Oscar the hotel manager is very accommodating and really nice rarely a problem when I've stayed out if there is and Oscar get wind. He sorts it swiftly and is always happy to help
.
2 men I reception are great but there's one lady who always seems a bit miserable and unhappy .
The food is good standard bit as much choice as other hotels but better quality compared to others of same rating .
The rooms clean basic but everything you expect and need . Location is perfect for anyone wanting to relax and chill out
Thanks guys keep it up see you at Easter
Avoid this place if possible!! Management need to sort this out!
Boiler tube outside the door in 37deg heat with no air conditioning was very very uncomfortable.
Hardly any utensils, sofa was very grubby which was covered by a sheet.
Cobwebs, pillows were very shabby, not the cleanest of apartments.
No wouldn't go back
Great selection of pools and areas for sunbathing.
Food overall was a 3/5 the longer you stay the more repetitive it gets however the quality is definitely not bad just in my opinion it needs more variety.
We had a premium room with a large balcony overlooking the rest of the apartment complex . There was not much background noise however you can hear when someone new arrives the sound of suitcases on the tiled floor is the main sounds of the hotel which is not great but there's nothing they can do ofc just an observation. If your a light sleeper it's not great for you.
Had an amazing holiday but definitely think a tad overpriced for the not so premium room however loved the experience we had, thank you to the majority of the staff especially the bar manager (Gentleman in the black shirt).
We have just returned home early from a holiday here… upon arrival receptionist was lovely and room was ready early. Arrived to our room (120) and the bathroom had a small smell of sewage/drains. After a few hours this smell became worse and we could not go into the bathroom without gagging.
Went to reception to ask to move rooms ( as requested by on the beach holidays who we booked this holiday through) Receptionist stated we had to “prebook” a new room but would send a technician straight away to look at the bathroom.
We waited 2 hours, still nobody, went to reception and asked again, different reception who seemed to know nothing (like we hadn’t complained before/communication not completed between staff members), unable to use bathroom and public toilet door did not lock so did not feel comfortable using this.
Gentleman came to look at the bathroom, upon entering he also began gagging from the smell, he poured bleach into our toilet and left, this masked the smell for a few hours and then it came back!! Smell seemed to be coming from the sink drain and also the shower too.
We found staff to be extremely rude and as we were unable to move rooms we felt uncomfortable and unsafe. This tainted our whole holiday and therefore we decided to cut our losses and just fly home 3 days into our 7 day holiday, it was such a shame.
Other people seemed to have had good experiences but i have also spoke with many guests who have not! I also watched staff argue with another hotel guest as they were complaining about their room!!
Pros: great location and ideal to get to all the towns around too. Not noisy at night either. Drinks are good
Cons: Cockroaches were infested in our rooms. I know Tenerife is known for its cockroach’s but I have never seen so many in our bedroom and had to personally go out and get traps and spray to get ride of them all. Woke up one night with 5 of them crawling in our bed. I bought it up with the reception to see if we could move rooms and the hotel was not that busy. The receptionist response was ‘No, it is normal and just to keep the patio doors shut’ our doors were shut 99% of the time but there are cracks in all the windows and doors so they could still get it. As we were a young couple they did not want to listen. Also, we had to get our room looked at twice and the bathroom stunk of sewage and we could not even be in our room, the smell was so bad. Food was quite bad and never a variety. For the price I expected a bit better and I defiantly expected the cleanliness to be SO much better!
So disappointed won’t be returning but will defiantly be retuning to Tenerife thought
