A family member was ill and needed assistance with luggage and getting taxi to airport.The reception and staff were exceptionally helpful in this regard

We had a weeks stay in November 2021. Apartment is comfortable and quite spacious. Only gripe is that some apartments have steps up to them and an open balcony. Not great for children or elderly. The steps were dimly lit and lethal when wet and there wasn’t a hand rail provided.
In the apartment the furniture is nice and the bed is so comfortable. Flat screen TV is provided however only really BBC world news. Could do with an upgrade with the channels especially for rainy days.
Kitchen is well equipped with hob kettle toaster microwave and fridge. There’s a couple of supermarkets on the next street.
The dining room is not big enough for the amount of people accessing it. We were told a couple of times ‘you’ll have to wait’ which is fine but it could do with another area or some kind of booking system.
We were all inclusive and I wouldn’t do it again. The food is buffet style and not great in my opinion. They try to cater for different tastes but it ends up being a mish mash of sushi squid and pizza. It was sometimes a bit dried up and not always hot. Breakfast is better. I would return to the apartment complex but I would make use of the lovely restaurants around which serve great food at great prices with excellent service.
The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful and supported when the covid guidance changed half way through the holiday. Also the covid measures were firmly in place and we felt safe.
The pool area is lovely but there is no way that pool was heated as it said it would be. Also there are not enough sun beds for the number of people. We didn’t have many problems apart from the dreaded ‘sun bed reserving’. This is ‘not permitted’ except that it is because it happened every day and staff did nothing about it. I can imagine at busy times it could be a problem.
In terms of location the hotel is situated very well for the beach/shops/restaurants. It is centrally located but tucked away so remains quiet.
I would recommend but on a bed and breakfast basis.

So so, really bad that you have too wait for table when it's breakfast/lunch/dinner, too small restaurant for the hotel, some good service and some awful service.
