Really lovely hotel with good value for money. Nice pool area always with available beds and convenient being able to have a sea dip then come straight to the pool to relax after. Breakfast delicious with excellent choice and dairy free butter and milk which was important for me. The guy doing fresh omelettes really friendly and omelettes always so good.
Having a window into the shower from the bedroom is a bit of a quirk mind 😂.

The staff is very friendly. The morning buffet has a lot of options, also a freshly made omelet.
The rooms though, they are one of the most beautiful i have ever stayed in. Very big and spacious. You can see little finishes that aren't perfect (tv a bit slanting and wall finishes in the bathroom), but not a dealbreaker.
The city isn't a far walk and if you walk by the ocean it is a beautiful view.

We were 4 people staying for 5 nights in end July. We arrived late in the hotel because the plane landed around 1am. Our room had a BROKEN Air Conditioning, temperatures were almost 35º, the room was humid and smelly. We asked for another room, but the hotel was full and we had no place to go at that time of the night.
We explained the situation to the manager of the hotel and she understood, said the hotel would refund us for that room on that specific uncomfortable night. She asked me to send an email. I sent SEVERAL emails since then, all of them UNANSWERED! It's a lack of respect the fact that I don't even have an answer for us, simply ignoring their clients.

Absolutely loved staying here - the rooms are super modern, spacious and nice. Seemed like a recently refurbed hotel so a few things were missing like hairdryer/iron & bins in the room but hotel was very accommodating when asked for something. Breakfast was amazing. Location incredible... loved the Ocean view room and the pool area, cocktails, everything fantastic. Dying to return already!

Excellent hotel and very good value. The rooms are very nice and the sea view is absolutely worth the small amount extra. Showers powerful and hot and the balcony was very spacious (good if you + mates want a few drinks before going out). Breakfast was also excellent, with a good spread, plus food & drink for lunch is v reasonable by Ibiza standards.
Some of the photos are old and don’t show the hotel after the refurbishment, so they don’t do it justice. Would highly recommend and will be staying again! Apparently they’re adding a rooftop pool as well…
Finally a shout out to the woman on the bar at lunch who makes a mean Mojito 🍹

Good hotel,the service was ok,not for 4 stars,but enough to suit our needs.The staff are not very friendly,and I would recommend them to be a lot more welcoming and courteous.The rooms were clean,but outdated would need a refreshing.The pool was great and located next to the beach was a plus.The food was ok,but fruits and salads were old ,not felt at all fresh and that was a let down.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic staff. Peaceful and ambient. Beach on your doorstep. Golden budha next door. 8 mins from the centre of San Antonio but far enough away not to be bothered by riff raff. That good we are back there in October. Xxx

Wifi only really works by the pool and reception.
I was thrown out of the restaurant at breakfast for not having a shoe on my sprained ankle. I explained and he could clearly see me limping in pain, but the manager didn't care.
Most of the other stuff were nice, especially Casandra who recommended some good local restaurants and the hotel is clean. The food isn't that great in the hotel.
