We’ve just spent 10 days over Christmas and it was amazing. One of our favorite hotels in Tenerife. Restaurant and bar staff are amazing and all the staff seemed happy. The animation team were great also. Lots of effort was made to make Christmas Day special for everyone. Will definitely return.

The hotel is fantastic in many aspects: an amazing location, friendly staff, excellent facilities, great interior design, and very good food. However, there is one significant drawback that hampers the overall experience: the WiFi quality. In this day and age, it’s unacceptable to face constant network disconnections and extremely high latency, which makes basic video or even audio calls impossible...

This hotel has a lot going for it. Lovely food, attentive staff, great rooms. So many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. The entertainment staff are friendly but don't push you into things. There is plenty to keep you occupied or you can just sit and relax. If you want a busy resort then this isn't for you. The food lets the place down. Always cold and I had to warm my meals up in the microwave. The rooms were clean and well kept. I asked for a different glass for my gin and tonic at the Hello Bar but was told no as the drinks were far too strong to tolerate in a tumbler glass. They had a lot of activities for children which was great. The quality of the food wasn't very good, except the Xmas night which was excellent. Staff were mostly friendly beside one of them, David, which was quite aggressive. At the check-out when we wanted to share our experience with the front desk about that specific waiter, they didn't seem eager to hear the story.

Having been in other accommodation previously in Gigantes I was unsure what to expect. However any concerns I may have had were wiped away from the moment I booked in. Last minute holiday booking. The hotel is well located for small shops, the beach (black volcanic sand) and restaurants. A very good, cheap, bus service was available at the bottom of the road. During my recent stay at BLUESEA Lagos de Cesar, I found the experience to be acceptable, though far from outstanding. We have been visiting The Harbour Club in Los Gigantes for 27 years and love ❤ it. Fantastic views over the sea to La Gomera Island. The self catering, clean and serviced rooms, with private terrace and use of pool suit us. Only stayed the one night as our hotel had an emergency. Food excellent in the restaurants except the vending machine for sandwiches. Bathroom in our room did not have a handle on the inside? Wonderful hotel! Lovely & helpful staff! Some great entertainment. Clean rooms and lovely food - only criticism would be there's little vegetarian options on most nights - and some items are mis-labeled as vegetarian when it did have meat (often the soup). I was here in January for 1 week. The apartments were clean, comfortable, could do with aircon though, the fans were not helpful. Shower was very nice in apartment. Wear ear plugs if you are not deep sleeper though because of people with suitcases outside checking in and out. Noise above you in apartments too. Comfortable beds. Rooms are big, and very clean. Cleaners come in every day if you want them to.Outdoor swimming pool. You do have to pay for WiFi. No English channels on telly if you want to watch something late evenings. Don't go all inclusive they do not do food you have to go to the hotel over the round and the food is awful. 10 min walk to the beach and nice restaurants at the front.

Very nice hotel and service. A swimming pool is a good option for kids at afternoon after a trip or beach. Breakfast is good, but they could put little more attention on quality and reduce a variety if needed for a cost.

Very good price/offer ratio. The apartments are nice, and the view from the terrace is great. Very clean and nicely furnished. There's some noise from the bypassing traffic. The breakfast is great, with lots of options to choose from. The staff is very nice. A Hiper Dino supermarket is located within 100m.

This is reasonably priced and much better than I expected for the price. I will definitely go again. The only thing I thought could improve was the bath could be more nonslip. That's how good it was!
