We stayed at Secrets Bahía Resort for our honeymoon and booked 10 nights- and I’m so glad we did! It actually took us a good three days just to find our way around the place because it’s so big.
Honestly, it’s hard to fault this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the whole place was spotless, and the amenities were fantastic.
We booked an ocean-view suite with breakfast included, and we were so happy with our choice. During our stay, I had two massages- one couples and one solo- and both were absolutely amazing. The spa facilities were also beautiful and super relaxing.
The hotel app was such a great touch! You can use the “Live Requests” feature to order room service, request fresh sheets, or sort out anything else you need. It made everything really easy and meant we didn’t have to bother anyone directly or wait around.
My favorite little detail, though, was the homemade cookies at reception every day. Such a simple thing, but they were delicious- we picked some up every single day!
Overall, we had an incredible experience and are already looking into staying at other Secrets Resorts around the world. We’d definitely come back here again!

Fantastic hotel, quality food. Very helpful, friendly staff giving great service. Great spa and indoor pool as well as good outdoor pools. Lovely beach location but half hour walk to centre of Corralejo with the music square. Taxis cheap though - under 5 euros back from centre at 11 pm.

This Moorish style resort was the second stop in our honeymoon after spending five hectic days in Paris.
After wearing ourselves out in the French capital, this resort was the perfect antidote to our travel fatigue — a haven from the hustle and bustle of city life where we could truly wind down.
The atmosphere here is completely calm and tranquil thanks in large part to its demographic - no kids, no teenagers, mostly seniors from Europe (Germany, Britain etc.) enjoying a peaceful retreat after retirement.
Also the level of hospitality here was exceptional. We were welcomed with glasses of Cava as we checked in and our porter Airam - a traditional Canarian name - gave us a delightful introduction to both the resort and Fuerteventura as he escorted us to our suite. Throughout our stay, every staff member greeted us with genuine smiles, which made the experience feel more personal and friendly.
Our suite's ocean-view balcony under the terracotta roof offered a stunning view of Isla de Lobos, which is just across from the resort. While the honeymoon breakfast delivered to our ocean-view balcony was disappointing (We were expecting a full breakfast, but received only bread and coffee) the resort’s many redeeming qualities more than made up for it.
Overall, Secrets Bahía Real is a perfect place to relax, recharge and savor the slow rhythm of island life.

Just returned from a wonderful 7 night stay at this hotel. The property and service of the staff cannot be faulted, the hotel deserves its 5 star rating.
The only downsides are that the beach is very rocky so it’s pretty difficult to go into the sea, however we found a beautiful sandy beach a 25 minute walk away from the hotel which we wish we had found earlier!
The food was tasty (we were half board) however the choice for vegetarians could’ve been more extensive, also we really fancied having pizza which they never had even on Italian night which was a shame.
The town of Corralejo is just a 5 minute taxi away (costing around €6), which has lots of shops, restaurants, bars and live music which is nice to go to in the evening.

Beautiful hotel, first class service, great food and a wide choice. Lovely area to relax with 2 pools emote sun loungers than guests. We were all inclusive on our booking and whilst some drinks weren’t included (though discounted) there was an excellent choice. On the road side there are 2 derelict developments but that’s beyond their control and the beach is lava rock but that’s typical of the Canaries. We had an upgrade from garden view junior suite to ocean view and it was beautiful to sit and watch the waves. The cleaning staff(often overlooked) did a fabulous job and the room and communal areas were immaculate and the gardens around the pool truly beautiful.
I love that the dress code was enforced as it makes it more special- if you want to wear lip flops shorts and sleeveless shirts then go to a 2 or 3 star hotel. The air con meant that even with proper shoes and long trousers I never felt uncomfortable and it’s nice to dress for dinner. The bookable restaurants were lovely and the Himansu Asian restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and the evening buffet was equally brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, always friendly always smiling and so helpful. Staff make the hotel and the staff here certainly did

Everything about this hotel is top tier, we booked a couples holiday and in our research before booking most sources regarded secrets as the best hotel on the island. For a super chilled sophisticated holiday we were extremely satisfied and would agree with all the positive reviews for Secrets.

Sorry for the late review, came for the 4th time at the beginning of July and was again amazing, staff remembered from past visits which makes you feel special and are so kind you do feel at home and as a single woman travelling makes you feel safe and not uncomfortable for being alone. Incredible service, hotel ❤️

Really nice hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We upgraded to preferred ( but not the room) Not worth the money at all, the preferred lounge is laughable 1 small plate of mixed pastries, coffee and water only available, no soft drinks or flavoured water or any other snacks, we paid an extra £500 , the only other extra you get is to sit in the preferred section on the dinning room ( just a small ropped off area, the extra you get is an eggs menu… . None of the bars have any other diet/light drink apart from Diet Coke, no flavoured water. No ice cream available apart from the dining room at evening meal, the beach bar had slush machines But they were never filled.. would of loved just a sandwich at lunch time but they were not on the menu apart from a club with very crispy bacon and turkey ( watch your teeth). The evening entertainment was Very poor . Outside there are only empty part build vandalised buildings, no close shops at least a 20 min walk away or 10 min taxi ride €5 each way. Two evenings we saw a bird in the dining room eating the cake ! Food was ok in the main buffet hall , but not a lot of English choice if you’re a bit of a picky eater. The WiFi in the room and around the hotel was abysmal and we couldn’t get bbc news channel 35 all week in our room no signal, did report it no reply. The room was nice 104 delux junior suit sea view huge bed , our maid was lovely, just a note about the room there was a step down in the middle of the room to get to the seating area and patio if you have mobility issues you may have a problem.

This was the fourth visit in 2 years we love it so much . It feels like home every time we arrive here. The hotel,staff and food are excellent and we can’t wait to go back again in September and March ! That says it all . 6 visits in under 3 years . As someone by the pool said you can visit anywhere in the world but why bother when you know what you’re going to get here is everything you’d want which is why we keep coming back .

This hotel is definitely 5 star, the staff are all attentive and the public areas are immaculate. The Pool area is lovely but maybe a little bit cramped but the beach is nice and plenty of beds. All the food we had was of a very high standard. We only went bed and breakfast but had 3 meals in one of the many restaurants. Also I thought for a 5 star hotel the drinks and food were at a very reasonable price (Cocktails starting at €9.50 and a big beer €4.50) It was only a 10 to 15 minute to the nearest restaurants and shops and another 10 to the main town centre. Would definitely recommended.
