Enjoyed a really relaxing and memorable stay at the end of June. Really impressed by the staff throughout the hotel from the moment we arrived till we left a week later. I am here at the moment, the hotel is nice and clean, lovely location next to the beach. The rooms are nice. The main problem is everyone gets up early to save sun beds and don’t come back to them until about midday so people are walking around trying to sit somewhere but can’t as all sun beds have towels on but no one actually sitting there. Hotel needs to do more to police this as it’s not fair....

Nice resort right on the beach with lovely sea views. Lots of sunbeds around the 2 large pools. Food is sometimes a bit repetitive but still good standard. Reception staff very helpful.

The hotel is in a good location for the beach and nearby bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotels policy in relation to the amount charged for the use of the in room safety deposit box is disappointing, they know you need one to keep passport and valuables safe and yet charge you €4 a day which reflects poorly on the hotel when it is for the safety of guests belongings...

The rooms are very clean but quite basic decor. Location of the hotel is ok, very close to the beach and a few shops and resturants but in general it is quite far away from the bigger town. Lanzarote is a favourite for us but it was the first time at the vik San Antonio and it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect within walking distance to puerto del carmen . Shops and restaurants close by. We stayed half board and found this to be good for us , we had no problem in the restaurant at either breakfast or dinner we always found something to eat . This is a fantastic hotel, like an oasis in the middle of very busy Puerto del Carmen. All of the staff are so very trained and nothing seems too much trouble. If you request anything they try and accommodate as quickly as possible.

A truly excellent hotel. Our room was in excellent condition almost as if new. Spacious, with a comfortable super king bed. The only oddity was the sink being located outside the bathroom, but that just took a little getting use to. Came for our second visit. This time we weren't in the hotel, but one of the apartments. Everywhere is kept clean, pools are good size. Rooms are dated and could do with more plug sockets. Would have been much better with aircon but I rented a unit which was definitely needed. Great location at the start of the strip. Had a great stay. Good quality food and drinks. We had a fantastic family holiday at Relaxia Olivina. It had everything we needed, the staff were all excellent and kept the place clean at all times. Honest review I very nearly changed hotels on the build up to our holiday due to some of the reviews. I am so glad i did not. We were a big family of 10. The hotel is situated on the beach front which was better for us. There was no shortage of help from reception and our room was very spacious. The pool area is cleaned every morning.

Not sure where to start, check in to the hotel was rather annoying as we got there at 12 and had to wait a further 3 hours until we had a room although the person who we dealt with on reception had no sympathy at all, I would have expected him to say come back at 2 as we may have a room....nothing like this. I am not surprised by this as some days our room was not cleaned at 3pm and a couple of days...

The hotel is not new but is quite good and the staff is very helpful and nice. The food is great and they have staff entertaining the guests during the day and at night they have shows. The hotel also has direct access to the beach and to a sidewalk were you can safely walk during the day and night.

Fabulous hotel. Less than a 10 minute taxi from the airport (€20) and a 5 minute taxi towards the old town (€5). Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily.. we had a sea view which was lovely to wake up to each morning. Breakfast had a great selection.. gets busy from 9.30 onwards. We also had lunch most days in the hotel too which had a great variety to chose from. Fabulous pool area with plenty of sun...

Great value for money. Good food, smaller hotel, the building is in a very good condition. Directly located next to the beach. Best hotel food in the last ten years. Extraordinary salads. Good soups. Almost every day grilled beef like entrecote. Good grilled salmon. Nice personal and live cooking. Only the croissants didn't taste good. No small boxes of ketchup or soap. Currently staying at Las Costas and have been very impressed. Cannot fault this place at all. Would say it's the best place I've stayed in Lanzarote and I've visited the island 7 times. An added bonus having a heated pool, sauna and activities on offer. All staff have been friendly amd efficient.

We’ve been here for 6 nights b&b, can’t fault the hotel at all. The drinks are so cheap, plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I was worried after reading some reviews prior to coming but I didn’t need to worry. They even left a gift in the room for my boyfriend’s birthday. It’s been a great holiday, thank you.

We had a great week in Lanzarote last week. This hotel was just right for what we needed. It is very clean and tidy. The room was a good size. Didn't like apt on ground level ,always got a smell in apt like damp or drains ,to much of inclined not suitable for any one with mobility issues wouldn't return

First time here, arrived late. They had some bags of food for us. ( nice touch). Rooms great, had 2 studios loads of space, tea and coffee, flat screen TV. Hotel is 5- 10 min walk from everything, ignore "heart attack" hill, says more about the bone idle. Been impressed with this place. Food is very good.

