Of course.
Like "clockwork", he told us to open our unit's windows and said "the issue will solve itself". It didn't. Instead, the room became incredibly stuffy and uninhabitable. We're waiting on management to own up to their faults on this one.
It was a shame the bar was closed on New Year's Eve
The hotel location is excellent.
The room and bathroom were clean.
But the hotel needs a "deep facelift."
The hotel facade was very dirty and neglected.
The hotel window frames must have been 40 years old.
In the bathroom, the bathtub, sink and toilet were also noticeably old.
There was a smell of “old” every where and in the room.
Room spacious.
Clean.
Quite complete and correct buffet breakfast. The pastries are a little weak and when the food runs out it would be good to replenish because if you have breakfast at the last minute there are no more items left.
Of course, the hotel is asking for a renovation, the facilities are outdated (windows, floors, tiles, bathrooms...)
A little more sympathy from the people at the reception would be appreciated except for one worker who was not Spanish.
