me through gluten-free choices, which made dining stress...
We had the great pleasure of staying at the Landmar Playa La Arena Hotel, and it was absolutely the best stay! 🌴The food was delicious – a huge selection and excellent taste. The hotel's decor is stunning – beautiful interiors filled with greenery create a unique atmosphere, and the evening showtime provided great entertainment. The entire facility is very well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The pools...
One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Rooms, staff, location and food were all great. I particularly liked the water dispensers all over the hotel, where we could fill our bottles, that we found in the room. The all-in offer was strong, with plenty of drinks and food to chose from all day. If you are wondering whether to take the Platinum or not like I was, we decided not to go for it and that...

I have stayed at a number of Barceló hotels and am never disappointed by the consistent standard, friendly staff, and variety of food. This hotel, however, will forever stand out for the spectacular location overlooking the Los Gigantes cliffs. The room was spacious and we paid the small extra fee for a room on the higher floors so the sea view over the pools was lovely. Definitely worth it! We booked...
The location and food are great. Plenty of choice for everyone. Rooms clean and large. The entertainment staff made the holiday! Not pushy, however fully engaged, made the classes fun, laughed a lot and the yoga classes really good. They supported the evening entertainment so well people joined in which was great. Manuel and Manu you led the team perfectly. No problems with sun beds or parasols loads...
A stay that couldn’t have been better! Huge thanks to all the hotel staff from kitchen to housekeeping for making sure everything was super comfortable for us. And an extra big shout-out to the amazing entertainment team: Manu, Chensie, Manuel, and Leonardo – for all the fun, the games, and the awesome energy that made our trip so much more enjoyable!
What a fantastic hotel. I am currently staying here on an all-inclusive package with Jet2. The food and entertainment is excellent. Staff couldn't be more helpful. The hotel is situated on a small headland that overlooks the ocean and the Los Gigantes cliffs. Lovely views especially in the evening; the island of La Gomera is visible on clear days. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. You will have...
Absolutely perfect stay! The rooms were clean and spacious and the view a-mazing! Food was plentiful and varied, even for my vegetarian and vegan friends. Facilities were immaculate and staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The all inclusive package is definitely worth it, highly recommend- I’ll be coming back for sure!
Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had a very pleasant stay at Barceló Santiago. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Having been in other accommodation previously in Gigantes I was unsure what to expect. However any concerns I may have had were wiped away from the moment I booked in. Excellent front line staff to catering and room service personnel. Room cleaned daily and good choice of food from the restaurant. I am glad I have already booked the same hotel in December 24.
Hotel was clean and tidy. Receptionist upon greeting were lovely and very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff were great and Ruben in entertainment was amazing. He had time for everyone and provided what he could within control. Dino the lifeguard well….. aggressive, slapping his hands to guests when angry, don’t like British female guest. Falls asleep on his chair likes to close the pool early. Leaves...
Last minute holiday booking. The hotel is well located for small shops, the beach (black volcanic sand) and restaurants. A very good, cheap, bus service was available at the bottom of the road. The hotel itself is very clean, simply presented with very polite and helpful staff. The bedrooms are simply decorated, with super comfy beds. Bed and bathroom linens were changed every other day. We absolutely love this hotel. Have been visiting 2 a yr for the last 16 yrs and have seen vast improvements. The staff right from management to cleaners are polite and friendly a great credit to Blue Sea Lagos de Cesar. The entertainment this last two visits was absolutely excellent, Dumi leaving will be a big loss to the hotel. It would be lovely to have drawer space in the rooms and air conditioning...
During my recent stay at BLUESEA Lagos de Cesar, I found the experience to be acceptable, though far from outstanding. The hotel met basic expectations, but there were several areas where improvements are clearly needed. Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory, but only just. The housekeeping staff seemed to do the bare minimum, with the rooms being cleaned enough to be presentable...
Reception staff on arrival was slow. Two local black sand beaches. Staff in bar and restaurant were very polite and friendly. Animation team consisted of one person and was very friendly, funny and great with the kids especially at mini disco. No sun bed reservation until 10am when the lifeguard opens the pool area. Only real bad but was no play inflatables allowed in the pool.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartments in a great location. Once we got used to the area found some really fabulous places to eat. Cannot understand the negative comments. We've just enjoyed a lovely week here and found nothing to moan about (other than seeing a couple of people putting six/seven towels on the sun beds one morning, which had no bearing on the hotel!) The apartment was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable and we were fortunate to have a balcony in the sun. The shower was constantly hot with great water pressure...
£40 a night is ok. Have seen prices at 100 and would be dissapointed. Very basic dated apartment, large comfy beds and spare bed full size. 32" tv with hdmi and only local channels. Local wifi no good for streaming but 4g good in area. No shelf space in bathroom. 1st floor pool side apartments have large private sun bathing area or top floor has private roof areas. Rooms are big, and very clean. Cleaners come in every day if you want them to.Outdoor swimming pool. You do have to pay for WiFi. No English channels on telly if you want to watch something late evenings. Don't go all inclusive they do not do food you have to go to the hotel over the round and the food is awful. 10 min walk to the beach and nice restaurants at the front.

