I am here at the moment, the hotel is nice and clean, lovely location next to the beach. The rooms are nice. The main problem is everyone gets up early to save sun beds and don’t come back to them until about midday so people are walking around trying to sit somewhere but can’t as all sun beds have towels on but no one actually sitting there. Hotel needs to do more to police this as it’s not fair....

Just returned from a relaxing holiday at this hotel and it was relaxing. There was no sunbed wars. We didn't use the main pool but the one at the back which was quiet but you have a bar there to get drinks, rolls, cake etc but plenty of sunbeds no matter what time. Excellent hotel great position next to beach good food very nice staff. Just lovely place been going for many years. Would love to return but continued restrictions and very poor travel experiences particularly in Manchester Airport ensure no one would want to go through this hassle for a holiday, just hope things improve in future

What can I say ,not a bad word to say about the hotel. The room was big had separate lounge area and clean ,staff couldn't do enough for you. Plenty pool loungers ,the beach was a stone throw away. Didn't like apt on ground level ,always got a smell in apt like damp or drains ,to much of inclined not suitable for any one with mobility issues wouldn't return

Not sure where to start, check in to the hotel was rather annoying as we got there at 12 and had to wait a further 3 hours until we had a room although the person who we dealt with on reception had no sympathy at all, I would have expected him to say come back at 2 as we may have a room....nothing like this. The hotel is not new but is quite good and the staff is very helpful and nice. The food is great and they have staff entertaining the guests during the day and at night they have shows. The hotel also has direct access to the beach and to a sidewalk were you can safely walk during the day and night.

Currently staying at Las Costas and have been very impressed. Cannot fault this place at all. Would say it's the best place I've stayed in Lanzarote and I've visited the island 7 times. An added bonus having a heated pool, sauna and activities on offer. All staff have been friendly amd efficient.

Had a lovely chilled week here. Great pool, gym and nicely laid out grounds. The staff are exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much bother. The breakfast is very good. Just got back. Pretty good for the peaceful type vacation. Unfortunately, I'd left a pair of new training shoes in room. I asked reception if I could go back and see, (As we had a late flight. We were there up until 7pm). However, it was cleaned and, lo and behold, no shoes. A mixture of blame to me (for leaving them). But, I don't understand why the cleaner didn't hand them in. 🤷🏻

As a solo traveler I had one of my best holidays ever at Casas Heddy. This serene place offered everything I needed. Delicious food, great activities, lovely staff and it was easy to connect with the other guests. I loved to explore Lanzarote from this resort that felt like home. We’ve been here for 6 nights b&b, can’t fault the hotel at all. The drinks are so cheap, plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. This was my 6th visit to lanzarote village hotel and this was the worst visit I was here for 2 weeks half board sea view room in febuary I always pay upgrade for full sea view and on checking in was given room way back from the sea looked onto riu tennis courts with sea to the side not frontal sea view no sun total dungeon room room changed to the main building almost in the corner no privacy...

Our stay was amazing! The villas are big and spacious. We loved the outdoor heated pool! If you have a rent a car, you can reach from there everything very easy. We saw some bus stops nearby there too, so public transport should not be a problem. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good!

Loved this place, we had a villa with private pool and it was wonderful! The staff I saw were friendly too. My only issue is that the faux cobbles on the walk to breakfast aren't great to walk on with a crutch but I appreciate I was a rarity.

Beautiful luxurious villa, lovely relaxing hamam and garden, professional masseuse and nice breakfast. With the villa comes a Samsung tablet with tourist - and facility information, navigation and wifi all over the island (hotspot on tablet).

Clean and well presented complex of villas and the breakfast was fantastic, some of the villas looking a little bit tired and in needing updating and missing a golden opportunity by not having a bar near the pool.

This is a great spot to explore Puerto del Carmen. The Montana Club is very clean and from the early hours, a team of cleaners get to work to make the place spotless. Our newly renovated suite was great, just the perfect size for the two of us and it was comfortable with all the necessary facilities. Wifi was very reliable, though the TV signal did drop regularly, but then again, we didn't visit Lanzarote...

