Reviews
The service was especially disappointing. Our food orders were forgotten several times, and when we arrived, I clearly explained my food allergies and requested a simple meal of cooked carrots and zucchini for the evening. They refused to provide it, leaving me without anything to eat for the entire night. Since nothing else was open nearby that could accommodate my dietary needs, this was extremely distressing.
I repeated my request multiple times, explaining that I simply needed something basic so I could eat and sleep comfortably, but they still declined and offered no alternative solution. For a hotel that positions itself as 5-star, this level of service and lack of care is unacceptable.
Also the daily room cleaning was very disappointing, the room was not properly cleaned since we found food bits and pieces in the corners.
Also when ordering room services we called them to remove the food from the room placing it outside which took them several hours to collect.
There were some employees that definitely did a good job but overal the property can not be caled 5 star hotel.
Would not recommend if you expect 5 star service since you also pay for it.
The team has always been attentive and flexible: when we asked for the same room as in previous years, they did everything necessary, even arranging a room change during our stay. No matter the situation, the staff is always there and available. When we had a problem with our electric car, the team took care of everything with the rental agency, which was a huge relief.
Every member of the hotel staff, whether at the front desk, at breakfast, or among the valets, remembers us and shows exceptional kindness and goodwill. Always attentive, they are happy to share helpful advice on how to make the most of the island. The concierge service, available on site or via WhatsApp, is remarkably efficient.
We were also touched by the special touches to thank us for our loyalty: a complimentary bottle on arrival, an exclusive discount, and other thoughtful gestures that make all the difference.
Having stayed at several establishments on the island (Nobu, Sir Joan, etc.), none have been able to meet our expectations as OKU has. That's why we've chosen to come back here for the past three years, and we're already hoping to book again for next year.
A big thank you to the entire OKU team: your professionalism, generosity, and sense of service go a long way toward making our stays in Ibiza unforgettable. We can only recommend your establishment with our eyes closed!

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but my experience at OKU Ibiza was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share.
Check-in took over an hour with zero communication or apology. When I finally got to my room, I was shocked at how small it was—barely enough space to open a suitcase. The "balcony" felt more like a jail cell than a relaxing outdoor space.
Worst of all, the air conditioning was a complete joke. Despite being set to 10°C, the room stayed a consistent, sweaty 25°C. Several managers came by, admitted it wasn’t working, and told me there was nothing they could do. There were no other rooms available, no refund offered, and not even a partial discount so I could move to a hotel that actually had working AC. For a property that brands itself as "upscale," this is unacceptable.
The overall hotel campus is surprisingly small. The pool and poolside service are mediocre at best. Prices across the board are absurd for what you actually get.
If you’re looking for a real luxury experience in Ibiza, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere with better amenities, better service, and better views—like Seven Pines. OKU might look good in photos, but the reality is far from it.
Great friendly staff - Veronica in guest relations was amazing and sorted a minor issue for us. We will be back
Absolutely best hotel ever stayed in. Service was great from the valet parking everyday to reception to the pool staff to the rooms. It was all fantastic!! We want to try another Oku now. Highly recommend the stay!
