I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Aragon. I booked a stay from February 4 to February 24 and canceled my reservation on January 17, well within the free cancellation period. However, in December, €50 was charged to my account, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received a refund.

I reached out to customer service, but they have not resolved the issue. I expect a full refund either to my bank account or the card used for the booking. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
If I get money back, I will delete the review.

Although I have the right to a refund, they did not make the payment, and I have been harmed, Do not trust this hotel at all.

Rooms old and gloomy. No hot water, minimal heating.
Informs check-in available from 2pm; this is not true! Nobody there for check-in

Hallway carpet smells bad.

We had a overnight stay here on the way to Bilbao, the hotel was lovely and clean, it had everything we needed. The management which are husband and wife where so lovely and nothing was to much trouble. They were amazing with our daughter. We would highly recommend this hotel, we would stay here again if are in the area.

I would describe this hotel as nice and cheap. It is also very close to the center and right next to Van Dyck Street, which is full of bars and restaurants with typical food. The rooms are very comfortable and the owner, called Toño, is an example of good service :)