We have just come home from the most amazing holiday here! We were greeted warmly by Sara who’s name badge i made sure to remember as she was so lovely and made whole experience amazing! It's a very nice hotel. Very friendly/helpful staff and extremely clean. Two large pools and a kiddies pool. Lifeguards on duty from morning to 5.30pm. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Bed sheets changed twice a week, and beds made every day. We were there in the 1st two weeks of June '24, and the restaurant was under reconstruction. It is adjacent to the main pool. The noise was unreal, and continued...

Had a lovely chilled week here. Great pool, gym and nicely laid out grounds. The staff are exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much bother. The breakfast is very good. The quality of food is very good. We were bed and breakfast but did eat in the evening a couple of times. Very relaxing place away from the noise and busy strip.

Lovely peaceful place today, ideal you want to unwind, relax and reflect. It’s quite basic but that’s the beauty. Great selection at brekkie the dinner menu you is measured to ensure health and vitality it’s all about the good nutrition. The team here are all lovely and not in your face. Towels are changed every other day.

Just got back. Pretty good for the peaceful type vacation. Unfortunately, I'd left a pair of new training shoes in room. I asked reception if I could go back and see, (As we had a late flight. We were there up until 7pm). However, it was cleaned and, lo and behold, no shoes. A mixture of blame to me (for leaving them). But, I don't understand why the cleaner didn't hand them in. 🤷🏻

A lovely, peaceful stay was had here. Not too overcrowded and nice and clean. The breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel, and the staff friendly and attentive. The pool is clean and quiet, and some entertainment was laid on for the guests too. No rushes to get a sunbed and no screaming children. Lovely relaxing site. Rooms comfortable. Staff very polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast 1st day slightly disapointing as had to wait for buffet to be replenished. Went early to breakfast every other morning and service much better pool area excellent, well equipped for everyone, wheelchair access too. Will certainly stay here again.

As a solo traveler I had one of my best holidays ever at Casas Heddy. This serene place offered everything I needed. Delicious food, great activities, lovely staff and it was easy to connect with the other guests. I loved to explore Lanzarote from this resort that felt like home. I extended my stay and will definitely come back.

Our stay was amazing! The villas are big and spacious. We loved the outdoor heated pool! If you have a rent a car, you can reach from there everything very easy. We saw some bus stops nearby there too, so public transport should not be a problem. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good!

Loved this place, we had a villa with private pool and it was wonderful! The staff I saw were friendly too. My only issue is that the faux cobbles on the walk to breakfast aren't great to walk on with a crutch but I appreciate I was a rarity.

Beautiful luxurious villa, lovely relaxing hamam and garden, professional masseuse and nice breakfast. With the villa comes a Samsung tablet with tourist - and facility information, navigation and wifi all over the island (hotspot on tablet).

Clean and well presented complex of villas and the breakfast was fantastic, some of the villas looking a little bit tired and in needing updating and missing a golden opportunity by not having a bar near the pool.

Booked here again for 2025 and again the staff were just brilliant very friendly and accommodating hotel itself was always spotless clean and the food was very tasty with excellent portions size and there was happy hour every day 5-6 . As always another amazing stay at Montana Club.Have been coming since 2017 at least twice a year and cant fault anything.The Reception staff are Friendly Bar staff cant do enough for you and the Housekeeping and maintenence Staff work hard to keep everywhere clean and well maintained.The place looks Great since refurbishment Hopefully with prices rising wont price the regulars out.We are booked again...

Excellent apts and location 5 to 10 min walk to bars and restaraunts. Staff always pleasant rooms large and very clean. The only fault i found was no toilets in bar or around the pools you have to go to your room which is not best but can be put up with.

The second time staying here but this time the complex has had a big refurb. Rooms... They are excellent with newly fitted kitchens and bathrooms. The other nice touch is the added usb connectors in the plug sockets taking the hassle out of packing loads of plug adapters. Property was as described online. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort is small and quiet which suited us as we hire a car and venture out if we want to see more of the island. We did receive a room upgrade as suggested on the booking which was excellent. Views from most rooms are stunning, and our room was well appointed and comfortable. Fantastic boutique hotel with a total of 6 rooms. Intimate, cozy, and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Pool is a bit cold in January, but warm enough to dip legs in while sunbathing.

