I’m sorry…
We stayed in one of the more newly renovated flats, but, at check in the room wasn’t cleaned, sheaths in a bag. First thing we had to do was to go down to reception and ask for stuff “making the beds and clean”. Cleaning during our stay was “non existent”. Four people stayed in one, actually quite big apartment, but only got one key. The whole hotel area was…well… well worn. Even though the bathroom was renovated water didn’t drain down.
But I’m happy I was with family and enjoyed out stay anyway. Staff was nice and the children had a good time (we were 7 people in two flats).
But I have stayed at better 2 star hotel’s elsewhere.

Great food and big choice every day different food provided.
Location just great.
The rooms was good just the equipment was a bit old but for the price is good place to stay i will recommend

Excellent accommodation it's like a village with bungalows, very good for us as we both have doggie knees and can walk round the complex with ease. The swimming pools are very nice and we spent time swimming and the bar is close by. Close walking distance to the sea front and plenty of shops and restaurants to go to. If you are not able to walk far there is a mobility scooter hire in the reception. Would definitely come back as we have had a good restful holiday.

Just back from a great week at the Checkin Bungalows. The rooms (or at least our room) could be better but are adequate, we later found out we were in the last block to be updated. The thing that elevates Checkin Bungalows above a lot of the others is the STAFF, they were all fantastic, nothing was ever too much trouble and the entertainment was brilliant, from the evening entertainment to the games by the pool and there a 2 other pools if you want a quieter holiday. The only downside to this place is the steps, there is a lot of them, worth upgrading to a premium room or requesting a lower level when booking. We along with many others that were there will definitely come back here.

Where do I start?! The staff were amazing and are amazing, very helpful and friendly! The food was fantastic!
I think people need to remember that you are in Tenerife and the local language is Spanish, so make an effort to learn the lingo or be patient!
Yes our bungalow was a trek from reception but it was perfect for our stay and in my opinion much better then a hotel room.
I believe the resort is going to undertake renovations soon to improve what they already deliver.
I will definitely be bringing my family back here again as it is a great place with fantastic staff and is exactly what is needed when on holiday!
Please Google the local wildlife of Tenerife so their appearances will not surprise you, the only wildlife in our apartment was my family!

Nice little place e stayed few time just come back after 1week 1st week of Sept 2024.
Jessica as always is so nice helpful and professional Lucia another part time staff member is going to go far polite professional helpful .
Oscar the hotel manager is very accommodating and really nice rarely a problem when I've stayed out if there is and Oscar get wind. He sorts it swiftly and is always happy to help
.
2 men I reception are great but there's one lady who always seems a bit miserable and unhappy .
The food is good standard bit as much choice as other hotels but better quality compared to others of same rating .
The rooms clean basic but everything you expect and need . Location is perfect for anyone wanting to relax and chill out

Where do we begin. We stayed at Atlántida for a week and upon arrival we were greeted by a very rude woman. Upon arriving into the room, the place was not cleaned. We understood that we were getting a basic room but it was filthy. Ants had infested the bathroom and I had to complain numerous times to the staff. The ants were literally pouring out of a hole in the wall!!!! My partner is terrified of insects so that was an absolute disaster start! We asked to change rooms but got told if we moved our room, would have no air-con despite paying for a ‘superior’ room. The pool was filthy also with green scum around the edges. It is a health hazard for sure. Thankfully, the only saving grace was the beach was nearby and the location was good. It is nature but the amount of cockroaches around the hotel was crazy and I didn’t even see any outside of the hotel! I also had to ask to get the room cleaned two days in a row to be told they only clean it every three days…. Please sort this out.

Location was good but the rooms weren't as good.
Boiler tube outside the door in 37deg heat with no air conditioning was very very uncomfortable.
Hardly any utensils, sofa was very grubby which was covered by a sheet.
Cobwebs, pillows were very shabby, not the cleanest of apartments.
No wouldn't go back

Had one of the best experiences,the reception staff were very helpful. The cleanliness through out was great. (Remember your in summer months you are in a sub tropical climate) there will be some creepy crawlies. It would help if people didn't drop food around. That was one for the hotel. All in all I had a very good holiday at the bungalows so I booked for Jan 2025 while I was there. See you soon. Steve Evans.

Great location, most staff seem very friendly had trouble with reception handful of times but the majority of the staff are kind and friendly.
Great selection of pools and areas for sunbathing.
Food overall was a 3/5 the longer you stay the more repetitive it gets however the quality is definitely not bad just in my opinion it needs more variety.
We had a premium room with a large balcony overlooking the rest of the apartment complex . There was not much background noise however you can hear when someone new arrives the sound of suitcases on the tiled floor is the main sounds of the hotel which is not great but there's nothing they can do ofc just an observation. If your a light sleeper it's not great for you.
Had an amazing holiday but definitely think a tad overpriced for the not so premium room however loved the experience we had,thank you to the majority of the staff especially the bar manager (Gentleman in the black shirt).
