One night stopover - easy access from airport. Pleasant check-in experience - large open feel, very white (recently painted?) and very clean. Took the breakfast option and it was very good with attentive service and a large selection. Lovely pool area - Highly recommended.

A lovely hotel in a quieter area, although there are a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a 4km walk to the hussle and bussle of Puerto del Carmen if you like the lively side. The beach just across the road is beautiful, very clean and plenty of sun loungers to hire. The hotel is very clean, the buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choice to suit everyone....

Lovely place to stay, welcoming staff, delicious meals, affordable drinks at the bar/restaurant. Large parking is free. Rooms are small, but fresh and clean, and you have everything you need.

The staff were all wonderful and welcoming. The hotel was beautifully clean and spacious. Food was good and plentiful. Beautiful pool, ideal location for us, in the quieter area but easy access to transport.

Just returned from staying at the La Geria, for 4 nights, and it has been amazing! I went as a solo female traveller and felt so safe the whole time. My room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and spacious, and my balcony and view of the pool were beautiful! If you are a family with kids, then this hotel is not for you as there is no much entertainment for the kids in the hotel...If you are a couple without kids then it is just for you...Very helpful, amazing staff at every department of the hotel...We had all inclusive and were pleased with the type of food...Sitting area at the bar is great...Rooms need to be upgraded, but overall was a good hotel..

I stayed in this hotel as a single mum of three. The mini club has absolutely saved my life... I could go to the pool, enjoy my day, eat delicious food from the snack bar, have a drink or two... and my little ones were totally taken care of.. The manager of the restaurant was exceptional. He greeted lots of guests and organised the runnlng of the restaurant superbly. As I am currently having to use a walking stick a table was reserved for me near to the buffet area. This was really appreciated as it helped to reduce the pain.

My friends and me are staying here for 9 days. Food is good and staff is quiet friendly. One negative aspect is, that the sunbeds are reserved for hours and the hotel stuff doesn’t do anything. Currently staying at Las Costas and have been very impressed. Cannot fault this place at all. Would say it's the best place I've stayed in Lanzarote and I've visited the island 7 times. An added bonus having a heated pool, sauna and activities on offer. All staff have been friendly amd efficient.

It's a very nice hotel. Very friendly/helpful staff and extremely clean. Two large pools and a kiddies pool. Lifeguards on duty from morning to 5.30pm. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Bed sheets changed twice a week, and beds made every day. We were there in the 1st two weeks of June '24, and the restaurant was under reconstruction. It is adjacent to the main pool. So far so good. I'm part way through a ten day stay whilst diving. The staff are super helpful & friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. The pool area us great and there is entertainment on an evening. The breakfast offering is buffet style and everything is great. The walk into the old town takes about 15 minutes but it us a bit of a steep pull back up. Overall very happy

What can I say ,not a bad word to say about the hotel. The room was big had separate lounge area and clean ,staff couldn't do enough for you. Plenty pool loungers ,the beach was a stone throw away. Nice place, our second time here with a young child. Spacious area leading into the rooms that makes it quiet and naturally cool. AC is in the living area but not the bedroom, it can get hot at night and not all rooms have ceiling fans. Breakfast is good, only tried the dinner once and it was nice, good for Lanzarote.

We have had a lovely 5 night break at the Sol Lanzarote. The location of the hotel was perfect and we had a sea view room which was spotlessly clean. The food was excellent and the staff really friendly and helpful. Really loved our stay and can`t wait to come back.

Great place. Wonderful staff. Kept very clean masks must be worn except when sitting eating or drinking. 3 pools there are two with walk ramps but they are under waterfalls so you get soaked first no real avoiding. Apart from that very disabled friendly. You learn to ignore the planes.

This Hotel was absolutely amazing. It is right on the beach and really close to the airport. The food was delicious with something different on the menu every night. The staff were super helpful, the rooms were really clean and the entertainment was fantastic every evening (The soul diva singer on Saturday night was our favourite). For a lower star hotel sol Lanzarote is pretty good, as with a lot of all inclusive holidays the meals can get a bit repetitive, the staff very attentive and friendly we had a couple of issues that was sorted instantly, the area is nice secure exit and entry out to the beach kids pools are great if you have young children. Good hotel situated right in front of the beach. On arrival, we had an issue with the fridge that was solved very quickly. Very efficient and friendly service. Unfortunately, breakfast is not great, hence the 3 stars.

