Well-located hotel with parking nearby and the city center within walking distance. A great option for visiting the city in comfort and style.

We had a view of the cathedral from our room. Beautiful setting. Lovely room, comfortable bed and excellent buffet. Very helpful staff. Great location to visit city on foot.

Excellent hotel, in the very center and everything is convenient! The room is warm, clean, cozy! The view is beautiful! There is a terrace at the very top)

Good value for money and good location. I had a view to the cathedral and ruins.
The rooms are clean, old fashioned in a positive way, no discomfort. Very cozy mattress.
A bit shabby and dirty bathroom, not critically.
Didn’t try food because their staff seemed not to speak English and the reception lady was rude not wanting to explain me if they have gluten free options and what exactly is served for breakfast usually(in case I could pick up smth and not to search for other options in the early morning). But the reception man was very helpful at night with a taxi. So again, it’s a human factor😁

The location is very good, the hotel is obviously old but they should preserve it better.
The breakfast was a terrible buffet and thank goodness it included it in the price because paying €12 is not worth it.

Nice hotel however staff were not very welcoming. We were on a tour and seemed as if we were an inconvenience. Breakfast ok nothing special. View from room lovely and good location. Salamanca is a wonderful place to visit

The building and the location are great, also the price is absolutely fair! Views from the room would also be very very cool if not for some construction going in currently (no note on web page what so ever)
Room was ancient, bathroom had many yellow stains.
Service was very basic, professional but that's it, no extra thrills. On check out date, the house keeping madamme started asking us at 9:00 when we will be finally leaving the room that we eventually paid until 12:00.

Wonderful location, near the cathedral and the resturant is located in the ruins of an old church. But the rooms are poor and the service is not that good. We had a meal there one evening, its a wonderful setting, but the food was poor. The breakfasts offered very little choice.
