Great Hotel right on the beach. We liked the more quiet area very much. Not too crowed and still enough cafés and shops nearby. The massages in the spa (Body Care) were amazing. The food was just worldclass and the staff always helpful and frindely. We plan to come again.

The hotel is very nice and very clean, except for the pool terrace in the mornings, as it's always full of water. Unfortunately, the pool water is very cold, and I hardly got to swim during my entire vacation. The bar and restaurant staff are very friendly. A special thanks to Erika, who made our vacation even better. We'll be back next year!

Enjoyed a really relaxing and memorable stay at the end of June. Really impressed by the staff throughout the hotel from the moment we arrived till we left a week later. Highlighted a small issue with a light fixture in our room and it was dealt with the following morning without any fuss. Stayed B&B and really enjoyed the choices available. We went here in 2023 and it was by far the best hotel we have been to, ever! at the time I had a couple of niggles but they were totally petty things compared to the overall holiday experience I've got to say the hotel and food was beautiful the service, excellent and the location is perfect, and I'm would return in a heartbeat. I am here at the moment, the hotel is nice and clean, lovely location next to the beach. The rooms are nice. The main problem is everyone gets up early to save sun beds and don’t come back to them until about midday so people are walking around trying to sit somewhere but can’t as all sun beds have towels on but no one actually sitting there. Hotel needs to do more to police this as it’s not fair....

The hotels policy in relation to the amount charged for the use of the in room safety deposit box is disappointing, they know you need one to keep passport and valuables safe and yet charge you €4 a day which reflects poorly on the hotel when it is for the safety of guests belongings...

Lanzarote is a favourite for us but it was the first time at the vik San Antonio and it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect within walking distance to puerto del carmen . Shops and restaurants close by. We stayed half board and found this to be good for us , we had no problem in the restaurant at either breakfast or dinner we always found something to eat . Came for our second visit. This time we weren't in the hotel, but one of the apartments. Everywhere is kept clean, pools are good size. Rooms are dated and could do with more plug sockets. We had a fantastic family holiday at Relaxia Olivina. It had everything we needed, the staff were all excellent and kept the place clean at all times. Honest review I very nearly changed hotels on the build up to our holiday due to some of the reviews. I am so glad i did not. We were a big family of 10. This is a fantastic hotel, like an oasis in the middle of very busy Puerto del Carmen. All of the staff are so very trained and nothing seems too much trouble. If you request anything they try and accommodate as quickly as possible.

A truly excellent hotel. Our room was in excellent condition almost as if new. Spacious, with a comfortable super king bed. The only oddity was the sink being located outside the bathroom, but that just took a little getting use to. Not sure where to start, check in to the hotel was rather annoying as we got there at 12 and had to wait a further 3 hours until we had a room although the person who we dealt with on reception had no sympathy at all, I would have expected him to say come back at 2 as we may have a room....nothing like this. The hotel is not new but is quite good and the staff is very helpful and nice. The food is great and they have staff entertaining the guests during the day and at night they have shows. The hotel also has direct access to the beach and to a sidewalk were you can safely walk during the day and night.

I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. I cannot for the life of me work out why it is only 3 star. The staff were wonderful, helpful and happy. The place was immaculate and the location was perfect. I saved for a long time for this holiday and my daughters and I had the most perfect time. I would recommend Hotel Floresta to anyone. Staff are lovely. We arrived late evening after the restaurant had closed. They had plated up some cold meats cheeses fruit and bread for us to have once we were settled in our rooms. Pool is lovely but I must say it is full of salt water. Rooms are spacious and clean.

A lovely tranquil location just a 15minute walk downhill to the Old Town (takes a bit longer back uphill). Fabulous hotel. Less than a 10 minute taxi from the airport (€20) and a 5 minute taxi towards the old town (€5). Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily.. we had a sea view which was lovely to wake up to each morning. Breakfast had a great selection.. gets busy from 9.30 onwards. Amazing holiday was there with husband for 11 days, was his first time there and he loved it I was there in June with my daughter and loved everything about the place. Just back from our second visit this year and a special one as it was our 30th wedding anniversary . Can’t complain about anything. Rooms spotless, cleaned everyday, pool area great and no issues with beds. Special mention to the dedicated breakfast staff. Worked really hard every day and nothing was too much bother. We had a weeks stay in November 2021. Apartment is comfortable and quite spacious. Only gripe is that some apartments have steps up to them and an open balcony. Not great for children or elderly. The steps were dimly lit and lethal when wet and there wasn’t a hand rail provided. In the apartment the furniture is nice and the bed is so comfortable. So so, really bad that you have too wait for table when it's breakfast/lunch/dinner, too small restaurant for the hotel, some good service and some awful service.

Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. A great base for spending your holiday in Lanzarote, just minutes walk from a great selection of restaurants and bars in the old town and along the harbour, you also have the option to dine in the Belleview as all inclusive or pay as you dine on a casual basis. Staff were very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

Perfect stay We were only there for 2 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment, but everything was excellent. The apartments are very modern and clean.

The full resort was spotless with everything you need to enjoy a sunshine holiday. Every staff member is pleasant and really go the extra mile. Would highly recommend Club Del Carmen to everyone whether thats couples, families or the elderly. Loved the place.

Property was as described online. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort is small and quiet which suited us as we hire a car and venture out if we want to see more of the island. Disappointing not as expected best restaurants often closed with limited covers. charges for any brand quality drinks even charged for a room service delivery. So much for being a preferred guest.

This was our SEVENTH time at Nautilus. It is always so clean and well looked after. The whole site is also an impressive art installation in and outside the apartments. The hotel is in a great location just a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the staff helpful when approached. Lovely clean hotel good location. Only problem when we arrived no one on reception so we had to go looking for someone to help. When receptionist arrived we were told we couldn’t check in until after 3 even though the hotel was half empty.

Had a lovely time at the costa sal, made to feel very welcome and nothing was a problem for the staff. We asked for a better location with our room and was offered another room that suited all our needs. Rooms were a nice size and adequately stocked with all the essentials for a self catering holiday. Good location,just what we was looking for we will be hopefully returning soon.

Lovely hotel. Our room was a 2 bedroom apartment, it was clean and spacious. We went in November so it was quiet but that meant plenty of sunbeds. The free WiFi was the best we've experienced in the canaries, we were able to video call home from our villa.

Just home from a 4 night stay at Blue Sea. Staff were all lovely. Pool area was nice however no parasols which was a big negative for me, many other guests said the same. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the old town harbour and has a number of restaurants in the area and a supermarket is within a 10 minute stroll. Be aware that the road down to Puerto del Carmen is steep. Fine on the way down but somewhat demanding coming back up.
