Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa- All Inclusive

I had a great stay at this hotel.
Rooms were lovely and clean.
Great selection of food in the buffet. I went to the Italian and Mexican restaurants, both were very good. The 24 hour sports bar serves good burgers, chips etc.
Staff are very friendly and attentive.
Proper spirits were included in the all inclusive and the beer is Heineken.
My only gripe if I have to say one is there wasn't enough entertainment, although it was good when on.
I'd go again!

Our first ever all-inclusive and we really enjoyed it. The main buffet was great (I was less keen on the 24-hour one), the staff were wonderful and the room had everything we needed for a toddler. One downside is no indoor pool but that didn't bother us. Our room overlooked a nature reserve and had a sea view, so we were able to watch birds from our balcony

We are on our fourth day and still having a great time! The staff are amazing and a few have provided exceptional service thag deserve a mention! Nicolas is amazing, he serves with a smile and always cheered us up at breakfast. His customer service is brilliant! Same goes to Charlie. Amazing customer service no matter how busy, always smiling and always ready to help. Also Ronald and Richard in the bar. Cristine at the reception made check-in a beautiful experience for us with her exceptional customer service. Hotel is gorgeous, clean and not overly crowded. We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement
Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.

Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

Our family of three (wife and daughter) has a really good holiday. The facilities were great and well functioning. Food options were numerous - we're vegetarians and had no trouble getting a good variety of options everyday. The staff were always helpful with a warm smile creating a welcoming environment throughout our stay

The highlight of our trip was the kids club. Laura, Andrea, Paula and Samuel were so welcoming, and engaged the kids so well. The activities they had planned out were so thoughtful. Always with bright smile and a warm environment - we felt we were leaving our kid in very friendly hands for a couple of hours. It was so good that our daughter was looking forward to it every day of our stay.

My wife and I went there last September. We had some issues in our suite, including a complete power outage one of the nights. The reason I'm writing the review is to highlight the manager, Carina Farrera. She went above and beyond to make sure our time there is magnificent after this incidence. She showed so much compassion, empathy, and amazing customer service. This was one of the best services provided by an employee in all of our travel experiences. If it was not for Carina, this trip would have been a disaster. I really hope she gets recognized by upper management because employees like her are one in a million. She was the only person that went above 100%, other employees were just okay. Great vacation and first time visit to Ibiza because of Carina!

Overall, it is a reasonably priced all-inclusive hotel. I think I think the a la carte is good, but the quality of the buffet requires improvement. The range of activities on site is rather limited. The kids enjoy the painting session and the kids disco.

It was okay, definitely not a 5 star resort but it wasn’t bad
