TRS Ibiza Hotel -All Inclusive Adults Only

I don’t think I can really give a good review as when I went in October 2019 we experienced a tornado that made a mess of the area. The children were not able to use the outside facilities because of the damage, and we were misled by reception as one person one day said we could be moved to another hotel and then when we cleaned out our rooms took our cases down to reception we were told it was only for one day. the very last day of our stay. this was of no use to us so we took our cases back to our rooms and stayed for the rest of the week. The staff were friendly and helpful the food was average. some days it was not very hot at all just warm. rooms were clean and tidy. There was also lots of noise from the building site next door doing ground work for building a new hotel. overall you get what you pay for. I do think however that as this is a Palladium hotel once the transformation work has been completed I’m sure this hotel will look much better. I may go back in the future as I like the idea of them putting a restaurant at the top of the hotel that overlooks the sea and sunset 🌅 and I’m sure the rest of facilities will be much improved. I do hope they use better hot counters to keep food at a much higher temperature.

Typical 3 star. Good value for money. Food okay. Friendly staff. If you looking for luxury this isn't it. You get what you pay for.
