The common facilities were perfect, the service staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness... [hair in the toilets]. The room didn't match a 4-star standard. The bathroom floor was ruined, as was the rest of the bidet. There was no hot water. We had to ask reception for toothbrushes. The heating was very noisy, so we had to turn it off both nights to sleep. There was mold in the bathtub, but the worst part was the soundproofing, with all kinds of noises: people commotion on the street, garbage trucks, cars, etc.

Great location!
Walking distance to main city attractions.
Convenient parking, $22/day.
Good beakfast.
Room needs some upgrades, however the hotel itself is beautiful.

This hotel was a great find, a quite location but so close to everything. Friendly helpful staff, great size rooms and clean. A good breakfast selection, just what you need to set you up for the day. Would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location in central Seville and rates are very reasonable. However, we did have a situation. The room we were first given was “not as advertised.” We complained and they gave us the room as it was advertised on their website. This annoyed us a bit appearing to hope people don’t complain in an old very dated and rather disgusting room. The new room was much nicer and clean. Their breakfast is great! Staff was friendly. I would recommend!

Great location in the Old Town downtown part of area of Seville. Nicely appointed rooms that were big enough for me as a solo traveler.

What a magic place, from the outside it looks like not much but inside it's a maze of rooms and several lovely courtyards adorned with plants and flowers. Anyone reading this that knows the TV series Dr Who will understand when I say it's like the TARDIS. The room was nice and comfortable, the breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks and reception was spot on, friendly and very helpful. A short walk from many monuments and sites and also a plaza with many, many restaurants and bars. I fully recommend this hotel.

I have a room facing the inner garden
The only drawback is that you can't close the curtains, it's always dark and people will walk by.
The room is big
Overall comfortable. There was a lot to eat in the breakfast room, especially ham, I ate a lot
There are very few such as bananas and apples. The yogurt is not fresh enough.

Excellent hotel in the center of Seville. Clean and with friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast is also good.

Overall I am satisfied. The location was good and the accommodation was clean. It is possible to access major tourist attractions on foot. I recommend it. Please be kind.