Close to main strip but in a quiet location. Small, friendly, nice pool area with good bar for meals. Apartments are nice modern kitchen and bathrooms, lounge and bedrooms are a bit dated. Very clean with all you need. Have just returned to Diamond Club Maritima. Bedroom and lounge have been updated. Spotlessly clean as usual. Paige on reception has been so helpful before we arrived and it was lovely...

First timers to this particular club. Really enjoyed the place. The 'regulars' have been coming here for 20+ years so that tells you something. Very good banter with Chris the bar manager and with the regulars around the pool. Great central location and only 5 minutes to the front where you are spoiled for choice for bars and restaurants. Wish we'd booked 2 weeks!

If you're looking for a little tranquility in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, Diamond Club Maritima could well provide a solution. It is a close knit but well presented unit of apartments with sunny communal pool area. The facilities are good as is the food served in the bar at lunchtime and evening. Very easy to miss but very hard to forget.

Never stayed there, but friends do and they are very pleased with it. Smaller than many timeshare complexes, but that is what they like, see familiar faces each year

This was our 3rd visit. Nice and relaxing, though lots of people, there is plenty of room in the restaurant and beds by the pool, the pool is never to crowded.

Nice clean no frills apartment hotel complex. German French Dutch British. Food basic all inclusive style usual stuff. Good booze in the bar branded soft drinks and a decent local beer. Entertainment could be better seems to stop 1030 but bar open till 12. Kids enjoyed it and loved the pool.

Loved our time spent here at Aqua Suites 💕 from the first moment we felt so welcome. The staff are amazing and the complex is spotless. Special mention to Mandy .... a true gem and the chef who was so kind to prepare food for me, (gluten intolerance) nothing was a bother. Thank you all!!

I stayed here in 2019 and it was amazing! Very welcoming staff, the hotel was spotless, and had lots to do like playing pool for 2 euros and 3 swimming pools. It was also nearby to the high street so you could buy anything you need and was also near the beach.

From the second we entered reception and met Geraldine the manager and Virginia on reception we coul not fault this hotel. Friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. The whole hotel was spotless. The room especially the humongous bed was to die for. Plenty of sunbeds around all three pools. A family member was ill and needed assistance with luggage and getting taxi to airport.The reception and staff were exceptionally helpful in this regard

We had a weeks stay in November 2021. Apartment is comfortable and quite spacious. Only gripe is that some apartments have steps up to them and an open balcony. Not great for children or elderly. The steps were dimly lit and lethal when wet and there wasn’t a hand rail provided. In the apartment the furniture is nice and the bed is so comfortable. Flat screen TV is provided however only really BBC...

So so, really bad that you have too wait for table when it's breakfast/lunch/dinner, too small restaurant for the hotel, some good service and some awful service.

Loved it. It's really well situated and very clean and the hotel staff bend over backwards to please.

overall a pretty good hotel. did self catering which was worth it upon looking at other reviews about the food. the spar shop is literally a 2 minute walk opposite and sells pasta, sauces etc to make in the room. we had a jumbo double room so that included a hob and microwave which made it easy to make food. taxis are around €4-€5 into the busy “*****” which has loads of bars and restaurants. honourable...

Just returned from staying here this week. What a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities we required for a self-catering stay. Towels were refreshed regularly, and the beds were made for us. A cleaner came in a tidied up, which was lovely. Gets some bad rap for being outdated. I can see where that comes from BUT I couldn’t fault it for a 3 star. Paintwork flaking in parts and furniture outdated but perfectly functional. We stayed in Block B, had a huge 2 bed apartment with large balcony and sun terrace above both of which had furniture, table and 4 chairs plus 2 sun-loungers and a clothes horse for drying your clothes, bring clothes...

Stayed 8 nights, solo female traveller, I emailed the hotel to ask for a ground floor apartment due to walking issues...when I arrived late in the evening, a lovely man on reception honoured my request and showed me to my apartment behind reception close to pool and spar supermarket....I had read bad reviews...but I was pleasantly surprised...large apartment with great walk in shower...plenty of hot...

Basic room facilities but kept very clean. Lovely helpful staff and the setting is handy for local restaurant's and bus/taxi stops. View from our balcony to the sea was good too. It was a shame that the poolside snack bar shut so early and did not open daily. Enjoyed the peace of the area and the ease of the walks around it.