The apartments are spacious and clean, although my son told me after we arrived home, he had 3 cockroaches in his room. Our room was spotless, including the fridge and kitchen area. I would perhaps say that reception could do the first booking with you on check in to make sure you know...
Our third visit in 3 years - the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained/cleaned. The staff are wonderfully polite and could not do enough to help (noting we travelled with our 4yr old and 1yr old baby). Perfect for young children who love a daily mini disco! My only negative was the choice and quality of the food at the buffet - it has gone significantly downhill since our last two visits. The...

Overall we had a lovely stay at the Bahia. We had a great week and would recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting again once it is refurbished and reopens! The hotel was good value for money and a decent all inclusive. Highlights: - Staff are brilliant, service is great and rooms are always made up well - Rooms are spacious and will be even better once modernised further - Pools and grounds...
In need of the refurb. Very tired. Think they have gave up and just waiting on it closing. Not terrible. Just ok. Nothing more. nothing less. Hotel offering free t shirts for 5 star reviews. Would prob be better to get honest reviews and look to improve on what people find inadequate. Price of hotel not worth what it offers. Pay more and visit Bahia fantasia. Much better experience. Or just get a cheaper...
Fantastic Stay – Already Planning to Return! We had an amazing few days at Bahia Principe Sunlight Costa Adeje. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome – friendly smiles, helpful advice, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was spotless, in a quiet area, and had a lovely view of mountains and sea. The food was excellent with plenty of choice each day, and everything...
Just got back from 5 days here! We are so happy we booked this place. We came for a mini honeymoon and were so impressed with the hotel. The cleanest place we have been, the food was fantastic and lots of variety, staff were incredibly friendly and made every effort to make sure the trip was enjoyable. We will 100% return with our children for a longer holiday, although not much around the hotel everything...
Cannot fault this hotel at all. We have been here 4 days now and everything and everyone is fantastic. The staff are amazing and the entertainment team work endlessly to ensure you have fun. There is always something to do. The complex is fantastic. My only problem is the location as it is not located near a main strip or outside bars and restaurants however we have used the bus stop at the top of...
Overall lovely grounds and great looking hotel I want to give a big shout out to our housekeeper Paulina, she was so lovely to us i wish I could give her more gratitude. I noticed she worked hard every day we were there, always had a smile on her face, greeted us and made us feel like we were at home. Gracias Paulina

Excellent 4 night break. Entertainment across the 2 sister hotels meant there was good variety. At the Sunlight Tenerife Omar was excellent and got people involved and was full of energy. Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje. We will be back.
Amazing hotel, food beautiful. Great restaurants. We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. We love the daytime darts. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant
Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.
We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻
Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry. The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list. Thanks to all the staff...