Just came back from a 10 night holiday @ Montana Club. Everything was perfect, the location, rooms, staff, pool - everything was just perfect! The walk down to the strip is about a 5 minute walk. There’s a spar shop which is open early - just outside the hotel. No sunbed wars & the kitchen staff are lovely. Didn’t eat here as always eaten out but the food looked delicious, is a little bit pricey but...

Nice friendly hotel , close to all bars and restaurants. Stayed in one of the older rooms, but they are fine. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, induction hob. Free AC. Wifi good. Only issue really was the beds are a bit firm.

First timers to this particular club. Really enjoyed the place. The 'regulars' have been coming here for 20+ years so that tells you something. Very good banter with Chris the bar manager and with the regulars around the pool. Great central location and only 5 minutes to the front where you are spoiled for choice for bars and restaurants. Wish we'd booked 2 weeks!

If you're looking for a little tranquility in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, Diamond Club Maritima could well provide a solution. It is a close knit but well presented unit of apartments with sunny communal pool area. The facilities are good as is the food served in the bar at lunchtime and evening. Very easy to miss but very hard to forget.

Never stayed there, but friends do and they are very pleased with it. Smaller than many timeshare complexes, but that is what they like, see familiar faces each year

An absolute gem An absolute beautiful holiday everything was perfect from the staff who were all so helpful and polite to the facilities which were fabulous and the food was unbelievable for an all inclusive such an array and different theme nights a real 5 star experience

I loved everything about the whole complex. The food was excellent with a wide range of choices. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful. My room was perfect in every way and the complex itself was always spotlessly clean and the pools were at a lovely temperature. Lovely property, did the all inclusive and there was loads of choice with things changing each day. Adult pool and areas were great to avoid kids but even the bits they could go in weren’t too bad. It was my birthday while there and got back to the room on the day to find a voucher for a free bottle of sparkling wine which was a nice touch. Will probably look to stay there again if I come back to Lanzarote

Lanza hotty hotel Fantastic interior and exterior. Facilities superb. Location is amazing. Variety of food, seating areas, bars, pools, activities, terrific. Breakfast available from 6 til 10.30 and dinner over a 3 hour schedule to suit all plans.

You can catch a lot of shells along the beach, the kids love it!

Our second stay at this property and despite it being just before a refurbishment this time, it was a lovely experience with plenty to do for the kids, easy to access other parts of the island and courteous staff that made it easy to holiday there as a single parent. What can I say! I was well and truly looked after. The service was 10/10. My light was out on my balcony it was sorted straight away. Anything I asked for in addition to my stay, again was dealt with promptly. The staff...the friendliest I've ever experienced. It was my birthday and they all made a big deal :) The food plenty of choice and absolutely everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection...

Nice setting close to airport. Four star buffet with few options for vegans and slightly better for vegetarians. Rooms now dated and ripe for refurbishment - many communal spaces (bar, restaurant, show bar, pools) already updated and look great. Perfect location. Great hotel, love the fact that you can be in your room within half hour of the plane touching down. The food is great, plenty of selection, great drinks and lovely staff.

This was our 3rd visit. Nice and relaxing, though lots of people, there is plenty of room in the restaurant and beds by the pool, the pool is never to crowded.

One of the finest App. Hotels of Puerto del Carmen. Near the beach, near a diversion of restaurants and supermarkets. Higly appreciated by tourists of several countrys. The rooms are standard, but the services are good and personal is very friendly. The swimmingpool is nice, but they should remove towels from guests who reservate beds around it. The restaurant serves bufet in several styles and themes...

Nice clean no frills apartment hotel complex. German French Dutch British. Food basic all inclusive style usual stuff. Good booze in the bar branded soft drinks and a decent local beer. Entertainment could be better seems to stop 1030 but bar open till 12. Kids enjoyed it and loved the pool.

Had three great holidays here. Nice apartments in small blocks. Great food nightly entertainment. On bus route right outside hotel. Nice beach front. Lovely town to visit just a short walk along the prom. Good kids club. Nice walks around hotel
