We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and we must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a very cozy bed.
The hotel’s location is perfect. Moreover, the breakfast buffet was a real highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right.
The staff truly go above and beyond to make guests feel at home.

We booked the swim up sweet and WOW. The room was pure luxury as always and the staff made our stay. When you stay here, nothing is too much to ask and the service is second to none.
We were celebrating our anniversary and they even arranged champagne and chocolate to the room which was such a gorgeous touch.
We will be returning again in 2025 and will recommend the hotel to anyone we can!

Airplanes fly about 100m away but it didn’t bother us much.
Room had a great view , but it was small (booked standard ocean view ) and I questioned its cleanliness after I wanted to use a spoon but was unable to pick it up as it was cemented in to the cup with old coffee/sugar? Refrigerator also didn’t work.
Service was giving 2 star hotel. Bit snobbish. The nail on the coffin for me was when my boyfriend was turned away from guest services and SENT OUTSIDE to ask a bell boy for help with the blue tooth speaker? He was so polite when asking , it was difficult to watch.
After that we decided to do everything ourselves, as if we had an option as no one bothered to help in calling a taxi, loading our suitcases , etc.
Amenities close very early too, spa at 7( you only get 1.5 hr) , pool at 8? No jacuzzi either.
It’s not a terrible hotel but there are much better options when considering value.
The entire team was incredibly attentive, always making sure we were taken care of immediately, no matter the request. The service was top-notch, and you could really feel their dedication to ensuring guests have an amazing experience.
The hotel itself is stunning and clean, stylish, and full of that cool, vibrant energy Ibiza is famous for. The pool party were a blast. The hotel’s programs kept us entertained throughout our stay, and the sparkling atmosphere in the restaurant really captured the essence of the Ibiza lifestyle.
It’s the ideal blend of luxury, fun, and unforgettable moments. Absolutely amazing!
Only big issue and maybe that is just me, great location, close to airport.... too close....plane noise all day. Some days I feel like we were at an airport hotel.
You get to use the spa for 1.5 hours with your booking with a side of attitude from the receptionist. Asked the lady to take us for a tour or for us to look around in it before using, was refused. Not helpful or welcoming at all, poor service.
If you have a late flight and you need to use hotel facilities after checking out, make sure to bring your own body wash gel. Also don’t expect to have a bathroom with a functioning door lock.
The only positive about this place was probably being 8 minutes from the airport and that still doesn’t justify paying and arm and leg when you can go up 2 minutes from there and pay less than half the price.
Wouldn’t stay here again.