- Absolutely stunning venue. Really well maintained. The staff is amazing. The private pools as well as main pool are great. - The spa is beautiful and the beauticians are amazing (although some treatments lasted shorter than indicated which was disappointing, the management apologised) - The breakfast is ok, very repetitive and not huge (although the omelette is delicious!). We were also disappointed...
The property is absolutely stunning. I can’t emphasize this enough. As great as the property is the service is even better. When I mentioned we had a very early checkout and would miss breakfast on the last day, they prepared breakfast and brought it to the room for us to eat at 2:00, complete with flowers.
A perfect place for quality tourism. It’s not in the center or on the beach front. And that’s what makes this place stand out. Just on the other side of Golf club Adeje. So perfect for golf players. Lovely panoramic views to the mountains and Ocean.
Literally the best hotel/villa I've ever stayed in in my life! Came here on honeymoon and the staff can't do enough for you, the food is amazing and the location is perfect. Although there was some contraction happening right next to the hotel, to make up for the inconvenience they upgraded us to a bigger villa, and in all honesty it far from spoiled our stay. 100% will return again in future!
Absolutely fantastic, the villas are grand and luxurious, the service is outstanding, the infinity pool, sun beds, spa, private heated pool and attentive staff make Royal Garden Villas a perfect resort. We holidayed with 2 other families (with teenagers) in ‘Majestic’ villas early April - just wish we had more time! What you see in the pictures is exactly how it is and worth every penny. Thank you...
Everything has been amazing. Villas are nice and clean, staff is friendly and helping, food is very nice, breakfast is rich and tasty...little things like the evening bedroom make, constant coffee machine refill of capsules and the staff that makes everything possible to make your stay amazing are what makes this property stand out. You as a guest are not just a number, you are special and you are...

Amazing property Beautiful surrounding and gardens. Amazing staff. Would recommend. 5*
Relaxing hotel Amazing, calm and relaxing.
This could easily be the nicest hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. We stayed in their sister hotel, Royal Gardens, two years ago and were allowed to use the facilities here. Ever since then, I’ve wanted to come back and stay, and it didn’t disappoint. The whole ambience is the biggest selling point, so peaceful and green with incredible facilities. The river villas with swim up private pool...
Amazing hotel could do with 24hour room service for the final perfect touch
Royal River is a real treat. Beautiful villas and excellent service from all the staff. Very private. La Caleta is (steep) downhill walk to additional restaurants. Taxis are fairly easy to come by for your return if you don’t fancy the walk back (approx€5)
Beautiful location It's beautiful place but the only downfall is the evening Resturant food quality is poor

Visited this resort in Late January/February 2022 for 14 days. We were in a 2 bedroom villa but various others options are available. Some villas have jacuzzi included. Very clean rooms and surroundings; very friendly staff; our package was half board and the menu provided reasonable choice of food which was always well served. The resort is well maintained and on-site facilities are outstanding....
Great and roomy villas with all the ammenities you need and a great view. The pool is quiet and clean. Close to any relevant place in Tenerife, but you definetely need a car. The breakfast buffet is amazing, bud sadly the lunch/dinner facilities are bad. After a bad dinner, they offered us our dinner money back so that was a good solution. But this place would be outstanding if they invested some attention...
This hotel is absolutely stunning. We stayed here with a 1 year old and it was such a memorable happy holiday. We had the villa with a spa pool which is well worth the extra money. The staff are all so helpful and lovely. Always snacking and engaging with baby. Thank you Boycho at reception for your kindness too
Super friendly staff, breakfast was superb just like many others have commented. A lot of choice, even champagne. The villa with own pool was clean and beautiful. Own pool with warmed water. It's a short walk to the coast where you find multiple restaurants and about 2km to the nearest good beach. Definitely recommended.
Immaculately clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Nice breakfast. Very relaxing and not over crowded at all. Great dinner in the pool restaurant. A little bit expensive but the same price when you take into account the taxi fairs too and from town and food tasted superb with big portions.
Resort life with two-storey villas. The check took a while, don't know why, but maybe more documentation is needed due to Covid. Large one bedroom villa. Loved the view of the ocean from afar. The breakfast was really good and everything was in separate containers due to Covid. The pool was supposedly heated, but we still felt a bit cold. Everyone was friendly. First time I travelled alone for different reasons. One of them was , that I needed rest and peace. This hotel was for me like a little peaceful island. Just arrived back from a fantastic stay for the 2nd time. I simply can’t fault the hotel having now stayed in the suites and the adult hotel. Excellent hotel for the money you pay for it. You get even more than you would get anywhere else in Europe for the same price. All staff is really helpful and attentive. Overall hotel is very clean, quiet and its location is good. You will always find a free parking space nearby. Food is wonderfully tasty. We are going to this hotel already 3rd year in a row and we will definitely come back there again
Let us start well, the staff was kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is nice and in no time you are at a (quiet )beach. The hotel itself is clean but the rooms feel dated and could use an upgrade/ update. The food is not great ( large quantities kitchen), but don't expect a ( top) restaurant experience. I would recommend this hotel for those on a budget or those who just need a bunk to sleep
Rooms are clean. Sofa beds could do with an upgrade. They are OK for young children. But not suitable for an adult. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Food in restaurant plentiful. Its mainly local food. If you like beige food then the pool snack bar I'd open from 11am to 6pm serving, pizza, chips, hot dogs and chips. There are family restaurants in the area.
Really happy 5 night stay at this hotel. Its a 3 star hotel so my review is based on that and the excellent value for money. I booked directly and right from the first contact the staff were responsive and helpful. The hotel was very clean and welcoming, and we arrived from a late flight to a nice chilled supper in the fridge in our room. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant very much, there was a...
We had room with balcony facing the sea. The view is really nice, i think that are 200m to the sea. People were really nice and helpful. We had only breakfast included..it was buffet with a lot of options in my opinion and with good coffee. The only thing which wasn't as expected was the wifi which wasn't working for all 5 days we had there. The rest was quite nice.

