Visited for Lapland in December 2023. When we got there, check in was a bit of a queue, but there was a fake fire thingy near check in. We got up to our room, very clean and tidy. We also had our own drying cupboard which was cool. Sledging is awesome, for the kids anyway, staff is very friendly and food is good. We were on a organised tour so we weren’t their most times. We also went skiing on the days we had free like Wednesday and Monday. We had fireworks on the last day as well as a party.

Perfectly accommodated our family of 2 adults and 4 children! Free laundry facilities , great breakfast buffet range . More child friendly options for dinner would be appreciated but easy to catch gondola down to town where there a few choices. Warming cupboards greatly appreciated and ski in ski out was excellent with kids. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great hotel that is being let down by its restaurant and staff's inability to ensure that guests control their children.
I was tempted to give it a 3 star rating but that felt too low, so four it is. On every other occasion that we have stayed, the most recent being 2 years ago, I would have given it a five. But previous challenges in the restaurant appear to have gone unchallenged, which is sad.

Hotel Levi Panorama is a great place to sleep over. The view over Levi is amazing and the hotel is very spacious, modern and clean. Access to the ski lifts are less than 20 meters away from the hotel and ski equipment can be stored in the basement of the hotel, with access to the ski lifts from there.
The restaurant has great food and all the staff are very friendly. Very happy!!

Located above Levi town is the Panorama hotel.
We took the gondola up from the bottom €42 for a family of 4 return.
We only went in to have some food in the restaurant as the views were supposed to be great. Inside is warm and welcoming. Plenty of seating was available so we sat by the window. We also had a choice to sit in the buffet restaurant with great views of the slopes.
Food came out quickly, it was hot and tasty.

I stayed here for 4 nights over Xmas. This was the second time I have visited this hotel. Overall very good but the only thing that majorly lets it down is the food!
Each day was a major disappointment to see what was put out for breakfast and dinner. Pretty much the same thing at breakfast every day but this likely won’t appeal to the British palate. The only reasonable meat choice was beef in pepper sauce but this was under a heat lamp for some time and was dry as can be. If you are staying for any length of time, you will likely end up abandoning the inclusive food and eating elsewhere. We ended up going into town for a pizza on Xmas day as I couldn’t stand the thought of having disappointment on the specia day. There is a lack of basic necessity’s such as vegetables at dinner time. One breakfast, there was fresh peppers,pickled herring in mustard & meatballs on offer for breakfast?!?You will not get your English breakfast here like you would on most European holidays. The best you’ll find is the fattiest bacon and some scrambled egg. After a couple of days I started craving home food.
If you don’t mind lacklustre food, this could be a great stay. The hotel is clean, staff polite and a great setting with lovely views of the town.
