Whau, What a fine hotel. At first I was sceptical about this modern building placed outside town. Well, I was wrong. The building was fantastic and with a amazing view. We Stayed 2 nights. The room, the employees, the location and the breakfast was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay at this Parador.

Best hotel experience ever. Great room with unique views. Restaurant was great. And loved the bar area. 5 stars in everything!

A gorgeous parador with spectacular views over Segovia, the cathedral and just including the aquaduct. Spacious, well-appointed rooms and luxurious restaurant.

Disappointing (compared to other Paradores). (Indoor) breakfast buffet included flies 🪰(!) flying around and landing on the buffet food, which included low quality pastries. Advertised as having air conditioning but had none (heat only). Service was minimal (compared to other places during our trip). We expected more from a "Parador". Disappointed. Lovely view of the city, but overall do not recommend staying here.

Average 3 stars. For the price you pay I expected a lot more. No coffee/tea in the rooms. No gym. Indoor pool/tennis court closer. Coffee only available from 11AM. Rooms are no insulated you hear neighbours easily. Service is ok nothing special. I’d spend my money better elsewhere next time .

Luxurious parador with fantastic views of Segovia. Got taxis in and out of Segovia. Easier and much cheaper than driving and parking.

I thought the place had its charm and it does, as it is surrounded by this modern architecture that's not so high tech but rather from around the 90s, and the rooms are well equipped. I just have to say I can't give it 5 stars for service, eventhough the waitresses deserve it, because I didn't like how the guy dressed in black this morning treated his colleagues. A poor way of treating those who work with you, even if their at your charge, says a lot about a poor character, which is none but poor leadership, and I as a customer felt pity for the way the waitress was treated by him. This is not often seen in my country, but when I travel to a country where people, specially workes, are mistreated I feel like that's what I'm paying for and makes me feel a little miserable. I think people, specially work leaders in Spain should rethink the way they motivate their colleagues, their work team, as I've been hearing a lot how the job that gives them the most profit are made by those who are treated the worst, and that's at their hospitality industry, which they call "hosteleria". You can do so much better than that. Thank you

Have you ever wanted to stay in a lair of a James Bond villain, and I’m taking the opulent ones from Dr. No, or Diamonds are Forever era…than look no further than the Parador. The vast open common areas with black rock floors shined to perfection, the views that will take your breath away, the pool with a shark…no wait scratch that last one…

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are immense, the balcony’s meant to lounge on, and while the hotel seems to host conventions, it’s quiet.

While it is a bit outside the old town, it’s well staying.

Visiting from Florida. The front desk attitude is “I am doing you a favor”… The room although clean is very dated (back to the 80’s). The vibe is that of an elderly home. The restaurant is good, but too much protocol to eat there. It’s all far from city although has a nice view. You cannot control the temperature; room was very warm both nights, have to leave balcony door open (no screen) to get fresh cool air. There is no matrimonial bed; they just put together two twins; each with different bedsheets. Plus in the room you can hear outside hunting dogs barking during day & night, as well as bathroom noises from your side neighbors and noises of moving furniture from room over ours. Not a good experience. But seems all Paradors are the same.

Beautiful, quiet and well-serviced hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. I was checked-in very late, and they were very accommodating. My room had a nice balcony with an excellent balcony.

One downside was the restaurant food, not sure that was great, but the views were phenomenal.
