I stayed at the Exe Isla Cartuja Hotel in Seville and was very pleased with my experience.

The stadium seems to stop working at 7pm on weekdays, and there will be noise when the windows are closed. But what is more frustrating is that I stayed in one of the detachable family suites, and the guests next door were still watching the news at 9/10pm. The noise was quite loud, and the sound insulation needs to be strengthened. The bathroom is actually okay, but the bathtub is a bit narrow and not a standard size. If you are big, it will be difficult to turn around. In addition, the water pressure of the shower is not enough, and the water temperature cannot be kept in a comfortable range for me. The hotel needs to increase the pressure. The above problems may be that the hotel and the stadium belong to the same building, and some facilities are shared, so they cannot be renovated. After some time in the evening, the road from under the bridge to the hotel will be blocked by the police. You need to communicate with the police to enter, so it is best not to stay out too late.
Overall, it is suitable for temporary residence, because the room area and hygiene are comfortable, and the bed is also large, soft and supportive. I hope the hotel will get better after the renovation of the stadium.
