It's a 3⭐️ hotel (not 4⭐️ as google maps states).
PRO's
The location was excellent, the bed very comfortable and the rooftop was a plus. Happy we booked this hotel.
CONS
The airfreshner in the hall/room is not pleasant (maybe a cultural thing?) And the walls are very thin so you can hear all your neighbours talking in the hallway in the middle of the night..

Location is excellent, close to everything, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast is super good.

Fantastic location - right in the heart of the old city! The roof top bar had beautiful sight lines to the city and the incredible "waffle-like" architectural structure. The staff were very helpful and supportive of any needs!

Preliminary review only, as well as warning ... I booked our hotel room using my AMEX card, and received a confirmation, on March 27, 2024 - 8 months prior to our arrival on December 10, 2024. Upon arrival, I was told that my reservation - for a 17- night stay! - had been cancelled that morning due to my card being declined; I did not receive notification when that happened.
There was no apology for the cancellation or lack of notification, nor was there an offer of an upgrade as compensation. If I had not been so tired, I would have looked for another hotel.
The front desk person attempted to run the card a couple of more times with no success. We called American Express and were told that the hotel did not accept American Express! That info should be on the website, as well as be conveyed to the front desk staff.
We switched to VISA, and our reservation was reinstated. We were stashed in a small room, which was fine. The two large nightstands had three drawers each, drawers which did not have drawer pulls. We asked for someone to repair them and were told that they were non-functional - only for decor. Disappointing, as we had been traveling for some time and I had been looking forward to unpacking since we would be staying for SEVENTEEN NIGHTS. We did get one drawer open, so staff was misinformed or did not want to bother.
Breakfast very good, staff nice, common rooms beautiful, location great.

Hotel is located near a tourist attraction hence busy and slightly noisy in the evenings. It is at a walkable distance from centre. Good for a two nights stay just to sleep at night. Rooms could do with better towels in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect, very central location, you can reach on foot, in a few minutes, all the points of interest of the historic city. The hotel is well-kept, the cleaning excellent. I want to extend a special thanks to the reception staff, who, with kindness and professionalism, supported us for any need. If passing through Seville, we will definitely return.

The hotel is small and has some (small) shortcomings, but its unbeatable location makes it a fantastic place to stay if you come for tourism.

The room had a horrible pipe smell.
The air conditioning had broken blades and we had to fix them ourselves.
The bathroom was full of humidity and chips on the wall, and to make matters worse, the shower was broken and the water was coming out and there is no light inside either (light out).