Jonah was a great Guy hè was friendly and charming pleas give him a raise. De rest of the hotel was also great.
Fabulous holiday - cleanliness was impeccable - food was was amazing and staff couldn’t do enough to help
We recently stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel genuinely lives up to its 4-star rating — something that’s often claimed but not always delivered. The Good: • Buffet food was excellent — far better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced TUI-branded hotels. There was a wide range of options, freshly prepared dishes, and good quality overall...
Food was amazing and service was very attentive. I’m here with family and everyone was happily satisfied with it. Jonay was great and made the night a lot better.
Hotel looks fantastic from outside and would be really good except for a few things we experienced. Firstly the rooms look tired and outdated because they are. Photos attached prove that. Food is like warm and not very good at all. In fact really boring same every day. To show how bad food is check out the restaurant across the road. Each night it fills with residents of the hotel who realise how...
We like the H10 brand and stayed at various before and always walked past this one when staying at costa adeje, so we booked it as the pools always looked good. So the positives are the pools and some heated with great views of the sea. There is a rooftop pool but need to go privilege to use it. There is an adult only area and they do manage that with lots of people with young kids trying to access...

I did not like the tv remote.....did not work well and there were no instructions regarding the air conditioning. For example, when patio door was open the air conditioning was turned off.
Everything about this resort is fantastic. The employees were all super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect with beach access, but not too crowded. Classy for sure
Perfect hotel, perfect location. All staff are lovely; shout out to Joe at the pool bar! We loved our stay and are definitely coming back soon! Thank you Tivoli :)
The hotel is lovely, the decor was contemporary and the grounds were well maintained. The half board option was super for us and the food was really good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. We had a happy stay at The Tivoli.
This property is on the south side of the island. Warmer there. Very upscale community. Great shopping. Beautiful beaches.

Great Hotel, everything is spotlessly clean. food is of an high standard and tasty. Staff are polite and efficient. Two things , a bottle of water in the room on arrival would be nice for that first cup of tea/coffee, the other would be a ban on smoking in the entertainment area on a night.
Solo female traveller. Big hotel with 400+ rooms so restaurant gets very busy. Mostly couples, older demographic during my stay. If you are solo and this would be intimidating for you, maybe look for something smaller more intimate. The service was excellent, the facilities very nice. I missed fresh orange juice for breakfast and Serrano ham for dinner, for a 5-star hotel, it's a gem. But overall, it was very good. They have several thoughtful touches like chocolates, liqueur, and so on.
Great Hotel, will visit again hotel outdoors and employees were great, absolutely top service and friendliness, breakfast excellent, restaurants were at most mediocre , we tried all three available , food quality needs to be improved, menu choices too, all dishes are overloaded with ingredients to look fancy but one cannot taste the food anymore as it is a big mix of everything covering up the taste...
