Nivia Born Boutique Hotel

What a great experience! The hotel is perfect to walk everywhere, charming and beautiful. The staff were extremely warm and nice, always at your service to help you with anything you needed. The terrace is stunning and the food is extremely tasty and fresh. Besides this, the hotel room is just beautifully decorated, modern but cozy...with everything you need. Another thing I would like to point out is that even thought it is super central, the hotel is very quiet so you can rest super well. Finally...best beds I have ever slept in. I even asked the concierge where I could buy the mattress! Honestly, 10/10 experience. Will be back for sure!

Amazing hotel. In the heart of the Old Town- close to the Cathedral & Royal Palace. Fabulous customer service and attention to detail. Transfer service available on request. Large rooms and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing

The rooms are spotless, everything is super neat, down to the last detail and smells great everywhere. The staff is FANTASTIC! You can see the motivation of each employee and the talent of each one of them. Also, the food was DELICIOUS!

Fantastic little hotel all around. It's a bit hidden away but creates a quiet oasis in the centre of Palma. The rooms are varied (but immaculately decorated) and the food and drink are excellent. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and will happily sort out anything you need. Don't leave without trying a margarita on the rooftop terrace.

This hotel made our Mallorca trip so incredible. The service was EXCEPTIONAL. Every single person on their staff was so lovely , kind and accommodating. The rooms were so chic and romantic. Location of the property was amazing! It was located on the most chic street in Palma. All of the amazing shopping / sites are on this street. Highly reccomend. Also, shout out to Adrian for being exceptional and amazing, thank you for making our memory so incredible in Mallorca.

Staff are so professional and the manager is so attentive. Beds are really comfortable, believe me trying to find a soft comfortable bed in Majorca is virtually impossible. The location is in the heart of the city. They upgraded me free of charge. Breakfast was lovely. The roof has a bar with different events on. Great for warm nights. I can't find any fault with this hotel, if you're looking for a city break. Definitely check out this hotel

We loved our stay at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful (the roof top view is gorgeous!!!), smells amazing (has that luxury hotel kind of smell) and probably the best rainfall shower I've ever experienced lol. The service was 10/10 and you can't beat the location! Steps away from Passeig des Born (the main shopping street), a few mins walk to Basílica de Santa María de Mallorca and tons of beautiful coffee shops, art galleries, restaurants and bars. This hotel was the perfect stay for our first time in Palma de Mallorca. I highly recommend this hotel!
