If i could rate more stars i would give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 We had a room with sea and pool view. Very good breakfast, massage/ welness, clean room, but most of all the great staff at the lobby, they are very helpfull and very very friendly. We sure come back to this great hotel❣️

Stay away from this hotel! Rude staff, especially the receptionist women in the morning, they are not friendly and helpful, they charge you 12€ for the sauna and they cant even offer you a king-size bed for one person accommodation, they gave me two single beds. For a 300€ per night hotel is unacceptable! The only friendly and polite guys are , Andrè and Giorgina.

I have not stayed at this hotel. My buddies stayed. The place gave me the impression that the whole environment was clean and tidy. Sea front located with also a pool it may be an interesting place to stay. The view on the bay is great.
Talking to my buddies I found that prices were somewhat high when compared with what you get.

The worst hotel I have ever seen , the room was water logged when we slept and someone came in the early hours saying water logged and we need to shut down the water usage it’s disgusting.
The behaviour of the receptionist ladies are very worst as they need to give a new room , they are arguing that they don’t provide any room complain to anybody they dont mind.
The Old lady is very arrogant as she behavies hypertensed.
It’s wasted our anniversary day .
The food is also average during the breakfast and dinner.
They charge for everything, even the soft drinks during the buffet.
We are almost half day because of this issue with the rooms etc.
They didn’t provided any option instead fighting back.

I don’t normally write a review, and since booking.com didn’t allow me the option I thought I’d leave it here.
This is in by no means a 4 star hotel at all, it’s a 3 star hotel (at a push) in a nice location. The air con was very out dated, and the rooms were very squashed right. No tea/coffee equipment in the room, the lifts are very old, their booking system in the office was all done by pen & paper, and the swimming pool was the biggest cat fish I’ve ever seen (pictures attached). There was also a severe lack of sun loungers meaning we didn’t use the pool much at all, which was frustrating.
There was also cracks on the wall, and our friend even had a lizard in his room which we presumed came through the crack as he hadn’t had the door or windows open.
On a positive note the location is very good, but it does not make the hotel a 4 star whatsoever.

Great place to stay in Ibiza!
Lovely staff, nice localisation, and awesome view (I recommend the room with the sea view). The swimming pool and the wellness space are also great.
Went in March, it was quiet and peaceful.
The only negative point is the bad sound insulation.

Nice clean place. Well designed and comfortable. Nice to have a bar and deck chairs to sit on. There is an odour of mildew throughout the building, worse on the lower floors. And a very unpleasant odour coming up through (I think) the bathroom pipes, worse if the bathroom door and the patio door are both open. Maybe because of being unused during the pandemic? This would be a 5 star if not for the bad smells.
