Stayed 6 nights in this hotell and appreciated that we got an upgrade on the room to a city view. Close to train station and walking distance to shops and main square. The staff on reception are very accommodating, friendly and professional. Special mention to Marcus who works in the bar and restaurant. He is a credit to the hotel. If we visit Valladolid again we will certainly stay here. Highly recommend this hotel.

An extraordinary hotel, a small boutique hotel on the outside but big on the inside, a large and spacious room, advanced and innovative, a comfortable bed, a small and intimate breakfast, service above expectations, proximity to the train station, despite the relative distance from the city center, it is in a good place to go for trips both in the city and outside it due to its proximity to a central station .

a very nice and clean place, with staff who are always polite and very happy to help! the room was nice and big, comfortable and the cleaning was great. the breakfast is very Spanish (too many pastries to count, a good selection of jamón, but the only vegetable was guacamole with a lot of oil), but they also have a nice corner of gluten free food, away from other crumbs. I would love to see just a few vegetables like sliced cucumber, carrots, paprika or tomatoes, then it would be perfect for a longer stay :)

This hotel was a lifesaver! Though we did not get a room here, we experienced the topnotch service here first-hand.
My group was in Valladolid for a day trip early this month and had planned to leave our luggage at a storage provider a few doors away from this hotel but shop was closed when we were there although we had booked a slot and paid! Totally stranded with our heavy luggage in the rain, we panicked and asked the hotel concierge more info about the shop (if they were going to be closed the whole day etc.). Instead, concierge OFFERED to store our luggage for the day out of goodwill! The porter in the hotel even HELPED to carry our luggage down (and up, when we returned to collect them a few hours later) the steps on their own accord. We were so touched by their kind gesture! We already enjoyed our trip in Spain but this experience made us love the country even more!
We will choose this hotel if we decide to stay in Valladolid for a few days next time! The hotel is also conveniently located a few min walk away from the train station and the main plaza. Definitely consider this hotel if you are still looking for accommodation ❤️

I've been here twice over the past couple of years, visiting from London. I have been very happy with the accommodations. The bed and bedding is very comfortable. The bathroom is immaculate and pleasant. The windows, when closed, block out virtually any street noise. The staff are very helpful and it's a good location. I'll definitely be back when I visit Valladolid again.

Oscar and his team were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Hotel location is very central. It provides a good buffet breakfast.

I stayed in this hotel more or less 10 days, and my experienced in this hotel was really nice. The room really clean and tidy, they have mini bar in the room. The bed really comfortable to sleep and also have a big TV. The receptionist really nice and friendly, the cleaning also good and they will change the tissue with the new one even you only use half of it, have good towel to dry well after shower. The restaurant also good, the food was not bad, I like the fish they prepared for me. They have parking close to the hotel, but you need to book before. Thx for the good service.

Amazing and safe experience! I loved my stay here. The hotel manager and everyone in the reception is so kind and receptive! They gave me the best room with a view of Monumento a Colón and what a joy to sit by the balcony every day in the evening and watch the city pass by. Cleanliness was top notch too! And it is in the perfect location, just 4 mins walk from the Station and you have got lots of places to eat. I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for everything.

What a lovely hotel. The room was spacious and clean.
The staff were so helpful and very friendly throughout the whole of our stay.
I would definitely recommend the Colón Plaza and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

After having our flight from Bilbao cancelled, we arrived at the hotel from the Railway Station which is close by. We were tired and frustrated but the helpful young woman on reception was very kind to two older guests. We were soon in a clean, bright, pleasant room with a view over the park and we were able to get a good night’s sleep before continuing on our way. A refuge in our hour of need.

By far the best hotel experience I've had in Spain. The location is great, hotel very modern, blazing fast wifi, good breakfast; but what really makes this hotel amazing is the staff, who are kind, gracious and work their best to make sure the guests come first. There was a power outage on the first night I checked in, which tripped the air-conditioning system, and my room got very hot. As the system didn't remedy itself, they went out their way to place me in a room where the A/C worked, which was an upgrade to a suite room at no extra cost. This action shows a level of professionalism and respect for guests not seen much these days. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Valladolid!
