We wanted something special and chose the deluxe suite at Levi Panorama and it was all we wanted.

Excellent Breakfast and over experience
There’s a gondola that runs between the hotel and Levi village, and it’s free for hotel guests—a great perk that makes getting into town easy without needing a car.
There’s no ski rental shop inside the hotel, so you’ll need to go down to the village for gear.
While the hotel didn’t impress us, it’s the best option in the area.
Alfred’s attention to detail stood out—he was the only one who remembered who I was and took note of my dietary preferences as a vegetarian. His warm greetings, constant check-ins, and genuine care made a huge difference in our experience. No matter how busy it was, he always had a big smile and ensured we were well taken care of.
Compared to his colleagues, Alfred truly excelled in his role as a waiter, demonstrating exceptional service and professionalism. He is an absolute credit to the team, and we deeply appreciate his efforts.
