One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in—truly a 5-star experience from start to finish! The resort delivers on every level, with top-notch amenities, elegant surroundings, and outstanding service.

The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety and quality in every meal. The spa was a real highlight—so relaxing and beautifully designed. And the views? Simply breathtaking. Being right on the water gave us picture-perfect scenery every day.

If you're looking for luxury, relaxation, and a truly memorable stay, this is the place. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Hotel was wonderful, would choose again. Staff in all areas of their work were absolutely wonderful. Brilliant service, cleanliness, quality, not one bad thing to say about anything. It wasn't the height of summer so it wasn't overly busy.

Hotel was lovely, very chilled vibes. Nice spacious rooms with a good sized balcony, comfortable sunloungers. Other amenities were good too gym and spa met our needs.
Perhaps caters slightly for the older generation (were early 40's) but we still enjoyed our stay.
Bit of a walk to get to the centre but we enjoyed being away from the hustle.

I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels but this hotel was the best ever. A beautifully designed building run by very polite attentive staff. Everybody from cleaners to pool staff, waiters/waitresses and front of house staff every request was greeted with a smile. Even the staffs interaction between themselves indicated they were happy in their work. It’s a place I would definitely return to. Outside the resort hotel the town centre is slightly less 5 star and in places a bit Benidorm the hotel makes up for it. The gardens were beautifully kept and the view from our room amazing.

We visiting this hotel in April 2025 for a 6 day all inclusive break. The hotel is beautiful and right on the beach. The views are stunning, wonderful pool area with super comfy sunbeds. One thing that we absolutely loved about this hotel was the food, it really was mouth wateringly delicious. As part of our experience we got 2 hours access to the hotel spa daily which was a lovely touch as the spa is great, big warm indoor pool, steam room sauna and ice provided to close your pores after sweating all the impurities out in the sauna and steam room. The private beach area was wonderful and you could get drinks down there as part of the all inclusive package which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed sugar reef which is a lovely sun trap with its own pier where you could swim in the sea if you wanted. The evening entertainment was not to our taste as was really chilled and personally we enjoy a little more upbeat, if you do just want to chill and enjoy some acoustic guitar or violin then this is definitely for you. Unfortunately we did spot the bar staff on more than one occasion serving us locally branded spirits rather than the international branded ones that we asked for, we raised this more than once and was left feeling like they may have felt they could just get away with it and we wouldn't notice. Overall we had a wonderful break the hotel really is beautiful and the food amazing!! unfortunately though due to the issues with the bar service we would think about maybe somewhere different next time.

Third visit to hotel - as usual a lovely stay. Disappointed the rooms have changed and a junior suit is now smaller and we were down near the spa where you don’t get any sun on your balcony. If you want sun ask for middle of hotel. Food, drink and staff were great. We enjoyed our walks every day along the coast and had a quiet relaxing time a great place to unwind.

Lovely room in a nice hotel. What I liked was a great view of the valcanic beach from the balcony in our room. Beds incredibly comfortable and lovely bathroom products. Breakfast was delicious and pleanty of choice. We were B&B thankfully, so every evening we walked the 25minutes into the old town along the beach from our hotel and had a lovely meal somewhere different.

Residents of this hotel were mostly 60yrs + which suited us well, and we didn't see much going on in the way of entertainment when we returned every evening, so we were very glad we dined out every day. The one meal we did have in the hotel we found incredibly expensive and not particularly good.

The pool has lovely sunbeds scattered around, but the pool needs attending by someone, as sadly, lots of guests would choose to just leave their sunbeds with their used towels on it so you would feel awkward removing them if you needed the bed! They were in demand in the afternoon and I think you need to ask patrons to return their used towels when they were finished - like most people do surely??

The beach is somewhat claustrophobic but pleasant enough, although you cannot swim in the sea unless you want to risk your life!! It's incredibly rough and the rocks to get to the sea make it impossible.

They charge 30Euro for 4 hours if you want to use the Bali beds in the glass conservatory along the beach. We never saw anyone in them - a ridiculous cost to the guests.

Well designed and maintained adults-only resort in excellent location, with plenty of facilities (pools, beach, spa, restaurants and bars). Great, spacious rooms - we were in Oceanfront view with nice terrace, quite sheltered from the wind and sunny in the morning. Excellent, professional and attentive staff.

Wow, despite reading mixed reviews I have nothing but good things to say about this resort. I am currently staying here with a friend to celebrate my wedding, and have had the most amazing time. The weather has been fabulous, and the hotel is well worth the 5 star rating. I want to give a special mention to Chritsina on reception, she has been so helpful and friendly. Also to Christian for his cocktail making skills, as well as Christian and Omar for their attentive customer service. Their efforts have made this an especially wonderful holiday. The food has been some of the best I've ever experienced, and such a great choice. The attention to hygiene e and cleanliness is outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and will definitely be returning! Thank you all for making the whole trip so special, the hotel is lucky to have such friendly hard working staff on their team!

Our 2nd time at this beautiful hotel - it is such a lovely adult-only escape! The rooms and facilities are fantastic with the benefit of being right on the beach, yet close enough to town to be able to walk in when you want to. The pools (inside and out - one of which is heated) are excellent and clean. The heated outside cool wasn't warm but once you were in it was fine to breathe! The inside pool is beautiful and such a benefit. The buffet restaurant is fantastic - the choices are always excellent, with so many choices. For me, I love the huge range of nuts and seeds with choices of yoghurt etc., with lovely breads and eggs made to order. The seaside grill (between the beach and the pool) is fab for lunches, with salads and full meals available and cocktails, and the staff also bring drinks and nibbles direct to your sunbed if you wish! For evening, you can return to the buffet restaurant for a fabulous range of dishes, loads of Hors D'oeuvre's, meats and fish you can choose from that they will cook immediately for you, different roast and dishes, and so many gorgeous cheeses (my husbands favourite!), and desserts. Thankfully the swimming and the gym helps to counteract the plentiful and delicious food! The gym is well equipped with modern equipment and plenty of room and we have never found it too difficult to find space, plus the benefit of the bikes, treadmills and cross trainers having a direct view of the beach and sea! Would definitely recommend and would happily return.
