We stayed at this hotel as part of a TUI Santa package hotel, which was fantastic value. The hotel itself is well-placed in Levi and close to all the amenities, which is very handy when the temperature drops particularly low!

The main reception and restaurant area of the Sirkantähti is cosy, welcoming and fairly spacious. Meals are served as a buffet, which is very well-looked after and clean, with their being a good variety of food on offer.
The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble to do for guests.

The apartment we had was clean, spacious and very warm. No need for blankets or extra layers, especially when in the sauna/shower room, which is constantly warm, regardless of heating!

We would definitely come back to the Sirkantähti! Keetos!

The apartment block was a little far away from the main building but not a too bad walk.

Hotel bar restaurant and reception area are nice and comfortable. Room was tiny and there was no option to move or upgrade. Bathroom in the room was like being in a caravan. Pokey, poor quality fixtures and fittings and the drains smelt really bad filling the bedroom.

We went half board. Food was average at best. Canteen style quality, not enjoyable. Bar prices are outrageous. 2 large glasses of wine 32€! One beer was about 10€. We expect to pay a bit more in hotels for drinks but prices are way over inflated. Staff were friendly. I would not recommend staying here.

Rooms are small and the beds are brutal! Holiday of a lifetime and my daughter has to try and sleep in a chair bed with no mattress! Our beds were just as bad and after asking for something or another mattress to help our daughter, nothing was done. Location is amazing but that is is. Food is ok but the food and drinks are crazy prices! Go to the local supermarket and stock up and go elsewhere in Levi for cheaper better food at restaurants and cafe's. Not that we spend much time in the room but cmon, we want a decent night sleep in a comfy bed.

Great hotel right in the center of Levi! Having a sauna in the room was a total game-changer. The staff are super lovely, too. Just a heads-up: breakfast is mostly savory. It’s definitely pricey for what it is, but honestly, that’s just Lapland in December for you. Still a great stay

Hotel is lovely cosy and warm the large clothes dryers in the room were very useful. We enjoyed the breakfast but preferred to eat out at night. The reception staff were extremely helpful when we couldn't find a sledge they sorted one out within minutes of asking. The Tui santa experience was the most magical afternoon ever my little grandaughter had a fantastic time yes the taster sessions are short but were good fun and Santa was amazing. We visited water world a 10 minute walk from the hotel and spent a fun few hours there. We also did the excursion to the husky farm which we all loved especially getting to pet the little husky puppies. We also took the gondola up to the top of the ski slopes where there is a cafe at the top which does a lovely lunch. Yes it is very expensive but was worth every single penny !!!

Lovely hotel close to all shops, restaurants and ski slopes. We really liked the private sauna in our room, which was well needed after a days ski.
Hotel lobby and bar was also nice and welcoming.

We stayed at this hotel in December and was so pleased we picked this one. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet was brilliant. The hotel is very central to everything and there is a shop across the road. we loved our holiday to Levi and will defiantly return.

Don’t book Lapland with TUI, it’s a rip off. Book a better hotel yourself and then book Northern Lights Village for your activities, they pick you up and drop you off. From the minute you get off the plane, TUI heard you like cattle onto buses. All the other tour operators had friendly elves who greeted you at arrivals and escorted guests to the buses. TUI staff were beyond unhelpful. The Santa experience was underwhelming and again felt like you were just a number. The ‘taster experiences’ are a waste of time and the husky dogs looked malnourished and it was quite traumatic for an animal lover. This hotel is in desperate need of refurb. The bathroom tiles were cracked and they give you a shower curtain you could spit through and sticks to you. The radiators are old and don’t keep the rooms warm. The food was HORRENDOUS, at breakfast they have three cheap toasters so you are waiting ages in a line. The reception staff are not friendly, I asked to make a local call and was told no. Honestly avoid TUI all together and just book things separately you will save money.