Came for 4 days away with 5 year old daughter. The accommodation we had was a 1 bed apartment, it was clean, and modern, with a full size fridge, kettle toaster and a little hob. The balcony was a great size, we stayed in 317 which was right near the reception and the little shop on site. Spent a week here recently and from i walked into hotel to the morning i left it was amazing. Nice, clean complex but not very good for kids. Rooms are tidied on a daily basis, the food is good but not good for kids especially if they are fussy. Just returned from a week's holiday here from the 19th December to the 26th December. The Hotel is spotlessly clean from top to bottom, pool area ,hallways etc are immaculate. We got a free room upgrade on check in to a junior suite which was enormous, and again spotlessly clean. Stayed for two weeks, very clean hotel. Staff friendly enough , nice little place good value for money

The hotel is set in a quiet location 2 minutes from the beach. Our room was spacious & kept really clean. Staff are friendly, the reception staff are excellent & extremely helpful. Would recommend staying here & would be happy to go back.

4 star hotel 15 minutes from the airport, very clean, rooms recently renovated with taste. Very friendly and helpful staff. The self-service buffets are good. The swimming pool is not heated but at 21 degrees in July. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel, very convenient. At reception it is possible to reserve a rental car with a very friendly agency. They drop off the car at the hotel and we return...

This is an excellent place to stay,l have stayed 3 times the last time was for Christmas and New year,from the cleanliness,the food,the staff I couldn't fault this hotel,and i will be staying again.

Loved our time spent here at Aqua Suites 💕 from the first moment we felt so welcome. The staff are amazing and the complex is spotless. Special mention to Mandy .... a true gem and the chef who was so kind to prepare food for me, (gluten intolerance) nothing was a bother. Thank you all!!

I stayed here in 2019 and it was amazing! Very welcoming staff, the hotel was spotless, and had lots to do like playing pool for 2 euros and 3 swimming pools. It was also nearby to the high street so you could buy anything you need and was also near the beach.

From the second we entered reception and met Geraldine the manager and Virginia on reception we coul not fault this hotel. Friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. The whole hotel was spotless. The room especially the humongous bed was to die for. Plenty of sunbeds around all three pools. Restaurant and bar staff were brilliant and a thank you to the chef's for cooking the tuna my husband caught. Definitely...

A family member was ill and needed assistance with luggage and getting taxi to airport.The reception and staff were exceptionally helpful in this regard

Clean and nice hotell with lovely pool and bar. Near the beach walk and the Supermarket. The personal is very nice. 👌👍👍👍

We had a weeks stay in November 2021. Apartment is comfortable and quite spacious. Only gripe is that some apartments have steps up to them and an open balcony. Not great for children or elderly. The steps were dimly lit and lethal when wet and there wasn’t a hand rail provided. In the apartment the furniture is nice and the bed is so comfortable. Flat screen TV is provided however only really BBC...

So so, really bad that you have too wait for table when it's breakfast/lunch/dinner, too small restaurant for the hotel, some good service and some awful service.

Loved it. It's really well situated and very clean and the hotel staff bend over backwards to please.

Third stay and will be planning a fourth stay soon. Love this place. Clean, friendly and extremely welcoming....just like the rest of Matagorda. Easy access everywhere as the complex is designed for the disabled . Highly recommended

Just had a lovely week at Nautilus with my Husband and Daughter to celebrate his 60th Birthday. Location superb and it was kept really clean. Special mention to our cleaner Raquel, what a lovely lady and so efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Was OK, maybe a little disappointing... Having stayed in many places around Matagorda I was excited to try Nautilus as the reception gives you a "premium" feel. I don't feel like this standard was carried throughout the rest of the hotel though. Probably would stay again but there's cheaper places for similar or better quality rooms and location.

I loved nautilus in Lanzarote. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, had two toilets (1 with shower and 1 with bidet), comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen, terrace and enclosed drying area with drainage and washing line). Lovely apartment, cleaner 6 days out of 7 and they were really friendly. Very receptive reception staff, answered queries and fulfilled requests very quickly. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious! Really quiet and peaceful and very close to fabulous restaurants, the Spar shop and the beach. If you just want to chill, this is the place. We'll definitely return to Nautilus.

Stayed for a week last week,the staff were brilliant, so helpful, everyone of them. As it wasn’t fully booked out, we got a beautiful apartment close to the pool, it’s a fantastic pool,heated, which was great,as a few days were dull and not very hot weather.
